Ever since that day I had to help with the stars every night. It was one of those jobs that reminded me of Lulu and I loved it. Having magic in a non-magical world helps at point, I pull pranks on my brother and Austin, I sneak into movies, all that fun stuff. Heh, I haven't grown up a bit. I still wonder about the time difference between here and Equestria and if it is like it is in those stories where its a year here for a day there. I keep this in the back of my mind as I watch the night sky hopping she was alright.
"You know," I jumped and turned to who was talking. It was a tall man wearing a dark robe. "There is a way there, I've done it before. World jumping." I raised a eyebrow at him.
"So you know?" He nodded and smiled.
"To be honest with the kind of life you lived you don't belong here." I was confused on what he was saying. "I know how you finish the stars and all that and its because your here. If you die here then the stars will never be finished. So I want to make a deal." I sat down getting ready to listen to the strange man. "I'll send you to Equestria if you promise never to come back." I stared at him and pulled out my cell-phone. "What are you doing?" I got on facebook.
Hello everyone,
Connor here saying that I'm.......I'm leaving. It's hard to leave you all behind like this but I have to do what I must to make sure this world stays normal. I must be honest with you, ever since that day they took Lulu from me I have been making sure the stars and the whole night are normal. I can't keep this up for if I die here the night will never be complete. Leaving is the hardest thing for me right now but it must happen, and besides I get to see Lulu again. This is Mr.Connor Cauchy signing off. Or as you all got to calling me "Father Night."
I closed my phone and looked at him. "Give me a few more minutes to see what everyone says." He nodded and looked up at the sky. It wasint five seconds before my phone rang and I picked it up. "Hey Austin..."
"Dude what the hell? Where are you going?"
"Well you could say that im going home."
"Home huh? Let me guess. You're going after Luna?"
"You know me to well." We both laughed.
"Well I'll tell everyone where you're going so you don't have to reply to two million things before you go."
"You're too kind."
"I hope I see you again. If not then I guess this is good-bye."
"Let's not have any of that. I'll find a way to see you and everyone again. I promise." We said our good-byes and I hung up. "Alright....Let's go."
The man looked at me and smiled. "I have to stay, you on the other hoof are going." I nodded slowly and got up. "Now close your eyes and open them after five seconds." I nodded and closed my eyes. I felt witless for those five seconds just because I staring into darkness. I opened them to find myself in a forest. It looked to be about the same time here as it did on earth because the moon shone brightly in the sky.
"That's my girl." I smiled then suddenly realized something. I bought my arm up to my face and sighed. I moved it away from my face to see it covered in very dark fur and a watch with a strap as dark as my fur. "So I'm a pony..." I looked behind me to see a pair of large dark wings with some sorta decoration on the base of each. "Cool." I laughed and gave them a flap. "I could get use to this!" I started floating and then started flapping them some more and was soon about as high as the trees. I looked around to see where I was and to my surprise wasn't far from Ponyville. "Oh. Well that's helpful." I adjusted my wings and started moving forward slowly then started speeding up. I was soon speeding towards the small town, I tried to slow down but in doing so I crashed next to none other then Fluttershy's cottage. "Ow..." I mumbled getting up. I was again surprised to see I took no damage.
"R-Rainbow Dash? Is that you? Did you crash again?" I flinched as Fluttershy walked around the corner behind me.
"Um no, my name is....is...." Oh no. I forgot to name myself! Oh wait! "My name is Father Night! You can call me Night though." I turned to her and smiled warmly.
"Oh well, are you alright?" I looked myself over, I was wearing a dark robe that covered my flank and my tail was a mix of black and red, but I saw no cuts.
"It looks like I am. Wow." I laughed and looked at her. She stared at me for a few moments before gasping.
"Y-you have wings and a horn." My eyes shot open as I moved a hoof up to check and like she said I had a horn as well as wings.
"Holy moly!" I looked around then back at her to see her bowing. "Um....Can you not do that? Makes me feel bad." She slowly got up.
"W-well when somepony has both wings and a horn it means they are royalty. D-do you know the princesses?" I thought a moment then nodded slowly.
"Yes in fact I do! I know you to Fluttershy!" She yelped at my sudden outburst. "I don't think you would remember me though. I don't know how long its been here. She looked at me for a moment then gasped.
"Your voice! Your that one human that-" I jumped up and nodded.
"YES! You remember me!" She yelped again. "Oh, sorry. I just can't wait to see my little girl again!" She giggled a bit.
"You're a true father. But it's late and I don't have room for you to sleep here." She turned. "Twilight should be up at this time. Come on." I nodded as she started walking. I stood there for a moment then decided to follow her. The walk was un-eventful except for talking with Shy and watching the stars. As we got closer to the library I could hear Twilight talking with that owl. I swear, I will never be able to remember that owl's name. Shy knocked on the door.
"Sorry were closed!"
'Twilight it's Fluttershy!" I heard some moving around then the door opened.
"Fluttershy? What are you doing here at this time? If you need a book I'll go get-"
"No Twilight, I have a friend here who needs a place to sleep. He's too big for my guest room. Could you give him a place to stay until he can-"
"Until I can get some transport to Canterlot?" Fluttershy and Twilight (who had just saw me.) looked at me with a bit of confusion.
"Why do you need to get to Canterlot?" Twilight let us in and gasped when she looked at me.
"Because I need to go and see my little girls." I smiled warmly at her. Remembering that gasp all too well.
Twilight instantly dropped into a bow which again made me feel strange. “Can you not do that? Makes me feel low.” She stood up straight and looked me in the eye.
“So you’re the father of the Princesse? I didn’t know they had...” She gasped.
“Okay, your lungs are amazing.” I mumbled.
“It’s you! The human who took care of Princess Luna!” I nodded and smiled.
“It’s nice to see you too Twilight.” She gave me a confused look then remembered the show. “Anyway like Miss Fluttershy said I need a place to sleep and I seem to be a bit tall for her home.” I smiled a bit. “If you would be so kind?” She looked like she was deep in thought.
“Yes you can. I’ll write a letter to Princess Celestia telling her to be expecting a important guest.” She smiled along with me.
“Thank you Miss Sparkle.” She blushed a bit.
“Please, just call me Twilight.” I nodded and looked around. The library was large even for me, the ceiling was high up and all the shelves where stocked with books about everything by the looks of it. Twilight was watching me almost to the point of making me spazz out. “I’ll be up-stairs if you need me.” She turned and walked up the stairs, wait why did I repeat her? I will never know. I turned to see that Fluttershy had left and closed the door. I walked around looking at the cover of some books, History, Magic, oh? What's this? I thought myself how to pick things up fast so I could get a look at this book. The title was The Princesses' Father. It was published 2 weeks ago! Let’s get to work!
I shut the book and took off the glasses I was apparently wearing to wipe away a tear, they got this story so right. It was of course written by Twilight, of course she wouldn’t forget anything from that day. Right from the day I found Lulu to when she was taken to go home, sometimes I wonder if this was really her home but I don’t care. I’m here now and I will get to see my little girls again. I found a blanket and curled up for the night, dreaming of the past.
I awoke the next morning to see a little purple dragon staring me right in the face. “.....Hi?” He jumped back a little then recovered.
“Who are you? What are you doing sleeping on the floor?” I explained everything except for the deal I made with the strange man who sent me here. “So you’re the father of the princesses? Doesn’t that make you like that kind or something?” ............What?
“What was that?” He said that I should be king if I’m the father of the princesses. “I haven’t thought about that.... I’ll have to ask Twilight.” I got up and streched. “ Anyway, I need to get to Canterlot. What's the fastest way there?”
“Well that would be by train but why would you need to? You could fly there! Being a alicorn and all you could easily fly there or even teleport!” I thought about this for a moment then nodded.
“I can only pick things up with my magic as of now so I’ll fly. See you later Spike!” I opened the door to the library and walked outside into the morning sunlight. “Ah a wonderful morning!” I laughed and flapped my large wings and was airborn in seconds. A rainbow blur shot past me almost sending me to the ground. “Watch it!” I yelled after it but it stopped then I remembered Rainbow Dash. “Crap....” I muttered as she hovered over to me.
“What the hay is your problem? I was just passing by!” She glared at me with those violet eyes, for a split second I remembered Rainbow Factory.
“Well you almost knocked me out of the sky! Now if you’ll excuse me I need to get to Canterlot.” I flew past her and started gaining speed like last night.
“Wait you’re going to fly to Canterlot from here? That’s crazy talk!” I looked behind me to see she was keeping up.
“Not for me!” I laughed and sped up even more, she was falling behind but caught up again.
“You're really fast! We have to race sometime!” I looked back at her and smiled.
“Sure. But right now I have to go!” I then shot forward in a burst of speed like the roadrunner. “Meep meep!” I laughed as Canterlot got closer and closer until I had to slow down and land. I landed out front and took a deep breath. I walked in and kept going through the streets getting gasps and bows all over the place. Soon when I was halfway through town when two guards started following me like it was a escort. When we reached the castle I took another deep breath. “This is it.” I mumbled. One of the guards walked in front of me and held out a water bottle. “Oh thanks.” I took it with my magic and he nodded walking back to the other one. I took one long drink and walked up to the gates.
The guards there gave me one long looked then bowed their heads and opened the gate. We walked in and I noticed the wonderful garden. “That’s my girls.” I laughed lightly and kept going. I soon stood at the true entrance of the castle, giant double doors with Tia’s cutie-mark on them, much large though. I pushed the doors open with my magic and looked down the large hall to see Tia talking with Lulu, they didn’t notice me yet so I walked down the hall silently and sat down. I waited a bit before saying. “So, no party?” I smiled.
They both froze up and looked at me slowly, looks of shock on their faces. The first one to shoot at me full force was Lulu. That’s my girl. “DADDY!” I was taken aback a bit but recovered with a smile and hugged her.
“Hey baby girl. I’m glad you remember me.” I couldn’t help but to cry a bit. I felt warm tears on my chest. I looked up at Tia who still had a shocked look. “What? No hug from my oldest girl?” She stared at me for a moment then smiled and looked to be on the verge of tears before, like Lulu, she hug tackled me at full speed.
“I-I honestly thought we would never see you again. I was wrong it would seem.” Tia sniffled and Lulu just nodded. I turned my head to look at the guards whos’ eyes were wide and their jaws dropped. I laughed and hugged my girls tighter. Tia started crying at some point and Lulu was still crying, of course I was crying too but they were manly tears and I can’t be judged for that at least.
It had been a few days after I had arrived at the castle and met with my kids. God I love those two, they got me a large night colored room and a few books about ruling, oh ya I forgot to say I’m suppose to be a king here and well I needed help finding out how to do it. It took me a week or so but I got the hang of the daily courts and meetings I needed to do. I was sitting in the throne room, my daughters sitting happily on each side of me as we listened to pony’s complaints and wants when a very unexpected guest showed up, the stallion unicorn looked a lot like the man I had saw I earth, the one that sent me here. “Hello my king,” He bowed, I still wasin’t use to that. “All I want from you today is to read this old book I found,” He pulled a book out of his saddle bag and levitated it over to me. The book looked about to fall apart into a dust heap but held together strongly, must be some sorta magic.
“Thats all? To read a book? Why not! I love reading, thank you.” I smiled warmly at him and put the book beside me. He bowed again and walked out of the throne room. The day went on like that until the sun started going down. “I will be in my chambers, I have a book to read.” I gave my girls each a kiss on the cheek and walked down the hall and up the stairs to where my room was. I opened the door and looked around my room, the ceiling was that of the night sky that actually moved, the stars never stayed in one place for to long and the walls were like Lulu’s old room, showing a desert, a vast forest, barren tundra, and a city that looked like Manehatten. “I love this room.” I laughed and walked over to my bed. The sheets were a dark color with random white dots on it and the pillows looked like the moon, I sat down and looked at the crappy about-to-fall-to-bits book and flipped it open. The words were as clear as day to read, I was thinking a book this old would be in a old equestrian language but it was present day English. I kept reading until I saw my name, ‘Father Night’
‘So Father Night, Mother Morning, and I, The Keeper, brought our powers together and formed the very world all pony’s walk on today, I only have a very short time to right this book before I fad back into earth but if any of the two above find this book then please, help me return to Equestria so I may see how the world has grown.
Until we meet again my friend and brother, The Keeper.’
I sat there stunned for a while before being able to think once again. ‘So wait, I was here at the very beginning!? I helped make this world? Who is Mother Morning and The Keeper?! I don’t remember any of this!’ After having a mini-mental breakdown I calmed myself and thought about the logic. ‘Right, so if I was here at the very start along with two others and I was a human then that must mean we all were sent to the human world after the world's creation. Wait The Keeper already said that so now I need to find out what sent us there, and how to get my memories back.’ I thought for a moment and then smiled. “Magic.” My horn started to glow a void black color. The blackness grew and grew until it exploded back into my horn. I sat there a few moments before I found out that I remembered everything.
“So Morning, you want to make a world full of whatever we are now?” I looked over at Mother Morning. She was a tall, pale colored alicorn with a reddish brown mane and a quill and ink as what she called a cutie mark.
She nodded excitedly at me. “Yes! A world with no bad to destroy it like things such as all the war in the human world!” I facepa-hoofed and looked behind me at the other pony.
“Your thoughts?” The alicorn that was slightly shorter then me and slightly taller the Morning, he had a light brown pelt and a green, blue, white flowing mane. His cutie mark was a open book with a infinity symbol in it.
“The choice was her’s and yours, are we ready?” I sighed and nodded and as did Morning except with a more excited look. “Very well, I shall make the base.” His horn glowed a white color and a small rock appeared and kept getting bigger and bigger and.....well.....bigger until it was the size of planet earth. “I have.....done my part..... the rest.....is up to you...” He laid down panting. I nodded and looked at Morning.
“Ladies first.” I laughed lightly and she smiled. Her horn glowed a sparkling ruby color as things started to appear, trees, water, and a few pony’s, pony’s with wings, horns, and nothing at all. I looked at her with a playful look. “Leave me with nothing to work on eh? meany...” I laughed lightly and my horn glowed a dark purple, along with it a fast forest appeared filled with beasts of legend in the human world and a castle.
“Wait what is the castle for?” Morning looked at me with a confused look, I grinned and my horn glowed again and a small filly flouted in front of them with a light pelt and a pink mane and tail, it looked to be a 5 month old. “What the?” I looked at her and smiled.
“Well they need someone to rule them, a kind and loving ruler she will be, heh you got me into this.” I laughed. She smiled at me and her horn glowed again making another filly with a light blue pelt and mane (And tail).
“She needs a little sister.” She smiled, I laughed and sent the two to the castle.
“Now we just need two more things...” I mumbled and my horn glowed again, around the planet darkness fell, it was like that for a moment until little dots in the sky started appearing lighting the world. “Now its your turn.” I panted and fell over. “Come on.....They need some light other then the stars.” She looked at me with shock and worry but nodded. Her horn glowed and around half the planet the light returned on that side but a bit brighter. She also fell over from extreme power use.
“Losing....grip...on.....realm...” She panted at me, I nodded and looked at The Keeper.
“You have....To give them the rest....” He looked at me a moment the nodded getting up. “Wait....One more....” I stood up with my remaining strength and broke off a piece of my mane and threw it at the dark side of the world, it rolled up into a glowing ball and grew bigger and bigger until it was the size of the moon in the human world. Morning did the same and made the sun, bigger then the moon of course. “Thats it, I’m gone!” I slowly faded out of the realm. But I could some how still see everything.
“I’m going to....Keeper....finish it...” She faded as well. The Keeper sat there for a few moments then sighed.
“Knowledge is needed, but I’m not the one to leave kids parentless.” His horn glowed and I felt a little of myself slip away. That’s when I must have lost my memories, he took a little bit of us, our memories, and made.......us? No, we look a lot more badass. They nodded at The Keeper and flew down into the castle. He fell over panting and slowly fading, he looked at the planet and what he did next almost made me yell (No not scream, men don’t do that.). He tore off the top of his horn and threw it at the world. When it hit the earth it exploded in a blast of white light, covering everything. “Knowledge.....Has been given....” A book popped up out of nowhere and crashed into the world. “Goodnight.....everypony.” He faded.
I shot up and gasped, looking around I remembered I was in my room in Canterlot castle. I sighed and walked towards the door. “ I need to find this guy, whoever he is...”

I was pacing in the castle archives under Starswirl The Bearded wing looking at portal magic, I don’t know why but I need to find this guy, it’s like he’s my brother or something. I found what I was looking for, his latest spell before whatever happened to him happened. ‘How to jump to a different world.’ Was its label, wow for a powerful magic user he used amusing titles. ‘Let’s see...’ I read through it as fast I could. You know, I think he went to another world but didn’t have enough magic to come back. Anyway, the book said just picture a door and use magic to make it real and to where you want to go. “Right!” I looked at the wall and focused. A door appeared with a light blue outline and no handle. “How original of me.” I sighed and the door became real. I trotted up to it and poked it with my horn. It slowly opened to a blue sky and on a cloud. I walked onto the cloud and looked around, this is the human world alright, the smell of cars burning gas was strong.
‘Now let’s get to work, one quick magic search of the world will do.’ I pointed my horn at the ground and blasted a purple beam of magic. It hit the ground and for a half a second the world turned purple. “Found you......And I didn’t expect it to be HIM!” I laughed and my horn glowed again. A human hovered there for a few moments with a stupid look on his face.
“......Holy shit a horse!” He pointed at me with a even stupider face. “Wait.......Your a pony aren't you?” I facehoofed.
“It’s nice to see you too Peter.” I swear his face could not get any more stupid.
“Connor? Holy shit dude look at you! You're a pony! And an alicorn at that!” I smiled softly at him and I turned.
“Come on, let's go.”
“Wait, what!? I have to go with you!? Why?” I turned to him and took a deep breath.
“BECAUSE I COMMANDETH YOU TO ACCOMPANY ME TO OUR WORLD! WHAT DOES THY SAY TO THAT!?” I used my Royal Canterlot Voice on that one. He looked stunned then held out his fist.
“Nice lungs there dude!” I giggled and bumped my hoof to his fist.
“Thanks, I got it from Lulu.” We laughed as we re-entered the door. Nothing had changed too much so I set Peter down and looked at him. “So after reading a old book I found out that you belong here as well, as some fellow named ‘The Keeper.’.” He looked at me a moment then sighed.
“Well we made it.....We finally both got here....And your telling me we are gods?” I nodded slowly. “.......FUCKING SWEET! Oh I mean BUCKING SWEET!” We both laughed and my horn glowed.
“Hold still. This will make you remember everything.” I poked him in the head and sent magic into his memories. I dug around a bit and almost laughed at the things I saw. I soon found what I was looking for, A large black box surrounded in chains and locks and everything else that is used to lock stuff. I blasted it open with my magic and got out of there as quick as I could. When I looked a Peter I could already tell he was going up in I,Q, points. “Peter? You ok?” He nodded slowly then turned to the exit door.
“I need a room. and a LOT of paper, I’ll be a pony in the morning.” I laughed lightly and nodded.
“Sure thing.” I walked ahead of him as he started walking. “I have to fill you in on some things. Like now I’m king of the world and stuff like that.” He laughed as we kept talking. I filled him in on everything that has happened and that the Gala was soon. He told me about everything that has happened in the human world like how every year a party was held for me and Lulu. He said was 65 years old right now and he’s still a brony. Anyway Austin had gotten killed by taking a shot for a child during a terrorist attack on the White House. I had lost all humor as we entered my room, I went over to my bed and laid down. I stuck my head in the pillow and cried for a long time while Peter was writing stuff down on paper. When Tia came in I explained everything fast and told her that I needed to be alone. Of course, she didn’t leave and instead laid down next to me resting her head on the back of my neck. I lost count of time and sooner or later Lulu had done the same. Holy moly, I love these kids.
I woke up the next day. Tia had left by then but Lulu was still here sleeping soundly right next to me. “You are too cute...” I kissed her forehead and got up without waking her up. I saw a light brown alicorn writing things down on paper with magic. I also saw he had a broken horn but somehow he was still able to use magic.
“Not as strong as I was in the beginning sadly, I can only do small tasks and spells now.” He said as if reading my mind, which honestly wouldn’t surprise me.
“You look like how you did back then too. Heh, even the mane gets rid of your smart-ass look.” We laughed and I sighed. “Welp, off to work.” He nodded at me and I left to go to the court. Let’s see what today's problems are.
Well that was.....unpredictable..... Twilight had come in with the happiest look I have ever seen on her, asking me if she could see him. I had to ask who was ‘him’? “You know who! The Keeper! Father of all Knowledge! I want to ask him about everything he knows! I just know he’ll have an answer to all of them!” She was talking to herself more then me now. I sighed but a flash of white light cut me off before I could talk and there stood Peter, or The Keeper.
“Twilight Sparkle, Knowledge can be deadly and in the wrong hooves destroy everything. I will answer your questions but not all at once. One important question a month, minor questions are no problem and can be asked over the letter.” He teleported away again, I swear the look on Twilights face told the whole world she was in love. The guards and I were about to die when she walked out. I looked at the two next to me and I locked the front door for a moment so we could laugh our heads off. If I hadn’t sound proofed the room all of Canterlot would have heard us. We finally calmed down and I unlocked the doors and went back to work.
Argh. The good thing is that court's over, I was about to fall over dead from boredom. I walked outside and into the garden. Everything looked tasty but I wasn’t hungry so I just looked at them. “I don’t see why you don’t do anything funny, like pranking the world?” I turned to Peter who had just popped up there for no reason whatsoever.
“......You have the gratest ideas in the world. Where should we start?” Both he and I grinned.
As we were talking about how we are going to prank Ponyville one of my favorite ponies popped out of a bush next to us. “OH OH! Can I join you!?” Pinkie smiled. Peter and I looked at each other for a few moments then we both looked at Pinkie and said at the same time.
“Yes.” Calmly and clearly. She jumped out of the bush and we kept talking about the plans.
“Right so we should start with the other elements then work around town. We need a LOT of pie and glue, along with a lot of other pranking items we could possibly get from our partner in crime here.” I extended my wing towards Pinkie.
“Great! Should we get started?” I nodded at her and looked at Peter.
“Multiple teleport spell, picture a ring around you and your companions and where you want to go, then add the amount of magic needed to do so.” I nodded and did so. As soon as we got there Pinkie shot off towards Sugar Cube Corner.
“We’ll get started with a few things! Meet us whenever!” She nodded as she got out of sight. “Alright, let’s get this show on the road!” I cheered and became invisible as this would help when pranking a whole town.
“Smart. Hold on.” Peter also became invisible but I could still see him.
Rainbow Dash’s cloud home was coming into view, she had no idea what she was in for. “Ready?” I looked over at Peter as we flew.
“Oh yeah.” He grinned. I turned towards Dash’s house and yelled.
“OH MY GAWDS THE WONDERBOLTS ARE IN TOWN!” I heard some sound in the house and readied a very smelly pie.
Dash shot out of her house with a look of pure excitement. “What!? Where!?” She looked around franticly.
“Over here!” I called and threw the pie. It hit her face as she turned to look where my voice came from. The both of us broke out into laughter as we flew away from the VERY pissed off Rainbow Dash.
“When I find who did this you’re going to pay!” I giggled, D’aww, she thinks she can take me on! How cute!
“Alright, next target: Applejack!” We bro-hoofed and flew towards the farm.
When we got there Pinkie was hiding in a bush waiting for us. “Hiya! I see what you’re doing, taking out the strongest first huh?” She giggled as we nodded, I didn’t even ask how she knew it was us but at the time I was still giggling over Dash’s prank.
“Alright, I’m going to change into an earth pony proclaiming I have the best apples in the world and get her to try one, Pinkie how fast can you make an apple like the party cannon?” She held up an apple.
“This fast! Don’t bite it.” I grinned and took it with my magic.
“Pinkie, sooner or later you’re going to have to go out drinking with me. It will be the most random night in history! Anyway I’m off!” I ran off onto the path to the farm and changed from an alicorn to an earth pony. I was brown with a fire red mane and deep green eyes, I started yelling. “Try one of the best apples in the world! One free for every customer! BEST APPLES IN ALL OF EQUESTRIA!” I heard the sound of hooves pounding on the ground. “Heh. Her pride would never let her ignore this.” I muttered to myself as the farmpony came into view.
“What’s this about the best apples in Equestria!? You’re looking at the farm!” She was, I swear, about to explode with rage by the looks of it.
“Ah but my dear I come from faraway lands and there this apple is called the best in the world! I have come here to prove this fact!” I had a honest grin on my face, I must be a good liar because she was buying it!
“Well Ah guess one try won’t hurt.” She was about to hand me a bit when I put my hoof up.
“First ones free for first time costumers. Here.” I handed (hoofed?) her the apple and started walking away. “I have a place in Ponyville if you want more.” Just then I heard the apple explode and the grin grew on my face. “I told you they were the best!” I turned to see Applejack with a lot of party stuff around her and she had a look of shock and rage. Huh, that’s a whole new shade of red.
“WHEN AH GET MAH HOOVES ON YA I”M GUNA-” I turned back into my alicorn form and flew away turning invisible again.
“No refunds!” I laughed as Peter and Pinkie flew after me. (Pinkie was riding on Peter’s back.)
Next will be Rarity. I’ll get a new outfit while I’m at it.
I saw the Carousel Boutique coming into view. I looked at Peter and Pinkie. “Alright here’s the plan, I’m going to go in and order a new suit for the Gala and when I leave you guys head in and distract her therefor having her stress out then throw the mud pies. Don’t hit the suit though, I’m going to need that.” They both nodded as we landed. I pushed open the door.
“Hello welcome to Carousel Boutique where everything is *GASP*” She turned her head and looked at me with wide eyes. “My king! It is a honor to have you in my shop and home!” She was about to bow when I stopped her.
“Please no bowing, it makes me feel low...” I sighed then smiled. “Anyway I heard you were the best at what you do so I have come to place an order for a nice suit for the Gala. Something that would just look good on me.” She nodded and started measuring me.
“Hold still dear.” She told me. I was there 20 minutes when she finished. “Alright dear I will have it done before the Gala!” I nodded my thanks and left. I saw Pinkie and Peter by the door and grinned.
“Plan is a go.” They nodded and Peter changed into a very hyper looking unicorn. I ran and hid in a bush to watch the chaos go down. They went in, I heard some talking, then yelling, then screaming as Pinkie and Peter bolted out of the building chased by a very angry and dirty Rarity.
“GET BACK HERE YOU LITTLE PESTS!” Peter and Pinkie were laughing so much they almost got caught. Peter managed a teleport to where I was hiding in the bush and that’s when I started dying.
“Oh boy that was a hoot!” We all laughed. “Come on. We have two more elements to un-harmonize.” I grinned as we started walking towards the library.
“This is going to be a tricky one. See this book?” I held up a book and they nodded, Peter got a huge grin on his face. “By this time of the day Twilight should be testing out spells so if we switch this one with the one she is testing she will change into a male.”
“Oh I feel like I’ve done this somewhere before with a guy named Kyle.” Pinkie put her hoof on her chin thinking.
“Ok? Anyway P-I mean Keeper you distract her while we switch out the books.” He nodded and Pinkie and I ran off towards the back window as Peter knocked on the door. When we heard a gasp I made Pinkie invisible. “Ok here we go.” I opened the window and slipped in, Pinkie following close behind. I saw Peter talking with Twilight who was throwing questions at him as if he were a spider and she was trying to kill it by throwing things at it. Anyway, I saw an open book with a spell in it but I ignored it and picked it up and placed the other book down. Pinkie and I got out as fast as we could and waited for Twilight to stop trying to kill Peter with words.
After about an hour he got out of there and we started laughing. “How’d it go?” Pinkie looked at him with one of the godlike smiles.
“It was interesting, but let’s see what happens now.” He grinned as we approached the window. She had been reading the book when we got there and after about 3 minutes her horn glowed it covered her and when the light faded she was a HE! He looked around for a minute then gasped.
“What the!? I’m a stallion!” He was panicking and looking at the book. “Wait a minute!” I just noticed his voice was deeper. “This isn’t the book I was reading! What the hay happened!?” By this time we were dying in silent laughter. We were laughing so hard it came out high pitched yelps when we needed to breathe. I was gagging on my own breath when we finally stopped.
We were nearing the small cottage as I was explaining the plan. “So we are going to have Pe-I mean the Keeper shape shift into a dragon and have him hide in the woods and we’re going to say we saw a hungry ‘little fella’ out there and needs food fast. Ready?” They both nodded with grins. “Let’s do this.” Peter then changed into a large dragon and ran into the woods without casing to much noise. Pinkie and I walked over to Fluttershy’s door and knocked.
“H-hello?” She opened the door slowly and smiled at us. “Oh hi Pinkie, Night.” Oh how I love that name.
“Greeting Fluttershy, Pinkie and I are here that a poor little animal is starving in the woods over there.” I pointed with my horn over to the woods Peter was hiding in. “We were hoping you would have some-” She rushed past us and into the forest with a big bag of food. “Food?” I looked at Pinkie and grinned. After a few minutes we heard a loud ‘MEEP’ then 10 seconds we heard a ‘boo’ that was a bit loud. Fluttershy shot past us again and into her house. I heard a LOT of locks then Peter came out of the forest back in his pony form. “And that’s how you scare a pony that loves animals!” We all broke down as we walked away. I felt a bit bad about it but got over it soon after. We said bye to Pinkie and teleported back to Canterlot castle, there waiting for us was Tia and Lulu, Tia didn’t look too happy but Lulu was on the way to laughing.
“Mind telling me where you two were all day and why I got a letter from Twilight saying pranking has been going on?” I giggled and Lulu started giggling as well.
“Well I needed cheering up on a lot of things.so I had some fun, just because I’m king doesn’t mean I can’t take a short break. Sorry I made some noise but hey I forgot what I was sad about!” She smiled and rolled her eyes. I nuzzled her and Lulu. “Right what is next on my planer?” I muttered to myself as I saw the sun going down.
“I would say you should go to bed.” Tia walked past me.
...............Wait.
Something is wrong here, it got colder by lots and Lulu looked like she was freezing. “Lulu, are you sick? Come here.” She walked over to me and I put my hoof to her head. “Holy moly girl you’re burning up! Come on off to bed with you!” I walked with her to her room and tucked her in. “I’ll have someone bring you some soup later when you wake up alright?” She nodded. I kissed the top of her head and walked out of the room. “I must be one of those old time dads.” I shrugged and saw Peter walk towards his room. “Might as well get some sleep myself.” I muttered and walked into my awesome room. I laid down on my bed and closed my eyes. I didn’t know it at first but I was about to go through a LOT of stuff in the morning.
This morning was cold. I sat up and yawned and looked around, somepony had blown out my candles and it was VERY dark. My horn flashed and the lights came on, but nothing was there. I was half expecting someone or something to be there. I got up and like every day I made my way to the throne room but as I was one hallway away I heard a voice. “You elements are useless against me now! The night shall last forever!” My face darkened and I rushed into the throne room.
“WHAT IN THE NAME OF MY NIGHT IS GOING ON IN HERE!?” I had accidently use my Royal Canterlot Voice and scared the elements of harmony and........Nightmare Moon? About as witless as they could get.
“W-what? I thought you were asleep!” She hissed at me but my pissed off look took a LOT of the cake.
“Yes I was but like any normal pony I WOKE UP! Now get you flank out of my throne or I’m going to send you to some place colder than the moon!” She was about to do so then stopped.
“And why should I listen to you? You’re not the king anymore!” I extended my wings in a hostile manner in which Fluttershy passed out.
“You had better run girl...” Dash whispered loud enough for Nightmare to hear her. She gulped but stood her ground.
“Right then...” I sighed and my horn started to glow purple. She gulped again.
“You have something about you, it makes me fear you...” She muttered. I grinned and stood up on my back hooves.
“Why? Because, I’M YOUR FATHER!” I just had to do that. I grinned and started walking towards her my wings still extended. She by this time started to panic and was throwing her strongest spells at me. Note to self: Thank Peter for that blessing of stone hide. I made my eyes a little wider. “You know...” A bolt of dark lightning hit my chest. “If Lulu and Tia are my daughters, and you’re somewhat Lulu....” A lot of power was put into that one.....ouch, I felt that one! “You know what that makes you?” I grinned like a mad man-er, pony. She was breathing heavily and quickly, I swear she was going to cry out in fear as I stopped right in front of her. I stood on my back hooves and grabbed her in a hug. “That makes YOU my daughter too.” The looks on everypony’s faces was PRICELESS! I swear this is the best thing I have ever done! All of the elements except for Pinkie (Who D’awwed instead) gasped (AGAIN!). Nightmare went as wide eyed and let out a low gasp. Peter was suddenly beside Pinkie who joined in the D’aww which must have spread to the other elements.
“W-what?” Nightmare looked around unable to escape my fatherly death hug.
“You are not hated. There are a lot of ponies here that love you and the night. Heck I AM the night and I’m loved. So that means you are loved as well. So I’m going to let you go now, you’re not going to run are you?” She thought for a moment then sighed shaking her head. “Good.” I let her go and waited. She was telling the truth, she didn’t run. I turned to Peter and smiled. “Find me a spell to separate the two?” He smiled and nodded walking off, followed by Twilight who had a look of excitement. I turned to the element that had remained. “I thank you all for coming for I may need help with this. Are you all up to it?” They all nodded. “Good, Now I ask you all to wait a moment. Nighty.” I turned to Nightmare with her new found nickname. “You be nice to the elements. I have to go make sure Twi and Keeper don’t blow up the castle, and let Tia go, where ever you put her.” I giggled a bit and FINALLY got a smile out of her, even if it was a small one.
I walked into the library to find Peter and Twi......BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHASHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! OH DEAR THEIR MAKING OUT! OH MY NIGHT! Anyway my sudden outburst scared the IQ points out of the both of them cause they couldn’t pronounce a single word. “Hey! Your secret is safe with me!” I grinned and laughed a bit more. “Anyway, find anything?” Peter nodded and walked past me.
“Yes, and it’s a good thing you told the elements to stay.” He explained everything to me on the way back. The elements had to stand in a circle and feed power to the both of us so we could quickly make a body for Nighty while allowing Lulu to stay in her own body.
“Right, let’s get started.” I called as we entered the throne room just in time to stop a fight from starting between Nighty and Dash, something about the Shadowbolts or something. “Right! Harmony in a circle now!” I ordered as they began to do so. When everything was in place Peter and I got to work. It was a good thing we were getting magic from the elements cause I ran out of power FAST doing this. In the middle of the spell Tia entered the room and watched with wide eyes. As the body was being made something went.....wrong, It didn’t grow up! I half hoped she would not remember anything and be a little girl for me to raise. We gave up on the body and took Nighty’s soul and placed it into the body. Lulu’s body returned to normal and Nighty’s body changed to match her, her pelt changed to look a bit darker then mine and her eyes were green dragon eyes.
We finished up and let them go, they both passed out as soon as they reached the floor. I sighed and looked at everypony. The elements were out of breath and Tia was looking over Lulu. I walked over to Nighty and smiled. “Goodnight baby girl. You’ve earned it.” I picked her up with my magic and put her on my back. “Elements, you are welcome to stay the night here if you wish. Keeper, you go to bed, you need it.” I walked out of the throne room and into my bedroom. I set her down in my bed and laid down next to her, curling around her as if to protect her from the outside world. “Goodnight, my little angel.” I muttered before falling asleep.
A/N: Yes I know its short but Its st' Patrick's day so I had to put something up quick before I burn down the town in a drunken rage.
I woke up the next morning to see Nighty still sleeping, oh my lord she is to adorable as a child! I got slowly making sure not to wake her up and placed a blanket over her. I walked out and into the halls.
“Good morning my king.” One of the servants walked past me with a smiled. I nodded to her and started walking to the throne room when I got the smell of GODLIKE food being cooked.
“Holy sun what is that smell!?” For comedy reasons I flapped my wings lightly hovering towards the smell. I found myself looking over Applejack’s shoulder at the apple pie in the oven.
“Well hey there Night!” She turned and looked at me with a wide smile. “Just making a pie.”
“I can see that........Can I have some?” I begged almost hitting the floor to bow at the magnificent pie!
“Well sure! When it’s done.” She grinned and I almost cried, HOW LONG WOULD THAT BE!? Wait the six were still here? I bet Twilight ether A: In the library or B: Bugging Peter, I’m leaning more to B, Pinkie might be putting up party stuff for Nighty because it was her birthday like yesterday, Rarity might be looking for fancy ponies to talk to, Applejack is here, Rainbow Dash might be bugging the guards or flying around the castle, and Fluttershy might be in the garden trying to get the animals to love her.....again. I walked to the throne room pondering a few things when I saw Dash trying to get the guards to laugh or whatever. I walked over and asked. “Sup Dash?” She turned to me with a bored look.
“Nothing much, just trying to get these guys to do something, ANYTHING!” She fell over with a sigh.
I looked at her then the guards and grinned. “What do you get when you mix an ugly looking chicken with a bird?” They stood still faces unmoving. “A Griffon!” The snickered and giggled then stared full out laughing. I knew all the guards’ weaknesses, and these two like Griffon jokes.
Dash just stared dumbfounded. “How did you do that?” I shook my head still laughing.
“That my loyal friend is a secret! If everypony knew how to do this then everypony would be able to get into the castle with no trouble.” She looked upset but nodded. She then grinned and started telling jokes to the two making them laugh even more. Some of those jokes weren’t even Griffon jokes yet they still laughed. I started looking for Peter and Twilight, when I got to the door to his bedroom I saw a note on the door,
Father Night
The door is locked for a reason, come in here and I will make you so stupid you won’t be able to tell the difference between air and a fart.
“Holy night he sounds pissed.” I giggled and walked away, I know what he and Twi are up to in there and I don’t want to walk in on THAT. I saw Pinkie in the dining hall setting up party stuff, from what I saw it WAS a birthday party for Nighty. “Need any help? I would like to at least help set up my daughter’s birthday party.” She looked at me from setting down some cupcakes and smiled.
“Keep her from getting here before the party! I can handle everything from here!” I sighed and nodded. I decided to go check up on Nighty. It’s been what, 2 hours? I was closing in on the room when I heard whimpering. I rushed to the door and almost broke it down.
“Nighty? What wrong?” What I saw was a little bundle of black fur sitting up on the bed crying. “Aw, what’s wrong baby girl?” I walked over to the bed and sat down next to her. Now I know she lost her memory cause she just grabbed me in a hug and the normal Nightmare Moon would not do that, even if she was scared. She must not be comfortable talking ‘cause she wasn’t talking to me. “Shh, it’s alright. Calm down.” I hugged her. “Come on, let’s go get some pie.” I picked her up and put her on my back. She held on for dear life as I walked through the halls. On the way I wiped her face clean of tears with a small rag I had in my room, yes it was clean itself.
As I entered the kitchen I saw Applejack take the pie out of the oven. “Hey there Night!” I smiled and nodded at her. “The pie is done if you want some.” I drooled and walked over.
“Oh yeah!” I turned and picked up Nighty then set her on the floor. “Wait one moment baby girl.” She looked at Applejack with wide eyes as I cut two slices of pie. I felt her cling to my leg as I set the two plates on a table. Applejack was laughing. “Oh hush, she’s just shy.” I picked her up and put her in a chair.
“Sorry, she’s just so darn cute!” I nodded in agreement and took a bite of pie. I flinch and spit it out.
“Argh, too hot!” I laughed and looked at Nighty, she was looking at her pie then looked up at me. “.....Oh, right then.” I picked up her fork and sliced off a small piece of pie. I blew on it for a minute then held up to her mouth. “Open.” She opened her mouth and she took the pie and the fork. “Where have I seen this before? Oh yeah.” I sarcastically muttered and took the fork out of her mouth. “You don’t eat the fork, just take the food and let the fork go.” I cut another piece of pie and blew on it. I kept feeding her the pie until her slice was gone. I put her fork down then took mine and started eating. The only thing I could think was ‘OH MY NIGHT WHAT DID SHE PUT IN THIS, GOD FLAVOR!?’ I swear this was the god of pies right here! Nighty smiled a little at the goofy face I was making and so was Applejack.
“I don’t know why you do that!” I turned to Applejack with an even goofier face. Nighty was starting to giggle now as Applejack fell over laughing.
“What? You don’t like me normal face?” I goofed up the words to sound like Mario. I turned to the sound of little bells ringing. “So we get here your voice now? GIGGLE!” I reached over and tickled her making her laugh more. “What do you say?” I grinned as she was trying to make me stop. She muttered something. “What was that?” I laughed as she muttered it again a bit louder. “What?”
“S-stop!” OH MY GWAD HER VOICE IS SO FUCKING CUTE! I stopped and smiled.
“Well, all you had to do was ask!” I giggled as she took a few breaths. “Now Applejack do you know if Pinkie is done with the plan?” She nodded. “Wonderful!” I picked up Nighty. “Come on then! We don’t want to be late!” We started walking towards the dining hall. As we were walking we ran into Twi and Peter. “Oh, hello you two! Sleep well?” Trollface.jpg.
“Oh shut up.” Peter muttered while Twi just blushed madly.
I laughed. “Well anyway walk with us a moment.” As we were walking Applejack was questioning Twi and Peter and I were talking about some important stuff. Nighty looked so cute when she was trying to hide in my mane. We entered the dining hall to find all the lights off. “Well, I can’t see a thing. Anypony?” My little part said no all at the same time. That’s when the lights popped on and ALL OF CANTERLOT was there, some if not most ponies even standing outside.
“SUPRISE!” I almost fell over it was so loud.
‘My ears...”
“WHAT?”
“How is this form of sound even possible?”
“Don’t strain yourself, I don’t even know...”
“*Whimper*”
I shook my head and looked around. “Holy night Pinkie has out done herself! She got all of Canterlot here and not even that but got them to be cheerful!” I laughed and set Nighty down. “Happy birthday baby girl.” She looked at me with fear but slowly smiled and hugged me.

“Argh, what happened?” I lifted my head up slowly and looked around, I was in my room. “Oh ya, I got knocked out by the pure adorableness that is my daughter. I’m getting old...” I laughed and jumped out of my bed and stretched. The sound of the party was still going on, might as well go back and join them! I walked down the hall towards the sound when I heard a scream and what sounded like a man making a disgusted noise. “Blueblood,” I growled and walked a bit faster. When I got to the door I heard complaining.
“I mean look at her! She is just a useless little girl! She dosin’t even have the correct table manners to be royalty! I mean really-” I kicked the door down with death in my eyes.
“Who is picking on my little girl!?” The whole room went silent. Blueblood walked up to me.
“I was stating the truth about your so called ‘daughter’, she as absolutely no manners for elders what-so-ever and she can’t hold a fork right!” I smiled, murder still in my eyes.
“Is that so?” He nodded. “Well how about this,” I turned around and bucked him right in the jaw. “Better?” In all truth I put nothing into that hit but magic, loopy magic!
“Oh look at the flouting sea ponies dancing like-” He fell over passed out.
“Wow, guy cant take a hit even with nothing in it.” Everyone giggled. “Back to the party!” Everypony cheered and went back to the party. I walked over to Nighty and picked her. “Alright now?” She nodded some tears still in her eyes, I grabbed a near by napkin and wiped her eyes. “Alright, go party.” I set her down and she bounced away happily. I walked over to the punch bowl, cause thats what you always do at a party, and got a cup.
“Well you seem to be having fun, your already at the punch bowl” The Keeper walked over to me.
“Shut up, so what did I miss.” He stood next to me.
“Nothing but Blueblood being a pain.” I sighed and nodded. “Good thing you knocked his ass out, I was about to send him to the moon.” I laughed.
“Good luck with that. Um is Celestia wearing a lamp shade on her head?” I pointed my hoof at her across the room where she was dancing with Luna and the main six.
“Eeyup, shes having a blast!” We both laughed.
“They grow up so fast. I hope that dosin’t happen with Nighty.” I sighed. “At least i wont lose her half way through.” Keeper nodded, knowing what I went through back then. I turned to the balcony and walked out onto it.
“Geez how did Luna get so creative?” I looked up into the starry sky. “From what I remember I just left it boring but now its so good looking. That’s my girl.” I laughed lightly and looked at the moon. Keeper was suddenly at my side looking at me with a look I can never forget. “What do you want?”
“Well I have a new spell planed to be in library’s soon but I need to test it.” I raised a eyebrow at him then sighed.
“Your lucky I’m in a good mood. Go ahead.” He grinned widely and his horn started glowing a gray color and he shot a beam at me. “EEOW! What the hell!?” I glared at him.
“Sorry dude, didn’t know it was going to hurt.
[Shit head, send his ass to the MOOOOOOOOOOOON!] < Isn’t that a bit harsh? I looked at Keeper who looked worried. “You ok? You zoned out for a moment.” I nodded.
“Ya and you brought two fucking voices into my head.”
[Hey we are you bitch, look at me!] {Hmm your right you look just like me,} <Like he said we are you, this is Full Moon and I’m New Moon> [Ya he’s the good one while I’m the kick ass motherfucker!]
I giggled and looked at Keeper. “These two are awesome.” I walked back into the party leaving Keeper to look like a confused wreak.

I face hoofed and kept going until I found Celestia flouting Nighty around who was giggling like a little school filly.

I nodded and that was it. Nighty was going to Ponyville for school.

“ARGH! I’m so bored!” Full Moon fell onto the see through black floor of Night’s mind. “Where the hell is that computer thing? I want to look at some memory’s from the past!”
“Well,” New Moon looked behind him at a old time computer. “If thats the case let’s do it! I want to see Luna as a baby!” Full got up and rushed along side New to the computer, him taking the seat.
“Sweet! Let’s look at porn!” He was suddenly punched out of the seat.
“Don’t start, alright, lets see...” New sat down and scrolled through some lists. “OH! Let’s look at Luna’s first winter!” He clicked a tab labeled ‘Luna’s first winter.’
“DADDY!” Gah! Holy shit! That hurt! I woke up to Lulu bouncing on my chest like the house was on fire.
“What?! What happened?!” I shot up as she jumped off my chest and onto the floor. I looked down at my little Lulu who had a very excited look.
“It’s snowing!” I smiled softly at her and got up. My back made a popping sound as I stretched which got a look from Lulu.
“Alright, show me.” She looked excited again and flapped her wings, hovering over to the window with me in slow pursuit.
“See!? It’s so pretty!” I leaned down to look out the window and, like she said, it was snowing. The white flakes fell slowly down to the ground, some waving in the wind making them stay air born for a few moments before falling again.
“Hmm, your right. You know what this means?” She looked at me excitedly. “I have to shovel....” She gave me a bemused look before laughing at me. “Oh come on! You get to have fun and I have to shovel!” I made a pouty face. “Meany...” She stared at me a while before I grinned and scooped her up.
“AHHH!” She screamed as I spun around the room laughing like a mad man. “NO STOP! LET ME GO! AHHH!” I spun for a few more minutes before I fell face first on the couch, setting her down gently.
“Alright, I’ll have to get grandma to get some winter stuff for you first.” She frowned. “Oh don’t look at me like that. She’ll get down here right quick with them.” She smiled a bit. “But, in the mean time make like a couch potato and watch some TV.” She laughed lightly before using her magic to grab the remote. I walked back into my bedroom and picked up my cell phone. “Ok, let’s see...” I scrolled down some names listed until I came to my moms name. “Aha!” I het the talk button and put the phone up to my ear.
‘Hello?’
“Hey mom! As you can see it is snowing and Lulu want’s to go outside and play but I don’t have any winter stuff for her so-”
‘Say no more. I’ll get your old winter stuff and she can wear those, she’s about the same size you were.’
“Thanks mom. See ya in a few.”
‘Yup, I love you.’
“Love you too, bye.”
‘Bye.’
I hung up and sighed happily. I walked out into the living room and sat down next to Lulu.

WHAT THE FUCK!? I almost lunched myself off of the couch! And all things that could happen it was a Nightmare Night episode! I looked at Lulu nervesly but then I put on a confused face. She had a smile on her face, she was enjoying this. Why not join her? We sat there and watched the full episode with a few laughs. “That was funny!” She giggled. “But why did that big blue pony have my name?” I facepalmed, right, the after episode questions.
“Well your the one actually from the show.” Meh, might as well be honest. “You see it all began like-”
“-and that all of it in a nutshell.” I got done explaining EVERYTHING I knew about the show and its past. She had eyes full of wonder.
“Wow.....So I’m a princess!?” She asked excitedly.
“Eeyup!” Havn’t done that in a while. She sqweed and started hooping around the room. She seems to have forgotten the Nightmare Moon part which was good. She stopped as soon as she heard a kock on the door down the ladder. “I’ll get it.” I got up and opened the trap door to see my mother looking up at me with a smile. “Hey mom.” I reached down and grabbed the bag so she could climb up.
“Yay! Grandma’s here!” Lulu cheered as Mom closed the trap door. “Grandma guess what!?”
“What is it baby girl?” She looked at her with soft eyes..
“I’m a princess!” She cheered again and hooped around the room.
[......That is the cutest thing I have ever seen........Ever.] <Ditto....>
I laughed lightly along with Mom. She sat down on the couch next to the bag and reached into it, pulling out a hat. “Alright honey come here.” Lulu stopped and hovered in place before flying over to her. “Put this on.” She put the hat on her head. I was about to die! She looked so damn cute! HARGHHHHHHHH.

I put my hand up to my chest and sighed. By this time Mom put a scarf and light blue jacket on her. “Well you were right.” I said walking over to them. “They seem to fit her just right.” I picked Lulu up in a hug. “Ready to go outside?” She nodded excitedly. “Well alright then.” I put on my coat and boots. “ADVENTURE!” I opened the trap door and jumped down getting a gasp from my mom. Lulu was in pursuit as I opened the door and dove out into the snow. I hid behind the tree house with a snow ball ready and waiting in my hands.
“Daddy?” Lulu walked around the house and gasped as I dove to the side and lightly threw the snow ball at her. Funny thing, it got stuck on her horn. I fell over laughing as she tried t oget it off. “Help!” She whined, I finally got up and pulled the ball of snow off her horn just to get a bigger one thrown at me. I fell to the ground flailing my arms while Lulu laughed. “Got ya!” She continued laughing while I got up.
“Thats my girl!” I Laughed and made a even bigger snow ball. When she saw it she went wide eyed.
“D-daddy, you know I love you right?” She swallowed.
“Of course. That makes it all more easier for you to forgive me.” I grinned and chucked it at her.
“Ok I’m going to stoip you right there.” Full hit the pause button.
“What?! Why?!” New complained as Full powered down the computer.
“We have to get back to Night before he gets himself killed.” New nodded putting a hoof to his chin.
“Ya your right. Let’s get.” He got up and followed Full into the darkness.
You could say I’m going to do this for a while. So y’all get to see what diden’t happen in Father Night.
----The bronies point of view (DJ story bronies)----
“DUDE!” Connor yelled walking into Damian’s house, a blanket with something wrapped in it on his back.
“What?” Both Damian and Vinyl looked up at him from their recording stuff.
“We’re going to a wedding!” Connor said excitedly, eyes as big as Pinkies.
“Whoa what? Really!? SWEET!” Connor and Damian bro-hoofed.
“Well you two seem excited, I’m going too.” Vinyl got up.
“Damian, go get Peter and meet us at the train station! We leave in a few minutes!” Connor rushed out the door with Vinyl following as fast as she could. Damian teleported to Applejack’s house.
“PETER!” Peter jumped and hit the roof. Damian grabbed him and pulled him out. “Dude get ready we have to go to a wedding!”
“Whoa what? Sweet!” They bro hoofed as Applejack kicked down the door.
“Peter! Come on we need to go!” Damian took a step forward.
“On it!” His horn glowed and they were on the train as it began to leave. Connor was sitting next to Dash holding a baby filly, it had her rainbow hair and Connor’s lightish red pelt. Vinyl was sitting alone by a window, Damian walked over to her and sat next to her, planting a kiss on her cheek. Peter and Applejack took a seat.
----Dark’s point of view.----
“Don’t you think he may have been a bit tied up in his job? I mean come on!” I made a pouty face at Twilight as she was hanging out the window with a bumed look.
“I know, he could have, but that dosin’t mean he coulden’t take a moment off to tell me himself!” She shut the curtin of the window.
“Granted, I would.” I laughed and sighed. “Look Twi, it’s a big day for him, my buddy was so caught up in his wedding he forgot to invite me! And I went anyway!” I laughed and ate a random cupcake. Twilight had started ignoring me. “Oh ya, sure, ignore me. Grown up of you Twi.” I grumbled and slouched in my seat. “At least I get to help make the dresses.” I chuckled.
----Father Night’s point of view----
“Wait so Cadance, my granddaughter, is getting married to Twilight’s brother, Shining armor? And I only hear this now? I feel loved.” I slouched my head. Tia sighed playfully.
[Over did it.] {Ya think?} <Yes, yes you did, but hell it made her smile!>
I nodded at that. I looked back up to her with a grin. “So you think I should do the vows?” I asked, but she shook her head.
“It’s alright, I’ll do it.” I nodded and got up. “As for you, you should go meet the elements as they get off the train.” I nodded.
[Woo! And we get to meet those new ponies Keeper brought! I heard someone knocked up Rainbow Dash.] {Bullshit. Dash wouldn’t let that happen.} <Then let’s go see!>
I teleported down to the train station and waited a moment for the train to get past the shield. As it came to a stop I heard crying. As soon as the doors opened my jaw hit the ground.
There was a stallion that had a foal on his back that had Dash’s mane and tail while it had the stallion’s lightish red pelt, and something stank too.
“I’ll get it.” He mumbled and walked into the station. I watched in awe as she kissed his cheek as he left.
[Dah fuck...] <FUCK! DASH IS BEST PONY AND HE GOT TO HER FIRST!> [Whoa, I thought I was the cranky one.] {Point taken New, calm down.}
----third pony view.----
Dark, Connor, Peter, and Damian got off the train after the girls, Connor walked off to change the baby’s diaper. Dark ran after Twilight after she ran off to talk to her brother, and the rest of them just stayed there. Father Night looked back at them with a smile. “Welcome Elements of Harmony, where did your human run off too?” He asked a bit concerned. Peter stepped forward.
“Sorry your majesty, he tends to be a bit......Random.” Damian was slowly dieing of laughter, as was Vinyl.
“I’ll see you dude’s later.” Vinyl got up and walked away with Pinkie following. Damian got up and sighed.
“Alright, let’s go have some fun around Canterlot. Connor can catch up later.” Night froze up. Peter and Damian. Connor walked out with a happy baby on his back. Dash walked up to him and took it. Night walked over shortly after and looked at Connor.
“So a little bundle of joy has entered my kingdom, may I ask it’s name?” Connor stood tall and proud.
“Her name is Rushing Wind. I’m Connor! Nice to meet ya!” He put out his hoof and, reluctantly, Father Night shook it before letting out a long sigh.
“She looks a lot like you both, Rainbow Dash’s mane and tail and your pelt. How old id she?” Connor thought for a moment then smiled.
“About 20 weeks, she is almost walking, AND SHES SO CUTE!” He sqweed. Night laughed and looked at Rushing Wind.
Dark had followed Twilight all the way all the way to a balcony. “Twilight! Calm down I don’t think-” Just then a couple of guards hung over the railing with spears pointed at them. “We.....Can.....Fuck.” He clapped and the spears flew over and into his hands. Another one looked over and saw Twilight.
“Twily!” He called and the others backed off. Dark looked a the spears and dropped them.
“Ahehe, sorry.” The guard walked down and hugged Twilight.
“It’s alright, you were trying to defend yourself, you’v got some strong magic there.” Twilight shoved her hoof into his mouth.
“Don’t encourage him.” Dark made a small grin. “Now then, why didn’t you come and tell me you didn’t come and tell me you were getting married?” Dark stepped forward.
“I tried to tell her you might be wrapped up! I did!” Twilight picked him up and tossed him off the side of Canterlot. “Ahhhhhhhh.” He let out a bored yell as he fell. Shining Armor looked stunned.
“D-did you just-”
“Yes I did, but don’t worry he’ll be back in a few minutes.” As dark was falling he looked at his watch then sighed. As soon as he hit the ground he broke straight through it.
“Wait what!? AHHHHHHHHHHHH!” He yelled as he hit a crystal type floor. “Whoa, cool!” He got up and looked around, a small ball of fire catching next to him. “ADVENTURE TIME!” He cheered and began to walk around.
Connor was sitting on a cloud with Rushing Wind, watching Dash train for her sonic rainboom a few hours later. Rushing Wind was giggling her little heart out as mommy did flips and loops and all that other stuff. Connor just smiled at the two. “Your going to be just like you mother arn’t you? A little speed demon, oh won’t my life be eventful.” He gave her a little noggiy and sighed happily. “GO DASH! WOO!” He cheered and Wind laughed some more and leaned on her dad. :Oh you are too cute.” He laughed and put a hoof around her.
“Peter stop tryin to eat everything!” Applejack slapped Peter’s hoof away from the cake.
“Aww but you make the best stuff!” He complained. Twilight was sitting on a pole, checking of a list of things Applejack called, the very last being tasty treats witch she said ‘check’ to. Peter was trying to eat some cake when Cadence walked in. After correcting Applejack about her name she tried some of the food.
“It’s good.” She said plainly, getting a glare from Peter.
“What was that?” He almost growled but Twilight zipped his mouth shut, getting her a glare.
“Well shucks! Why don’t you take some for the road?” She handed her a bag full of treats. As she was leaving she threw it out. Peter was steaming he was so mad.
“You see? She’s rude!” Peter nodded. “Oh sorry.” She un-zipped his mouth.
“Hey do you know where dark went?” Twilight grinned sheepishly.
“I sorta threw him off the side of Canterlot.” Peter looked at her blankly for a bit then shrugged.
“Meh, he’ll be fine.”
Damian had helped Rarity in place of dark. “You are surprisingly good at this Damian, you never told me you were good with fashion.” Rarity complemented.
“Yea well I don’t work with it much, only when I need to look good for a party or meeting and stuff like that.” He laughed and put the final stich on the dress. “And done!” Twilight was rambling on about Cadence when she suddenly walked in. “Ah princess, we have finished yours and you brides maids dresses.” Damian did a little bow. She looked at her dress.
“I was hoping for something a bit more wavy” (I think that’s what she said.) Damian looked up at her with a slight glare.
“Well I-” He got cut off by Rarity.
“Of course.” Cadence walked over to the other dresses.
“And these should be a different color.” Rarity nodded and wrote something down. Some of the brides maids spoke up.
“I really like it!” That got them a powerful glare from Cadence. Twilight and Damian glared at her with death, well Damian did. When they all left Damian muttered.
“Bitch...” Twilight just sighed.
“And here are the games! Connor’s idea!” Pinkie ran over to a random bored game and rolled some dice. Connor cheered, Wind giggling on his back.
“So princess, like it?” She looked at Connor.
“It’s fine, if it was for a six year old!” She half shouted at me and Pinkie. Rushing Wind began to tear up then started crying.
“Uh-oh!” Pinkie began pushing Cadance out of the room.
“What is the meaning of this.” She asked in a pissed off tone.
“Connor in a bad mood!” Pinkie pushed her out the door and closed it. “Ok, Connor calm down or-” She was cut off by the windows suddenly shattering and wind rushing throughout the whole room, tearing most of everything apart. Cadence looked at the door as it began to crack and brake.
“Oh,” She muttered and half walked, half galloped away from the room.
Father Night had joined the mane six, Peter, Connor, and Damian for a drink late at night. “-and I’m like ‘why did you just replace my tail with a wooden cut out?’” He finished a joke, getting everyone to laugh. Twilight walked up to the table with a drink.
“Bet I can guess what you're all thinking! Cadance is the absolute worst bride-to-be ever.” She slammed her drink on the table lightly.
“Your telling me.” Peter muttered.
“She can’t be thankful for someponie’s hard work.”
“And she made Rushing Wind cry.” Connor muttered angrily, some of the feathers on his wings twitching. Night looked at them and sighed.
“She’s just under stress. Let’s end it there.” Twilight glared at him (Connor: OH SHIT! She glared at Night!) but sighed. (Yes, I just shortened it, bite me.)
Later that night Twilight went to go talk to her brother about the way Cadance has been acting, after she got there Cadance casted a spell on her brother making her think she was evil.
----At the one thing where they are explaining how the wedding was going to go down.----
“Man, I wonder why they wouldn’t let us in.” Connor muttered, Wind on his back.
Peter nodded. “I suppose we are too awesome for that, let’s watch through a window!” They all bro-hoofed and ran towards the nearest window. (The next part will be described form what their seeing.)
“Alright, looks like they are explaining the wedding,” Connor said.
“I can hardly hear, oh hey look Twilight! KICK SOME ASS!” Damian yelled.
“They can hear you stupid, it’s sound proof.” Peter muttered.
“What the hay!? Did he just uninvited his sister?! Thats rude!” Connor raged.
“This song makes me feel.” Peter sighed.
All three of them watched as Cadance got a evil look and surrounded Twilight in green fire.
“.........” They waited a moment as Twilight sunk into the ground before all three of them screamed.
Dark stumbled around a bit in the darkness of the caves. “Oh man I’m boned! I’m going to miss the wedding! DAMMIT!” He sighed and kept walking when a purple beam of power shot past him. “Whoa!” He looked around for a moment and saw Twilight shooting Rays at random moving faces on the diamonds. “Need a hand?” Dark called as he ran over to her.
“Dark? This is where you’v been?” He nodded like a idiot.
“Eeyup!” His hand became covered in black flames. “So just hit the faces?” She nodded and he grinned. “Perfect.” He fired a ball of black fire at one of the faces, the crystal melting into super heated liquid. “Wow she’s fast!” He laughed and hit another one. When Twilight hit one it shattered and reviled Cadence, all dusted up and hair messed up. “There!” He pointed and picked up Twilight. “BOMBS AWAY!” He threw he like a dart and she tackled her. “Oh yea! Bullseye!” He cheered and danced for a moment. He then ran over to hear that that was the real Cadence.
“We need to get out of here!” Twilight said running a ways before jumping up on a crystal. “Come on!”
“On it! I’m faster!” He picked up Cadence. “Hello your majesty. Hope you don’t mind!” He then ran over and grabbed Twilight. “AND AWAY!” He yelled and ran towards a sparkling in the cave.
“HOLY SHIT DUDE!” Connor looked around a bit panicked. “Did she just kill Twilight?” Peter shook his head.
“No, she sent her under ground. Let’s go find her!” All three of them nodded and ran off.
“I feel like we are missing some music.” Damian said.
“Knowing us we most likely are.” Connor sighed and looked at Rushing Wind on his back. “Hold on tight baby girl.” She laughed and giggled the whole time.
“Damn dude she is just to adorable.” Peter said, they all laughed. As they got to the front of the wedding hall they saw Cadence way down the hall walking down humming a tune. “Shit! Take cover!” Peter hissed as they dove behind some pillers.
“Dark! Up there!” Twilight pointed with her horn to the sparkling.
“SHINY!” He yelled and leapt up to it. “Oh shit Lyra? Colgate?” He set down Cadence and Twilight as the old brides maids approached them.
“Your not going anywhere.” They mumbled.
“Well shit, I’m out of ideas.” He turned to Cadence and Twilight. “Anything girls?” Cadence looked around for a moment then picked up a (I can’t spell what it is called so I’ll call it-) bunch of flowers and tossed them aside, the brides maids following it with a burning passion. “Hehehe, works every time.” He picked them up and jumped up.
“Dude I see Dark! and he’s got Twilight and.....Cadence?!” As dark ran up to the three bronies he set Twilight and Cadence down.
“Sup guys? I found Twilight and Cadence! The real one!” They all sighed in relief.
“Good I thought we would have to fight some evil princess.” Damian sighed.
“Wait guys awesome idea!” Dark, Peter, Connor, and Damian huddled up. “Break!” The split up. Dark got in front of the door. Peter stood behind him and Connor and Damian on each side of the door. “GO!” Connor yelled and dark kicked the door in. Peter did a flip over his head and rolled on the ground a ways before standing on his back hooves. Connor and Damian did the same also but spread off a bit.
They all pointed at the fake Cadence and yelled at the top of their lungs, “OBJECTION!” The stunned looks on everypony was priceless to the small group and made them all start laughing.
“What is the meaning of this?” Night stood up, the ground around his hooves freezing. He was in his wedding suit, wearing a gold crested vest and his mane a tail were styled, he was not wearing glasses and had golden eyes. Twilight entered and the fake Cadence sighed.
“Why is she so possessive of her brother?!” This got her a few confused looks. “U-um I mean why is she doing this? On my big day!?” Then the real Cadence walked in with a glare.
“You mean MY big day.” She growled and looked around. “Thats not me! Shes a changeling! They change into the ones you love and feed off that love for them!” Just then a green fire covered the fake Cadence and out came this large alicorn pony that was black and had web like wings and blueish hair, holes in her hooves, and some in her horn, she also had dragon like eyes that were green.
Peter got a blank look along with Connor, Damian, Night, and Dark. Connor and Nights wings poofed out. Peter then spoke up. “Is it wrong I find that hot?” Chrysalis looked a bit surprised.
“Not at all.” Connor mutter, Dark nodded, and Night just stared at her (SPOILER! MUHAHAHAA!).
“W-what are you idiots talking about?” She glared at them all. Cadence tried to run up to Shining Armor but the Queen stepped in front of her, her horn glowing.
“Not so fast, don’t want to go back to the caves now do you?” Cadence stopped and glared at her. After a few moments of explaining (Which I think you all heard already) Celestia stepped forward and glared at Chrysalis.
“Sines you so foolishly reviled yourself, I can defend my people!” She flew up and shot a lazer at the Queen and she returned fire. It had looked like Celestia had won when Chrysalis’s attack powered up and shot back at Celestia, knocking her crown off and sending her to the grown.
“His love for you is strong enough to bring down Celestia!” She cheered. Dark sighed.
“We are boned.” Night’s hooves caught on fire. “WHOA!” Dark yelled and fell over backwards.
“No one. Hurts. My. DAUGHTER!” His pelt turned fire red and his eyes turned a blazing crimson. Fire had begun to engulf the room when Chrysalis blasted him and placed a shield around him, where is fire could not spread, but the shield was having a hard time holding it.
“He is stronger then I thought he would be.” Chrysalis looked a bit panicked but calmed down. Dark was walking towards her.
“You may have power to stop a god, but can you stop a guardian?” He grinned and clapped, the ground beneath Chrysalis began to crack and break then hands shot up and out, trying to grab Chrysalis, but she flew up and out of the way, she then blasted Dark’s necklace, locking his powers for a bit. “Well shit,” He muttered turning and running back to the door.
“Rarity!” The bronies and Dark turned to see the mane 6 had run off.
“ARGH! THEY LEFT US HERE!” Connor yelled and the baby made a grumbling sound. “You said it baby girl.” He muttered and turned towards Chrysalis. “Excuse us.” She grinned and was about to fire at them when a wall of air slammed her to the side. “EVERYPONY FOR HIMSELF!” He yelled and ran out, followed by the rest of them.
“Ok guys! Time for some awesome combat!” Dark yelled and snapped his fingers. Suddenly Connor, Peter, and Damian turned back into humans.
“Oh hell yes!” Connor pumped his fist. Suddenly Night shot out a window and landed by them.
“Alright bronies, protect the towns ponies while the elements are found!” They all nodded and charged off. Soon they came up to four changeling’s that quickly turned into themselves.
“Why is that one so handsome?” Connor grinned and place a hand on his chin.
“Because it looks like me.” Peter laughed.
“Bullshit it looks like me!” Damian chuckled.
“Fuck you guys mine looks like a god!” Dark laughed and walked up to his, which tried to punch him, but dark caught the fist and broke it in his grasp. “I will turn you all to ash if you don’t run away now.” The changeling’s looked at each other before turning back and flying away in fear. “Hey I’m a scary guy!” Dark laughed.
Connor kicked on in the head and flew up, the baby laughing it’s ass off. “EEYUP! This is all funny!” He laughed and kicked another one.
Peter’s fist grew huge and he punched a wide eye’d changeling. “It’s just like the old days!” He kicked one with a MAN sized boot.
Damian zapped a few away from him. “Men, tonight we dine CANTERLOT!” They all cheered and whooped some ass!
“I can’t believe we got our asses whooped!” Connor complained as they were being dragged. “Hey! Hurt my baby and hell will be risen to this world! May the gods have mercy on your souls if she starts to cry.” He growled as the baby was whining a bit.
“Connor, shut up their to scared to even touch the baby, you’v been throwing threats like that.” As we were thrown in Damian looked at Dark.
“How could you loss?” Dark looked at him.
“I didn’t want you to feel bad.” They all face palmed. When they had gotten there Twilight was letting Cadence free. She ran over and nuzzled Shining Armor a bit before shooting a heart out of her horn and getting him out of that spell.
“What? Is the wedding over?” after some heart warming talk Chrysalis appeared and just stomped on everyone’s hopes then spit on them.
“Alright, you know what?” Damian got up and his horn glowed *They changed back*. “Come at me bro!” Chrysalis looked at him bemused but flinched when a light flashed behind her. “YES! IT WORKED! YES! I LOVE LIFE!” Damian cheered and bro-hoof everypony, somehow getting one out of Chrysalis as well (HOW THE FUCK DOES THAT WORK!?). The light shined brighter until it got enough force to push all of the changeling’s out of Canterlot and into the sunset.
“I want to say it, but I might get it.” Connor said blankly. Peter stared at him a moment then laughed, along with Damian and Dark. Night flew in at some point and laughed with them.
“Um hey where did Chrysalis go?” Night asked.
“She was thrown out the window and into what looked like the Everfree.” Connor answered. Night sighed and walked over to Celestia, who was being helped up by Twilight.
“Twilight, you have a real wedding to plan.” She said as Night got over there.
“Aw yea! Montage!” Connor yelled and pumped his hoof.
----One extreamly awesome montage later!----
“Whoa, Twilight sings like a goddess!” Dark laughed, Celestia beside him (O__O) nuzzling his shoulder (O________O).
“Yea dude, I mean holy shit she’s better the Vinyl!” Peter then got a smake to the back of the head by Damian.
“Ok dude’s, chill.” Dark laughed and kissed Celestia’s cheek (OK WHAT DAH FUCK!?).
“Dark, not in front of me please...” Night walked up to them with a very uncomfortable look.
“Sorry, ‘Dad’.” Night then shuddered.
“Don’t, just don’t.” He half growled, Celestia laughed silently.
Connor looked at Shining Armor and Cadence get into the carriage. “Well, times up dude’s, we have to get.” They began to fad slowly. “Thanks for the awesome wedding!” He called as all the bronies and dark faded.
Night looked at Celestia. “Really? Just really?” She laughed at him and nodded. “Argh your worst them me when I’m trying.”
[What a eventful week! I feel grate!] <I know how you feel!> {Why do I feel empty?} [You hungry? take too big of a dump?] {No I mean, just, my life isn’t compleat.} <Oh fuck Full he’s in love!> [Oh shit! Who be it?] {You wont believe me when I tell you...} [Oh just tells us! Can’t be that bad.] {Chrysalis, nuff said.} <[......]> [Seems legit.] <How can you be ok with this?!> {[She’s hot]} <.......Ok you got me.>
I laughed and looked out the window towards the Everfree. My heart thumped as fast as a rabbit runs. “She was just.....Wow.” I muttered getting up.
{Alright kids, let’s go get a date!} [WHOO! GETTING LAID BY A EVIL CHICK!] <*Sigh*>
I walked over to the window, my horn glowing, and suddenly I was at the entrance of the Everfree forest. “Alright Night, you can do this.” I stepped in and walked a ways. “I can track her energy, over here.” I turned towards a darker part of the forest.
[Got a flash light?] {Fuck no.} [Awesome.]
I walked deeper and deeper into the darkness and soon saw huts. “Eeyup, I’m going the right way.” I laughed lightly as I saw some changeling’s start to approach me. “No time for your shit, I’m here to see Chrysalis.” They flinched at my tone and flew off. “Well, I’m a scary guy.”
[Fuck yes.] <Why do I have a feeling we are going to die?> {Because shut up.}
I finally found something that would be a palace. “Well, here I go.” I walked into the large dark chamber, on a throne on the other side of the hall sat Chrysalis, oh man there go’s my heart!
[Calm your tits man! Play it cool!]
I gulped and approached the throne, her glare boring into me.
“Oh it’s you.” She growled. “What do you want?”
“Well I-”
“Oh! Let me guess,” She got up and started circling me. “You want to finish me off? Get rid of me so something like that wont happen again?”
“No I-”
“Oh wait I have another,” She glared at me a bit harder. “You want to throw me in a cell and let me rot?”
“Not at all-”

“She did not seem happy to see me.” I turned my head and smiled at her.
“Oh don’t worry about anypony, today is about us.” She lowered her head a bit, blushing lightly.

I almost charged forward but remembered that Chrysalis was behind me. I slowed down to where I was walking next to her. She would slowly pan to the side but I would just keep on up with her. “You don’t have to walk beside me.” She muttered, her head lowered a bit more.
“But then how would anypony know we are on a date?” She looked up at me, a glare a blush on her face.

I smiled and did something I’m surprised I’m still alive for, I kissed her on the cheek. “Come on, we’re going to be late.” She was stunned, I had to push her half the way before she finally started walking again. Some of the ponies there looked at us wide eyed as we entered. “Table for two?” The waiter looked at us for a moment before nodded and grabbing two menus and trotting towards a table. We took a seat and looked at our menus and when the waiter left I began to laugh.
“What’s so funny?” Chrysalis looked at me bemused.
“The look on that waiters face when we came in!” I was struggling to breath now. She was starting to crack up as well before full blown laughing along with me. We sat there laughing for a good 10 minutes before we finally decided to order. “Alright, what will you have?”
“I suppose I will have hay burger with a side of hay fries.” She said bored. I stared at the menu for a while.
“I suppose I’ll have the super salad with a side of hay fries. Oh and a water.” I put the menu down.
“A water for me to.” She said as the waiter took our menus, scared shitless, and getting us to laugh like mad ponies.
“Oh this is just to good!” I laughed some more before holding my stomach. “Oh it hurts! ARGH!” I fell over for affect, which just made her laugh ever so more!

The waiter fearfully set our food down and turned to walk away when I tapped his shoulder. “Excuse me,” He turned slowly and looked at me with a VERY forced smile. “Do you happen to have a tishu? Because I feel like I-I-I!!!” I sneezed and Full used my powers to freeze him, not to kill him but to just freeze there. A lot of ponies gasped. “Oh sorry, don’t worry you’ll thaw in a hour or so.” I turned to see Chrysalis DIEING over that, I swear I thought I would see a lung fly out her mouth!
“I-I n-never thought y-you could be so cruel! It’s funny!” She managed to get out before looking at the frosty pony again and laughing endlessly. “I take it you don’t do this much?” She finally calmed down.
“Not unless I’m trying to impress somepony, which just so happens to be you.” I pointed my hoof at her and she blushed. “Now finish your food, we have to catch a movie!” I began eating my salad, now you wont beleve me when I tell you but I haven’t eaten anything for YEARS! Being immortal can be awesome sometimes.

Chrysalis was cracking up at the face I was making. “This salad, it’s........So bad....Argh.” I spit it out a bit and made a *blech* face.

“Then it must be the best food in the world!” I took another bite and managed to swallow the horrible stuff. “Hmm, still bad. Let’s get the hell out of here.” We got up and I placed a couple of bit on the table. “Horrible food, horrible pay.” I whispered to the iced pony, making Chrysalis laugh some more.

I held the man by the neck, ready to fucking kill him if I had to. "Send me back! I'm not leaving them alone with that fucking mad man!" I growled at the man, this guy was then man who sent me to Equestria in the first place and he just up and takes me away? Fuck that.
"I'm sorry Night, but it's their fight, and if they lose then I feel bad for th-" I didn't let him finish. I lit my fist on fire and punched him clear across the large room.

I ran over to him as fast as I could and as he was getting up I grabbed the back of his head and slamed him into my knee, sure it hurt like a bitch but it was affective. "I said SEND ME BACK!" I picked him up and put my hand on his face then blazing flame erupted from my hand. He was screaming in agony and pain.

"I will kill you if you don't send me back! Not even Fleetwood can help as much as he thinks he can! Even with all that unstable magic! THEY'LL DIE!" I headbutted him and threw him to the floor. A flame jumped from my hand and extended into a sword. I then slashed at him for more then 5 minutes.

I glanced at him, he had several huge scars on his chest and face, all bleeding like a river. "Now, Send me back." Another sword appeared in my other hand. "Or I will kill you." He looked at me fearfully then calmed down.
"I'm immortal, I'll just come back!" He smiled the best he could but ended up spitting out a tooth.
"I'm going to call your bluff." I made a X shape with my swords near his neck. His eyes went wide with shock. I began to close them when I felt everything just fad away. I no longer had hands and I was a pony again! I looked towards the flaming Canterlot and growled.

I waited a moment when I heard hooves KICK DOWN MY DOOR! I swung my head around and got hug tackled by Luna. “WHOA! Luna whats wrong?” She looked up at me with tears on her face and a smile fucked super glued on her face.
“You’ll never guess what happened!” I thought for a moment.

“None, Fleetwood just proposed to me, AND I SAID YES!”

“I hope she dosin’t tell Night first, he would kill me.” I was sitting in my car outside of the palace, waiting for Luna to come back. Well today was the day I proposed and I’m glad I did, I thought my heart was going to shoot out of my chest when I did it. “I have a bad feeling about-”
“About what Fleetwood?” I almost put a hole in my roof and turned my head to see Night was sitting in the back seat of my car, AGAIN!
“What did I say about doing that?!” I put my hoof on my chest and panted.
“I have no clue, but I need to ask you something” He glared at me with.......Oh fuck he had his glasses off. “Do you think you good enough for Luna? To spend the rest of your days with her? You do know your mortal and she’s immortal right? She will out live you time infinity. Still I ask do you think your good enough for her?” His glare grew cold, I thought I saw a snowflake.
"NO!" I wailed, "I'll never be good enough! I'm afraid that I'll die, and she'll go on, find someone else, and I'll be forgotten! Besides, when I WILL be alive, I'm afraid of what I might do to Equestria..." I paused to take a deep breath. "But I love her nonetheless. When I married Derpy back in 2002, there was a part of me that said, 'You idiot! This won't last!', and it didn't. But, with Luna, I don't have that feeling. She's my DESTINY, Night." I panted after my little rant.
“Yes I’m scared of what you might do to Equestira too, hmm.” His glare only hardened. I saw that glare before, it’s when he blasted a hole in the moon when Luna and I got rear-ended one night and she passed out. “You say she’s you destiny, are you willing to give up all your hopes and dreams if she asks? Would you be willing to DIE for her if she was in trouble? Would you be willing to-” He teleported us outside and into the garden. “Fight me for her?”
I grit my teeth in determination. "If I have to."
He grinned, his horn glowing that void purple. “Come at me bro.” A wave of dark energy shot towards me at almost blinding speeds. I did what came to me and dove to the ground, holding my hooves on my head as the energy shot off and blew a piller out of the ground.
“Watch it!” I yelled and got up, running has fast as I could at him. He simply lifted a hoof and punched me clear in the face, no pony should be that fast. I landed where the piller had been, rubbing my soon to be swelling face. “Not fair! Your a god! But still I can’t give up!” I went to climb out of the whole just to meet another hoof to the face, knocking me back down into the hole.
“I never said this needed to be fair.” He almost growled at me. I’m starting to get pissed! I sat up and spat some blood out of my mouth.
“One hit is all I need.” I mumbled and looked up at him, his golden eyes glaring down at me. “Stand still!” I yelled dashing up the hill, using my wings to speed me up. He jumped back out of my reach and blasted another have a dark energy at me. I dove to the side this time.
Big mistake.
The wave had spread out and cut my side, it wasin’t too deep but it would slow me down. “That all ya got!?” I yelled charging forward again. He stepped to the side and cloths lined me,. I flipped in the air for a few moments before meeting my old friend, dirt.
“Give it up Fleet,” He walked over to me. “You know you can’t win agents me, I’m strong enough to make worlds and you think you have a chance?” He growled.
This time, I decided to form a strategy. I raced forward yet again, yet again meeting blasts of purple energy. I began swerving violently to dodge them, and surprisingly, this worked. I spread out my wings, and took off, over him, but he blew me out of the sky with another shot from his horn.
Just as planned.
I plummeted to earth, smoke from my wing's wound pouring out as I guided my kamikaze spiral. I stuck my rear hooves out, and landed on top of him, pushing him down. I dug my hooves into Night's fur, pinning him to the dirt, and pointed the broken-off hood ornament in my head toward him, the chrome glistening in the sunlight.
"Alright then," I panted, poking the jagged shape into his neck threateningly, "how did I do?" I was prepared for him to spring right back up again.
“Good enough, but I wont give my daughter up so easily.” He growled and exctended his wings, forcing me off of him. When I landed he was right in my face, his now crimson eyes burning into my soul. “Why, in all of Equestria, should I let you marry her? You would just break her heart by living until you died!” He grabbed me by the neck. “That is way only immortal’s love immortal’s. Mortal beings only die out after a period of time! SO I ask again,” His crimson eyes hardened their glare. “Why, should I let you marry her?” What happened next surprised me a bit.
*Chose these words wisely, you will never get a chance like this again.* A voice spoke in my head.
"You bring up a good point," I admitted, "Why should you let me marry her? You're right, I love her too much to break her heart like that, and besides, I really don't think she'd enjoy living in my world of rock and roll and whitewall tires after a few years." I relaxed, and let out a sigh, "I just care too much to let her marry a loser like me. Make sure she finds a better husband, she deserves better than to just watch me die." I excpected him to throw me away or something but no, he set me down, patted my back and turned around and began to walk away. Out of no where I was hug tackled by Luna.
“Fleetwood! You did it!” I looked at her confused.
“What?” Luna giggled lightly.
“You convinced him! Duh!” I sudden flash, and there stood a alicorn with a blue and green mane and broken horn stood there.
“Nicely done.” He spoke in a wise voice.
Meanwhile, Eldorado, who had been sitting on a hedgerow, watching the entire time, condemned the happy ending, hurtling popcorn at us.
"BOO!" he shouted, now tossing the lawn chair on which he was sitting, "AH WANTED TO SEE 'EM DIE!"

I walked down the hall and into the throw room, my back a bit sore from Fleetwood fucking landing on me. I went and sat on the large, fluffy throne and sighed happily. “I love this chair.” I sighed and saw a......Human? “What trickery is this?” I muttered sitting up, when it got closer I identified it as the human Dark, who was at the other wedding. “Oh, it’s you.” I muttered yawning. “What’s up?”
“Just bored as all fuck.” He laughed. “So Luna’s getting married? And to a mortal no less.” We both sighed.
“I don’t know what to do, she is going to be heartbroken when he dies and I don’t want to see her like that.” Dark put a hand on my shoulder and I looked up at him.
“That’s also why I’m here, a gift, of immortality.” He took out a small present wrapped in gold.
“Really? That’s immortality? Seems a bit small.” I stared at it blankly before shrugging and taking it with my magic. “Thanks Dark, do you ever stop being smart and stupid at the same time?” He laughed.
“It’s a gift.” He then faded to nothing. I looked at the little golden box and smiled.
“This is going to be the best wedding ever, of all time.”
I was sitting with my bro and Fleetwood as we were getting fitted for suits. “I think you look good.” I pointed out.
“Ya, Luna told me anyone looks good if you buy it for them...” Fleetwood muttered as Rarity fitted him.
“I do not feel comfortable in a suit...” Keeper muttered as he tugged at his collier.
“No moving until I’m done!” Rarity slapped his hoof down and continued working on Fleet’s suit.
[Glad we already have a suit.] {Eeyup.}
“So what’s next after this? We have a lot of time before the wedding.” Fleetwood called as Rarity finished up and moved on to Keeper.
“Hmm, how about your bachelor party? Getting drunk and hitting strip clubs!” I cheered and got a glare from Rarity.
“If you ask me you should just go out for lunch instead.” And like real men we ignored her. [Fuck yes,]
“We need someone to drive tho......” We all looked at each other then spoke at the same time.

“No!” Rarity gave us a death glare. “He is just a baby! He dosin’t need your drunk humor.”
“Ok we won’t take him.” I lied. When we finished up there I teleported the suits to the church so we could get in them in five seconds. I got in Fleet’s car as we drove to the library.
“Did I tell you guys about Spike and I’s bad past?” Fleet looked at me.
“I think I have a idea, stop here I’ll get him.” He stopped out front of the library and I got out. I got over to the door when Spike came out looking a bit bored. “Sup little buddy? Where you heading?”
“Twilight said I need to get out more.” He muttered and I grabbed him.
“Good! I have a paying job for you from now till the wedding!” I threw him into the back seat with Keeper and got into the passengers side. “Punch it Fleet’s!” He did so and we sped down the road to the nearest strip joint. “Spike wait here for us to come back in a drunken shit storm!” We all piled out except Spike, who just moved up to the drivers seat. We wen’t in and.....Well you can guess the rest.
---A few hours later!---
I tripped on my way out.

I punched myself in the head and tumbled over to the car and facepalmed onto the drivers window, scaring Spike to holy shit.
“What the?! What have you guys been drinking?!” He yelled rolling down the windows. Guys? I turned my head to see Fleet and Keeper tripping over nothing over to the car.
“I pssssssssst, Spike.” I leaned into the car and looked at him. “I need to tell you a secret.” He got a interested look. “I’m really from-” I barfed all over his lap.
“ARGH!” He pushed me back. “JUST GET IN THE CAR SO I CAN TAKE YOU TO THE CHURCH!” I laughed and opened the door.
“Come now class! We need to go to the wedding thingy!” I saw Fleetwood gasp and get in then car.
“Spike, how long do we have?” He asked as Keeper and I got in the car giggling like a bunch of shool filly’s.
“Um, three hours by the looks of it.”
“Oh, ok. Just drive around until these two can form full sentences again.” I looked at him and mumbled something in drunk. *Fuck you bro this was fun!* *= translation
So, Spike drove around for a while burning time while the Keeper and I sobered up.

I can’t believe how fast I got out of that, being that drunk could kill a fucked elephant! Night must of have done something to the drinks. I watched them for the while Spike was driving around, they mumbled in drunk to each other for a few moments, began to fight, slept, now there playing patty cake. “You two are hopeless.” I facehoofed.
“Shut up! Your just jelly you can’t do this shit!” Night shouted at me and fell over laughing. Keeper looked about sober.
“What was I just doing?”
“Distracting Night” I muttered as Night fell asleep again. “How much longer Spike?” Spike looked at the car clock.
“About a hour.” He looked back at me.
“Alright, let’s get to the church and-” Night grabbed me.
“Fleetwood, as a god I have decided,” We all looked at him fearfully. “Having mortality is a thing that is good for most ponies.” Keeper looked a bit happier. “Would you give that up for Luna? To live by her side and love life to it’s fullest?” He gave me a stare.
"Absolutely." I replied with a fierce look in my eyes.
“Good, have a golden box.” He tossed me a golden present.
“A bit small don’t you think?” I asked him looking at the box.
“Thats what I said!” He laughed and fell over again. I opened the box and looked in it, nothing.
“Ya, you got me.” I looked up and saw Spike and Keeper’s shocked expressions. “What?” Spike pointed at my head.
“Horn.” I let on a confused face and put my hoof up to my head and, sure enough, there was a horn on my head.
"OH MY GOD!" I yelled.
“What!?” Night sat up and looked at me. “Oh, nice look.” He laughed, he was sober now. “Now come on Keeper, we need to get ready for the wedding.” He and the Keeper teleported.
“YOU ASSHOLES! TAKE ME WITH YOU!” I yelled then glared at Spike. “To the church, now!”

I laughed as Keeper and I were in the dressing room now. “Your more of a troll then Celestia.” Keeper commented, finding his suit.

“You bet I am. Let’s do this.” I walked out and into the main room where everypony was taking their seats. I saw Mel Hutchinson, Wilcox, Flegel, and Mayor Mare Stevens, Curly Leavenworth, Fleur de Lis and Fancy Pants, Rarity, Delray, Vinyl, and Octavia, Princess Cadence and Shining Armour, Celestia was standing up front waiting and talking with Twilight. Luna must have been getting ready. And Fleet’s father must be waiting for him outside. Keeper went and stood up front by Celestia. I went over to the front door and waited for a while. I heard the car screech to a stop out front and Eldorado start talking to Fleetwood, I coulden’t hear anything clearly but it sounded like a fight broke out. Then Fleetwood and Spike came in, Fleet had a satisfied look on his face.
“Bonding?” He nodded at me and walked up front. “Argh, Spike head up with him, I have to wait here.” He nodded and walked out there. I waited there for a few minutes when I saw Luna walk out of a room close to me. “So, it’s time.....I never though I would be giving you away like this.” I had tears at the brim of my eyes. “You look perfect baby girl.” I walked over to her and gave her a hug.
“Thanks daddy.” I would have died right there if this wasin’t her wedding day. “It means a lot to me that you would let this happen.” I felt tears fall on my back. “This is one of the happiest days of my life.......Thank you.” I nodded and kissed her cheek.
“Come on, I have to kick Fleetwood’s flank after this.” We both laughed and we walked into the door way, that music started playing and I sighed, I walked with her up the way. Everypony had stood up and watched us go by slowly. When we had gotten to the stand I nodded at Fleetwood with a glare ad walked off to the side and watched the rest of it go on, all time seemed to watch with me. Something unexpected had happened, there she was, standing on the other side of the room stood the one mare from so long ago, Mother Morning. “W-what?” I looked around, time had stopped. She walked over to me with the warmest smile I have ever seen in all my life.
“Hello, Night.” She muttered as I stared down at her with shock.
“B-but, how did you?” She put her hoof on my lips and kept the smile.
“I’m here to stay, I already talked to your current lover.” I gulped and chuckled sheepishly. “She was planning on using the love you were giving her to take over, so I made her dump you.”
“Daaayyyyymmm. A bit harsh don’t you think?” I turned and looked at Full with shock. “Wait,” We both looked at New who had the same look.
“No, no asking how, just keep going.” I looked at Morning. “How are you even here? How did you-” She cut me off.
“I’v been living like a goddess should, watching. But when I saw you down here I got to thinking, why should I let you have all the fun?” She gave me a sly look.
“Jackpot!” Full called, his wings extended. To be honest, all of us had our wings extended except Morning.
“Got ya.” Oh she’s good. “Later Full, later.” .........Sweet jebus, shes too good. “Now, let’s ge on with this wedding.” Time started again.

What just happened? Time slowed down for a second then returned to normal, and now there is a white alicorn standing next to Night nuzzling him. I was going to ask but I had to say ‘I do’.
“Well?” Celestia raised a eyebrow at me.
“I do,” I got a determined look.
“And do you, Luna, take Fleetwood to be you husband?”
“I do,” She was about to cry by the sound of her voice.
“Then by the power vestied in me, I now pronounce you mare and stallion. You may kiss the bride.” Celestia winked at me at me as I turned to Luna. When I had walked in the first time everypony was surprised to see me as a alicorn. I looked at Luna a moment before leaning in and kissing her, loud cheering coming from everypony there. It lasted about 20 seconds before we broke apart and looked at the crowd. Night had a proud look on his face, the mare next to him was crying lightly. We walked down the way and had cheering ponies on both sides.
“Best wedding ever?” I leaned in close to Luna and whispered.
“Best wedding ever.” She nuzzled me as we left the building out back where the party was being held. After a few minutes of eating cake and drinking punch it was time for the father daughter dance, Night zapped the turntable’s and they began to play themselves. From what I can gather Night had picked the perfect song for this dance. They both approached each other and began to dance slowly, it lasted almost 4 minutes when it ended and everyone was cheering.

I leaned back in my chair with tears in my eyes. “Wow..... Who knew that this little fic could be so sad!” I wiped away some tears that had started to fall. “Ok Connor calm down. I’m glad I don’t have to go through that.” I laughed a bit to myself and closed the browser. “Well now I have to get ready for school.” I got up and put on my best clothes, I felt as though I needed to after reading My Little Dashie, I mean that was so freaking sad! I need to get over myself.... Oh well! Off to school!
Another dull and shitty and boring day at school raised my spirits a bunch! “Gods I need to get a hobby...” I mumbled to myself as I kicked a rock into a nearby bush. I heard a yelp and jumped. “GODS ALMIGHTY PAINT BRUSH!” I yelled as I fell over on the hard sidewalk. I looked around for the source of this yelp that scared me almost to the point of needing to change my pants. “Hello?” I called out getting up. “Um if you're hurt please tell me I’ll pay for medical stuff.” I finally turned to where I kicked the rock, Oh gods there is something moving in there. “Oh boy......Deep breaths Connor, deep breaths.” I slowly approached the bush being as silent as I could and moved the leaves a bit to peek inside. There was definitely something in there but it was pitch black and I couldn't see a thing. I backed out to think. ‘Right now I could leave alone and let nature take care of itself or I could bolt home and get a flashlight.’ I thought myself into a head ache and finally decided I would rush home and back. I took off down the street towards where my house was. When I got there I was greeted by my mother whose name shall remain secret.
“Hey, how was school?” She looked over at me from the couch.
“Um fine, where’s the flashlight?” She gave me a confused look and pointed over at the table. “Oh I love how simple this family can get!” I laughed grabbing it then rushing out the door.
“Make sure you call me if you’re going to be out all night!” She called after me as I again bolted down the street. I had been in such a hurry I didn’t notice how tired I was getting.
“Curse you not so fit body!” I growled still running. By the time I had got back it was about 3:00. “Hehehe I make awesome time!” I giggled sneaking over to the bush again. When I moved the leaves this time whatever was in there jumped and back up until it bumped into the tree behind it. “Don’t worry.” I said softly. “I won’t hurt you...” I clicked on the flashlight and what I saw made me drop it, strangely the light stayed on the little bundle of black fur. “W-what in the....?” Was all I could manage. “L-Luna?” I said this of course 10 minutes later due to my extreme amazement. She had wide teal eyes and her main in the light looked a dark blue, I may have also gotten her pelt color wrong but at the time I wasn’t in my logical mind. She was still cowering and didn’t react to me calling her name. She was a lot smaller then she was on the show......

“OH MY GODS YOUR A BABY!” My sudden outburst caused her to yelp louder than before. I quickly slapped myself for being an idiot and to further this I made a stupid face. What surprised me was she looked at me with more confusion then fear. ‘Oh my god’s comedy works! YES!’ I giggled a bit but that made her start to shiver again. I sighed and backed out of the bush to sit. “When you want to come out please do, I would like to meet you.” I hoped that she would understand that much for being almost as old as a 10 month old. During my very long wait I thought about some stuff like what will I do when she comes out? How will I make sure she is safe? How the hell am I going to get her to school!? I mean she can’t know nothing growing up! I need to find this out before... *Whimper*, I was cut off in my mind ranting when the cutest little sound came from the bush. “.... I'm still here, don’t worry.” I sounded like a father and LOVED IT! She didn’t make any other sounds for a while so I pulled out my phone and texted my mom. ‘Mom, going to be out for some time. Don’t make me supper I’ll get something, love ya’ I shut my phone off and put it in my pocket.
I almost fell asleep when I heard the bush rustle. I turned my head slowly to see her staring at me with those huge teal eyes. Pushing the urge to d’aww out of my head for now I smiled warmly at her. “Hello.” I said so low and softly it could make Fluttershy seem loud. She flinched and backed up into the bush a bit but slowly came back out. “You’re so cute.” I moved my hand to my (other) pocket and pulled out a half eaten chocolate bar. I snapped a piece off and slowly extended my hand towards her. She again flinched and backed up a bit. “Oh come on now, I won’t eat you.” I smiled again trying to seem not-so-bad-looking. She sniffed and walked a bit closer studying the chocolate. She soon took it in her mouth very fast and jumped back into the bushes. I couldn't help but the giggle a bit. I sat there and waited about 3 minutes before she came back out even more wide eyed. “Good isn’t it?” I broke another piece off and held it out. She hurried over and took it, nibbling like a mouse would with cheese. 'By the gods this little filly is just SO GODDAM CUTE!’ I was mentally geeking out when she gulped down the last of it. “Ya know it is getting cold out here,” I looked up as the sun started going down. Wow I was out here that long? I looked over to her with warm eyes. I took of my jacket (Don’t ever do that when it is getting cold, EVER!) and put in on the ground. “Come here.” I patted the jacket. She looked at me then the jacket and finally went over to investigate. When she stood in the middle I set my evil plan to ‘go’ states and quickly moved my hands under the jacket and picked her up.
Now I must warn you she kicks a LOT! So I had some trouble. She was struggling like she was about to be gulped up by a great white. “Shh shh shh it’s ok...” I pulled her close to my chest with her still kicking (hurts). When my body heat finally got through to her she calmed down but was still scared witless. “It’s ok now....” She looked up at me and finally I got a better look at her pelt. It was a purple-ish blue color with a bit of dirt here and there. “You poor thing, you need a bath.” She tilted her head at me trying to understand. “Come on. I have a place not too far from here with plumbing.” Now I fail to say but I have a tree house with electricity and running water! I love my epic family. I got up and she flinched clinging to me with all her might, which was adorable beyond words! “Don’t worry I got you.” I said in a soothing voice as I began walking. It really wasn’t that far but far enough away to where she started sleeping lightly in my arms. “Oh gods she is too cute! Why do I keep saying that?” I mumbled so I wouldn't wake her up. “A name! That's what I forgot! I suppose I’ll just keep calling you Luna or lulu” Lulu.....I like it! I was approaching the very large tree with a well crafted house built on top. “How long have I been away from here? A week. I think I may need to clean up a bit.” I giggled. I walked over to the door that was put into the trunk of the tree, now I know what you’re thinking and no it’s not an elevator. I opened the door and looked at the ladder leading up. “Ok now how to make this work...” I looked at it up and down and started climbing with one hand. It was harder than I thought it would be but Lulu made this cute little sound when my body temp went up that kept me going. I got to the top and leaned agents the ladder; I pushed the small trap door open with my once again free hand and crawled up and inside. The place didn’t look bad for not being used in a week. The sofa was untouched (Thank the gods) and the TV looked the same. I moved over to the couch and sat Lulu down. She opened her eyes slowly and yawned (SQWEEEE!). She looked at me with tired eyes then studied the small living room. “Well it’s not much for now but at least it’s warm.” I sighed and looked for the remote. Like all ways it was under the couch pillows, I flicked on the TV and sat next to Lulu watching Tom and Jerry. “hehehe that crazy cat.” I giggled, these old TV shows always made me laugh even though some where bad. Lulu was looking at it in awe and confusion. I scratched the top of her head as if she were a dog. “How long where you out there?” I mumbled mostly to myself. The sun had gone down and the night was fast approaching. I checked my watch, 9:01. “Alright Lulu.” I got up and turned off the TV. She gave me a look of sadness. “It’s time to hit the hay.” I picked her up slowly and began walking into the other room. “I forgot how big this place was. Problem logic?” I laughed a bit loud witch made Lulu jump. “Oh I’m sorry Lulu.” I sat her down and the small bed and walked over to the side to get in. “Good-night Lulu.” I smiled at her and put my head down on the pillow. What happened next made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, I felt her get up and walk over to my side. By this time I could see her but I think she thought I was asleep.
She then slowly got up on my chest and curled up into a tiny ball to keep warm. After a bit I moved the blanket around a bit so it was covering all but her little head, sure I didn’t have a blanket covering most of my upper-body now but it was worth keeping the little filly warm. I soon found myself drifting off to sleep, but before I did, I leaned up gently and kissed Lulu on the head (avoiding the horn). “What am I getting myself into?” I mumbled as I finally fell into a deep slumber.
“Do you honestly think you can keep her safe?” I shot up to find myself flouting in darkness.
“Um yes?” I said looked around confused. I moved my legs down and came into contact with what I thought to be the floor. “Um am I going to be eaten? If so use a good pan and salt.” I heard a giggle that made me smiled.
“Do not try mock me!” I flinched a bit. This voice sounded so familiar. “Now I will ask again and do not give me a stupid answer! Do you honestly think you can keep her safe?” I got a bit pissed. Whoever this was was in for a world of hurt.
“Do I need to answer you? What makes you think just because you sound high and mighty you get to order me around? THE NERVE!” I crossed my arms like I was upset. That may have thrown it off a bit because I heard muttering.
“Because I could destroy you! So answer me!” Alright! I’ve had it! EPIC DREAM POWER TIME!
I snapped my finger and the world lightened up. The voice gasped on surprise and I grinned like a troll. “You mad?” I snapped my finger again and out of nowhere a large pony that looked a lot like Lulu appeared but had armor on with......

“How did you do that?! I have full control here!” I couldn't help but giggle.
“Well my dear you see it’s MY head so MY rules.” I started laughing like a mad man witch didn’t calm her down any sooner.
“How dare you mock me!” She looked as though she was about to zap me but I snapped my fingers and her horn disappeared. “W-what the?” I laughed again.
“If I can stand up to you what makes you think I can’t protect my little Lulu?” She looked at me with a mix of hate and surprise. I was starting to wake up and I knew this because the world started to fall apart.
“You haven’t seen the last of me you little pest!” She hissed at me and disappeared.
“No hug good-bye?” I put on a sad face but laughed all the same.
I woke up with a smile on my face. “Ah what a good dream!” I declared. I love weekends for today was Saturday and I had all day to turn myself into a vegetable. Then I remembered the small filly on my chest still sleeping like a rock. “Aww.” I smiled and gently nudged her with my hand. “Wake up Lulu.” I whispered as she slowly woke up. She looked well rested but a bit mad I woke her up. “Come on. You need a bath.” I picked her up and got up myself. I took a deep breath and sighed happily. “You smell that Lulu?” She looked up at me. “That is the smell of adventure!” I giggled and got off the bed to go into the bathroom. I set her on the floor and asked her to follow me. I walked over to the bathroom door and turned to see her cuddled around my legs. “You’re a good listener.” I patted her head and opened the door. The bathroom was small and had no tub, just the toilet and sink. “Alright Lulu you just wait here a moment and I’ll have your bath ready.” I started the hot water and the cold water so that it would be warm enough for her. Out of the corner of my eye I could see Lulu exploring the room. I had to stop her from drinking out of the toilet and from unrolling all the toilet paper. When the sink was full and picked her up. “Alright Lulu get ready.” I set her in the water and she let out a little gasp from the sudden warmness. She quickly got use to it and was splashing water at the mirror of herself. She was having a blast form the cute little giggles I heard and the huge grin on her face. “Oh you’re too much.” I laughed and picked up the soup, she gave me an irritated look when I held her still; I started rubbing her down with the soup covering her in little bubbles and suds. She laughed at the bubbles flouting around us as did I. She opened her mouth to grab one before I could stop her, she bit down on it and stuck out her tongue. “Bad isn’t it?” I laughed and patted her head. I ran the warm water again and rinsed her off. She licked some of it up to get the taste of soup out of her mouth. “Good idea.” I mumbled and took a handful of water and drunk some. I couldn't believe how thirsty I was. I grabbed a towel and picked her up out of the sink. I began drying her off, the cutest thing happened and I started playing peek-a-boo with her and the towel. “A-boo!” I looked out from behind the towel and looked at her giggling face. I moved back behind the towel. “Where’s Lulu?” I faked looking around, she giggled even more. She had this soft high pitched laugh that made it sound like bells ringing. “A-boo!” I jumped out from behind the towel; she let out a little scream then started giggling again. ‘OH MY GODS THIS IS TOO CUTE! HEART-ATTACK WORTHY!’ I was geeking out in my head again while I repeated the game for a few more minutes. I finally put the towel away then scooped her up making monster sounds. “Rawer! I’m going to get you!” She screamed again and laughed as I tickled her tummy while walking out into the living room. I set the giggling ball of fur down. “Alright Lulu I need to get a soda.” She looked so happy! Argh, I hated leaving her alone even if I was just walking into the next room. “Lulu!”
My heart skipped a beat. She talked! And she said her name too! “Oh Lulu!” I gave her a hug. “Lulu!” She piped again. Her voice was also a bit high pitched, but it was still cute! “Alright honey I’ll be right back.” I grabbed the remote and turned on some cartoons. She looked at the TV with amazement again. I turned and walked into the bed room. “Now where was that?” I looked around until I found the mini-fridge. “Ah!” I opened it and grabbed a bottle of Pepsi. I also took out a bottle of water so I could give Lulu a drink. I walked back into the living room where Lulu was still sitting on the couch looking at the TV. “Lulu.” She looked at me while I sat down. “Want a drink?” I pulled up on the cap of the water bottle and pulled her over to me. She looked at it for a bit. “D-r-i-n-k?” She sounded out the word and my heart exploded (Remember that? I do!) “Yes drink!” I smiled. She sat on my lap and took the top of it in her mouth like a baby would a bottle. I tipped it forward and she started drinking, she made this cute little sound too. She stopped for a breath of air then went back to drinking.
‘I’m going to give myself a heart attack doing this.’ I thought as she stopped again. Of course being a hyper 14 year old didn’t help when I got bored but I kept it together. She stopped altogether when the bottle was half empty. “All done?” I looked at her and smiled. “Y-yes.” She mumbled and again my heart exploded. “O-ok then.” I got up and walked back into the bed room to put the water back. I opened the fridge and put it back. “Hmm maybe she’s hungry....” I looked around until I saw chocolate pudding. “Nice!” I laughed and grabbed it. I also grabbed a spoon before heading back into the living room. “Alright are you hungry?” I sat back down next to her and opened the pudding. She knew the smell and was looking at the pudding excitedly. I scooped up a small bit and looked at her with a smiled. “Here ya go.” I moved the spoon over to her and she opened her mouth, she took the spoon in her mouth and ripped it out of my hands. I giggled as she tried to swallow the pudding but the spoon was in the way. I grabbed the spoon and pulled it out of her mouth gently. She swallowed the rest of the pudding and smiled. “More!” Oh. My. GODS! “Ok sweetie.” I laughed and took another small spoon full. “Now you can take the whole spoon Lulu. You need to get the pudding off the spoon.” She didn’t seem to understand and I sighed. “Here ya go.” I move the spoon over to her but this time she didn’t rip it out of my hands. She took it gently and I pulled it out the pudding gone. “Good girl!” I patted her head.
This went on until she was full with very little pudding left over. I suppose ponies have smaller stomachs when they are younger. I ate the rest and threw out the cup and I put the spoon on the small table I had to the right of the sofa. The sun was starting to go down as we sat there and watched cartoons. She seemed to like Courage the Cowardly Dog the most as well as Tom and Jerry. When it hit 9:00 I was beat. Lulu at some point had started to lean agents me trying to stay awake. “Alright Lulu time for bed.” She looked up at me with tired eyes. “B-e-d?” I nodded about to start crying form how cute she was, “Yup. Come on.” I got up and turned off the TV. She jumped down from the couch and followed me into the bedroom. “Up?” She gave me a look that made my heart tingle. “Sure.” I picked her up in a hug and sat down on the bed. “Ready for bed?” I looked at her. “Bed!” She smiled at me. “Alright.” I leaned back and put my feet up then took the blanket and placed it over the both of us. “Goodnight Lulu.” I kissed her head (again avoiding the horn.). She looked at me with those huge teal eyes. “G-o-o-d-n-i-g-h-t?” I nodded with a smile as she yawned closing her eyes. I waited until I knew she was asleep then I myself went to sleep. Not having another dream with Nightmare Moon.

I was spazzing out like never before. “Argh, what am I going to do!? I can’t just leave her here alone! Oh wait!” I took out my cell phone and called up my best friend. “Austin! I need you to come down to the tree house now! I need you to watch someone for me and I know you don’t have school for a few more weeks! Just hurry like a speeding monkey on traffic day!” I hung up on him and waited. It didn’t take long before He opened the trap door. “Good you’re here!” He sat down on the couch. He was a bit shorter than me with blond hair and blue eyes.
“So who do you need me to watch?” He asked looking around.
“Lulu! Come here please!” Lulu came in with a tired look. “Lulu this is Austin and he will look after you while I’m gone.” I smiled at her. She took one look at Austin and ran over to me.
“W-what is that thing?” Austin looked a bit surprised.
“This is Lulu, she is a pony.” I looked at him with a ‘don’t ask’ look which he seemed to understand. “Lulu, say hi.” I crouched down and pulled her in front of me. She looked at him with fear filled eyes.
“H-hi....” She muttered. Austin didn’t look surprised anymore but instead full of D’AWW.
“Hello.” He smiled at her witch seemed to calm her down a bit. I sighed and set her down.
“Be nice to each other. I need to go.” I kissed Lulu goodbye and waved at Austin. “She’ll let you know when she’s hungry and thirsty. She likes chocolate pudding and water. That’s all I have right now but I’m getting more stuff when I come back. See ya!” I jumped down the trap door and bolted to school. School never lasted this long in my life! I guess when you want to go home it takes longer. I texted Austin at lunch asking how Lulu was doing. He explained to me she had a horn and wings then I told him I knew. Lulu was very shy towards Austin but he said he was getting through to her. The bell rang and I told him I had to go. When the final bell wrong I ran as fast as I could back to the house.
I was glad to get there and see the place wasn’t on fire. I climbed the latter and opened the trap door. Austin and Lulu where sitting there watching cartoons, an empty pudding cup on the table.
Austin looked at me. “Oh hey. She didn’t drink the whole bottle of water and didn’t finish the pudding.” I laughed.
“That’s normal.” I got up and closed the door. “Hey Lulu! How was your day?” She finally noticed me and jumped over and into my arms.
“G-good!” I looked at her and patted her head.
“Oh really? That’s great!” I saw Austin giving me and funny look. “As for you.” I turned and looked at him. “This is for you.” I handed him 5 bucks. “For babysitting.” I gave him an epic high-five.
“Thanks dude. Wait..... Does this mean I have a job?” I nodded.
“If you want it.” He grinned and nodded. “Sweet. Now I have some applesauce and milk. That should be a bit better for her.” I looked at Lulu who was still cuddled up in my arms. “Are you hungry honey?” She looked up at me and shook her head. “Ok. Go watch cartoons.” I set her down and she bounced back over to the couch. I walked into my bedroom and put the applesauce and milk in the fridge and walked back out into the living room. Lulu by this time was able to get up on the couch and bed. I sat down in between Austin and Lulu, Lulu started to cuddle up to my side and I put my hand on her head and ran my finger threw her mane. We sat there a good 4 hours before Austin had to leave. It was now 6:30 and Lulu was hungry. “Alright sweetie, give me a minute.” I got up and walked into my bedroom and grabbed a cup of applesauce. “Ok Lulu I have something new I want you to start eating.” She looked at me and nodded slowly. I took a small spoon full and fed her some. She must have really liked it because she finished the whole thing. “D-drink?” I smiled and got up. “Ok hold on.” I had gotten some sippy-cups for her instead of bottles; I didn’t want her to feel like a baby, even though she sort of was. I filled the small cup with milk and walked back into the living room. “Come here.” I sat down and waited for her to sit on my lap. “Here ya go Lulu.” I held the cup up so she could drink. She LOVED the stuff! She drank the whole thing and got a disappointed look on her face when it was gone. “It was good hmm?” She nodded.
About 1 and a half hour(s) later we got ready for bed. “Good-night Lulu.” I kissed her head like I always do. She smiled at me with those adorable teal eyes then did something that made me cry manly tears. “Good-night daddy, I love you.” She kissed my cheek. “I-I love you to Lulu.” Good thing it was dark because she didn’t see my tears. I sat there half the night thinking. ‘Wow......she called me daddy! AND said she loved me! Oh I love life sooooooooo much!’ I was still crying when I fell asleep.
It was Thursday today and I was beat. I walked at a fast pace to get home so I could hang out with Austin and play with Lulu. She was starting to get a hold of her magic yesterday and I was going to teach her how to use it for writing and stuff. When I got home I heard Austin laughing at something, I could also hear Lulu laughing. I went up the latter and opened the door to see he was doing a hand stand and making funny faces at Lulu who was laughing like she was being tickled. “Having fun?” I laughed as he fell over.
“She is so easy to get laughing! She’s so cute!” He laughed getting up. I got up and shut the trap door.
“Here ya go.” I handed him five dollars and he nodded his thanks. Lulu was still laughing a bit when I picked her up. “Hey there Lulu! Having fun?” She nodded. “That’s good. Ok ready for some magic training?” She nodded franticly with a huge grin. “Alright.” I set her down on the couch and moved the table up and in front of her. I placed down a pen and a piece of paper. I wrote down A B C and D on the paper. “Ok Lulu now I want you to pick up this pen with your mind and write down these letters as best you can.” She nodded and closed her eyes pointing her horn at the pen. Her horn glowed lightly a nighttime color with little star sparkles.
“Cool...” Austin muttered as the pen started to flout.
“Now be careful Lulu, don’t use too much magic but don’t use to less ether.” She nodded a little as the pen started to scribble down the letters I wrote down not too long ago. When she finished the pen dropped and she was out of breath, I picked up the paper and looked at it. All the letters on her side where very poorly drawn. “Lulu you did great!” I picked her up in a hug, she started to giggle a bit but then fell asleep in my arms.
“Wow it must take a lot out of you to do that.” Austin took a seat on the couch next to me.
“Poor baby pushed herself.” I sighed happily. “I’m glad she’s trying so hard though. I need to get a book on the alphabet for her then teach her how to read it.” I laughed. “I feel like a teacher.”
Austin put his hand on my shoulder and smiled. “You’re not a teacher Connor, you’re a father and you want what’s best for her.” At his comment I smiled.
“Thanks dude.” I gave him a fist bump. He got up and stretched.
“I need to head out. It’s almost six.” I nodded and told him I would be home tomorrow due to the fact I need to teach her right away. “Alright, I’ll still come by tomorrow to hang.” I nodded and waved good-bye as he left.
“Lulu, get up.” I nudged her gently; don’t want her to be up all night. She woke up with the cutest yawn she ever made. “Come on, I think you deserve some pudding.” She looked at me with happy eyes.
“T-thank you daddy!” My heart exploded again. ‘I am never going to get use to her calling me that! But who cares!’ I smiled and set her down. I walked over to the fridge in my room and pulled out a pudding cup. I walked back into the living room and sat down. As I was opening it Lulu was climbing up onto the couch with all her little might. I almost d’awwed at the site.
“Ok Lulu.” She sat on my lap again as I fed here, I think by tomorrow she will be able to hold the spoon herself. I didn’t want to think about it too much. She loved the hell out of the pudding I tell ya! She finished the whole thing then licked her lips. “Was it good?”
“I-it was g-grate!” She cheered. This made me giggle. I start thinking about things. ‘Life was boring up to the point when I found little Lulu. Well I’m 14 so I’m not surprised but I needed something awesome to happen! In the end I got a daughter! Life is going to be awesome! So very awesome!’ My phone rang and interrupted my thoughts. Lulu looked at me as I pulled it out of my pocket.
“Yo...... Oh hey mom! Ya I’m doing ok, sorry I haven’t come to visit you..... Oh you’re coming over? Awesome! Can you bring some pasta salad? I want to feed Lulu something else.......Lulu is...well... I explain it when you get here. Remember the pasta! Ok I love you too bye!” I closed my phone and looked at Lulu. “Ready to meet nana?” She gave me a puzzled look then nodded happily.
It took my mother 10 minutes to get here. “Connor! You here?” She called up as she began to climb.
“Yeah! You got the Pasta right?” I called opening the trap door for her. “It’s in the car if you don’t mind getting it.” I nodded.
“But first I would like you to meet someone.” She gave me a confused look. “Lulu! Come here sweetie!” The sound of hooves echoed as Lulu jumped off my bed and walked into the living room. “Mom this is my.....Daughter Luna, or as I call her Lulu.” Lulu walked over and hid behind my legs. “Come on sweetheart.”
My mother looked very very puzzled, but not surprised or angry. She smiled warmly after a bit. “Hello baby girl.” She had the softest voice that could calm a raging bear down.
Lulu looked out from behind me still a bit shy. “H-hi.” She mumbled like she had when she first met Austin. I laughed lightly and picked her up.
“It’s ok.” I walked over to mom. “Give nana a hug.” I encouraged her. She looked reluctant at first but went into my mother’s arms.
“She’s so soft.... Hey baby girl.” My mom was grate with kids and the look made me want to hug the both of them.
“Lulu, be a good girl for nana I have to run out and get something.” She nodded slowly as I jumped down the trap door earning a gasp form my mother. She calmed down as I ran out. The house was surrounded by a large forest but it was never hard to find the road because the door faced it. It took a moment but I got to the car and took out the large white bowl. I ran back with the sweet smell of the pasta in my nose. When I got back a heard giggling coming for Lulu. I climbed up and into the house to see my mother and Lulu engaged in mortal tickle combat in which Lulu was losing. I laughed and set the bowl down on the table then sat down and watched until Lulu called for help.
“D-daddy! H-help!” It was funny watching her reach her hoof out to me then quickly taking it back to defend herself.
“Ok mom ease up. Besides we have PASAT to eat!” We all laughed as I went to go get smaller bowls. I came back with 3 bowls and two forks. “Ready to have some of daddy’s favorite food?” I asked Lulu with a pumped up voice.
She nodded with a huge grin. “Yes!” She cheered as I sat down. Good thing my mother put the big spoon in there or I would have had a bad time getting the bowls filled. I filled mine up to the top, my mom’s to the middle, and Lulu’s a bit father down then my moms. I set mine aside and gave my mother hers. I took my fork and lanced a few noodles then held it up to Lulu.
“Here try this.” She nodded and took a bite. The look that was on her face will forever be in my head. The look she had was just so darn cute I nearly fainted. The look of pure awe was enough for me to know she loved this stuff to death. I lanced some more and fed it to her. “Wow Lulu this stuff must be amazing!” I looked at my mother who was laughing lightly. Lulu’s bowl was empty within minutes. She was full by then and was lying on my lap. I told my mom I was going to take tomorrow off to teach her some stuff. She agreed with me, knowing how it was to be a single parent and all. She even offered to go get the books and stuff and help with the teaching. “Thanks mom.” I smiled and gave her a hug. I was closing in on 9:00 so my mom said her goodbyes and gave Lulu a hug and kiss before she left. “So do you like it when nana comes over?” Lulu nodded as we walked towards the bed. I sat down and offered to help her up but she shook her head and jumped up. I leaned back and got the blanket. She lied down on my chest again. I put the blanket over the both of us; I leaned up and kissed her on the head. “Good-night Lulu, I love you.” She kissed my cheek. “Good-night daddy, I love you too.”
It had been 2 weeks since I found Lulu and thing where going wonderfully! She had learned the alphabet and was able to write and do thing with her magic. I brought her outside a few times to play and get some flying practice. She was doing well with that two seeing as how I knew nothing about flying. “Don’t go to high!” I called to her as she flew a ways up. She had grown a bit in the past 2 weeks, not by much but enough to be able to fly a bit. She loved flying a lot and I wasn’t going to stop her when she wanted to. Austin was sitting by the tree home eating an apple and cheering Lulu on.
“Go Lulu go!” We both cheered as she flew around the house at the speed of a slow moving car. She was laughing and loving it so much! She was getting all the cheering and stuff she loved. She landed next to me and I leaned down and patted her on the head. “You where grate!” Austin got up and walked over to us.
“You got that right! You where amazing Lulu!” She giggled and nuzzled my leg. I picked her up in a hug.
“It’s getting late. We need to get ready for bed and you need to head on home.” I looked at Austin. He nodded and was off. I walked over to the door and set Lulu down so I could open the door. We got inside; as I started climbing Lulu hovered up next to me and into the house when I opened the trap door. “Alright Lulu for an awesome day of flying we have pudding!” We both cheered as I got out two pudding cups. Lulu was on the couch already as I got into the living room. I sat down and opened the both of them, I let Lulu take her spoon with her magic and I held her cup. We both dug in and finished within seconds. “That was good!” I laughed and leaned back.
“Ya it was!” Lulu giggled and curled up next to me.
“Don’t get to comfy. We need to get to bed.” She nodded and jumped off the couch. I got up and followed her into the bedroom then got in bed. She jumped up and lied down on my chest as I got the blanket. “Good-night Lulu, I love you.” I kissed he head then she leaned down and kissed my cheek. “I love you too daddy.” I Got all warm and fuzzy inside again as she closed her eyes. I soon found myself asleep as well. I got a good 2 hours until I heard an ear-piercing scream right in front of me. I Shot up from my sleep and looked on the floor to see Lulu sitting there crying like she just got shot. “Lulu! What happened baby are you alright!?” I Jumped out of bed and checked over her like a mad man. I see everything on her was ok. “Lulu sweetheart what’s wrong?” I got her in a hug.
“I-I-I was being c-chased I-I-in the dark b-by some big e-evil monster that said it w-was going to k-k-kill me!” She cried in my shoulder. “I-I was so scared!”
“Shh shh shh shh. It’s ok now nothing is going to hurt you while I’m here.” She continued to cry until I eventually got an idea; it was time for a song!
“Come stop your crying it will be alright. Just take my hand, hold it tight. I will protect you form, all around you. I will be here, don’t you cry. For one so small, you seem so strong. My arms will hold you, keep you safe and warm. This bond between us, can’t be broken. I will be here, don’t you cry.”
She had calmed down but didn’t stop crying. I had to keep going. Remember Connor! Remember Tarzan!
“Because you’ll be in my heart. Yes you’ll be in my heart. From this day on, now and forever more. You’ll be in my heart. No matter what they say. You’ll be here in my heart, always.”
She had stopped crying now, which was good. I picked her up and kept humming the tune as I got back into bed. I set her beside me and wrapped her in a hug as I cover us with the blanket. She still looked scared but was able to go to sleep. I stayed up that whole night keeping an eye on her. I was going to call my mom tomorrow and ask her to come over and tell her I wasn’t going to school. But this had shocked me, Lulu had her first nightmare every since I found her. I was hoping this wouldn’t have happened until she was a bit older. I suppose it couldn’t have been avoided for long, but it was still hard to deal with. I still freaked out witch I suppose comes to parents a lot. ‘I need to calm down...’ I thought to myself as the sun started coming up. I knew my mom would be up by now so I reached over to the bed-side table and got my cell-phone. ‘Mom, I need you to come over for a bit, I will not be going to school today because Lulu had her first nightmare. Austin will be coming over as well thinking I would be at school. See you when you get here.’ I closed my phone and put it back on the table. After about 30 minutes of the text Austin showed up and Lulu woke up shivering.
“What happened dude?” He saw Lulu shivering. I explained everything about what happened. “Harsh...Want me to stick around Lulu?” She nodded at him as he sat down and put his arm around her. I heard another knock at the door and up came my mother with some of my clothes.
“I had a feeling you would need some of these.” She smiled and handed them to me. She walked over and sat on the other side of Lulu who had smiled once she saw her. “Daddy tells me you had a rough night. Come to nana and tell her about it.” and she did just that. She had started crying half way through but stopped as soon as I walked back into the room. Mom gave me a look of pure love then let go of Lulu. “Go play with Austin for a minute.” She nodded and went over to Austin. Mom got up and walked over to me. “Connor, you saw what happened right there didn’t you?” I nodded. “You have every single bit of trust her little body has in it. She was crying telling me about that horrible little dream I almost started. Once you stepped in she stopped right there. Only the best parents can do something like that without trying.” She gave me a big hug. “I knew you would grow up to be a loving parent and a wonderful person. You put trust in the right people like Austin and I. You knew we would never let you down so we didn’t.” I was starting to tear up at this point. “You’re a good kid and an even better parent then I was. I hope you never let her go...” I started crying manly tears (That makes me feel better saying they are manly) and hugged her.
“You were never a bad parent.” I sobbed a bit then started to calm down. I cleared my eyes and we walked back into the living room to see Austin making funny faces that made Lulu laugh. I found this an adorable sight. I went and sat down with them. Lulu had stopped looking at him and curled up next to me. “You’re adorable you know that?” I rubbed her head and looked over at the TV then remembered. “Hey Austin can you turn that on?” He nodded and turned it on. Mom sat down with us as we all watched TV that day.
It had been a month later when Lulu had another nightmare. I was asleep with her lying on my chest like always when she shot and whimpered. “D-daddy?” She whispered. I looked up at her, her eyes where filling with tears. “.....Come here baby.” I wrapped my arms around her and rolled to one side so she was lying on the bed and I was facing her. I hated seeing her like this; I never wanted this to happen. She was the sweetest little girl in the world and she had horrible nightmares, it wasn’t right. I sat there thinking half of the night and finally got some sleep. I need to let her know that she has a huge family full of people that will love and protect her.
“Connor? You’re going to be late for school.” Austin woke me up poking my shoulder lightly.
“I’m not going today. Lulu had another nightmare. Austin, I am going to need to call up a few people and have them introduced to Lulu.” He looked at me with a puzzled look but shrugged.
“Whatever man.” He walked into the living room and sat down. I got up slowly and grabbed my phone. I posted on my facebook that I was holding a party to welcome a new family member and that everyone coming should bring a dish. Almost instantly people started saying they would be coming next week for the party. I need to get things ready. I got up slowly so I wouldn’t wake up Lulu. I spent the day with my mother shopping for random party stuff. It wouldn’t be Pinkie party worthy but it would work. I got home with my mom helping me carry the stuff out onto the lawn.
“I’ll set everything up when the party starts.” I told mom. “Head on up and talk with Lulu about her dream. I need to think a moment.” She stared at me for a long time before giving me a hug.
“You grew up so fast, I never see the hyper active boy I raised anymore....” She had started crying. I put my arms around her in a hug and started to tear up.
“I guess......I just grew out of it.... even though I’m still 14.” We both laughed. She let go and went up into the house. I sat there for gods know how long just thinking. Thinking about something I never wanted to think about in my life time. How long would it be before...They came and took her from me? I cried, I just sat there and cried for the longest time, I cried until I had no more tears. ‘I-I won’t let them if it comes down to that. I will ask her, “Lulu.....Do you want to go with them?” If she says no then she won’t but.....’ I shed one last tear then stopped thinking about it. I got up and walked into the house seeing Lulu had been crying again but stopped before I got in. I smiled at her and rubbed her head. Next week was going to be the longest week of my life...
The guests had started arriving soon after I had set everything up. Everyone who I had complete trust in was there and that set my heart at ease. I walked into the house and saw Austin reading Lulu a story. “We’ll wait half an hour before we show.” Austin nodded then went back to reading her the story. I saw my mom start to mingle in the crowd catching up with them and all that. After 10 minutes the rest of the guests had shown up. “20 minutes... Get ready Austin.” Austin nodded and told Lulu the plan. She was shivering from fear and wonder. She must be thinking about meeting all those new people that where her family. I went down and talked with everyone, they all wanted to know when they would get to meet the new family member. “10 minutes!” I called out so everyone heard me.
10 minutes later and walked over to the front of the crowd. “Hello everyone! Thanks for coming! I’m glad so many of the family showed up to greet our newest member! She will be down shortly but first I would like to tell you that she may not be what you expect at first but really she is the sweetest little girl you will ever see in your lives.” Some of them looked confused but they seemed to understand. I turned to the house and knocked on the door three times. The door started to slowly open. “Now everyone I would like you to meet my daughter, Luna.” When I finished the door was open showing Lulu standing in front of Austin with a look of horror on her face. Everyone had a look of shock on their faces. “Come on honey.” I called softly to Lulu. “Say hi to everyone.” She looked at me with huge scared eyes. I Got down on one knee and gave her a hug. She calmed down tons and turned to everyone.
“H-hello,” Her voice shook with fear. “M-my name I-is Luna. B-but you c-can call m-me Lulu.” Any and all shock had disappeared behind faces of complete adorableness.
“Aw look at her! She’s so cute!”
“I know! She’s Connor’s kid?”
“That’s what he said.”
“But she’s a horse! I don’t see how that works...”
Lulu was starting to shack again. I picked her up and nuzzled her cheek. “Don’t worry Lulu; no one is going to hurt you.” The crowd let out a big ‘AWWW’ when she nuzzled me back. I set her down and she walked slowly towards the crowd still shivering. A tall old guy got down on one knee and smiled at her.
“Hey there Lulu! My name is Bobby Smith! But you can call me Uncle Bobby.” He held out his hand and she put her little hoof in it, he shook it up and down slowly then let go. A younger woman I knew as Amie walked up to her next.
“Hi there Luna! I’m Amie! It’s nice to meet you.” She also shook Lulu’s hoof. Eventually she met everyone who had come and was having a blast! Uncle Bobby even gave her a ride on his shoulder which she loved! I couldn’t get over how much fun she was having! It wasn’t until 11:30 she finally crashed and everyone was laughing.
“Austin could you take her to bed for me?” Austin nodded and picked her up then brought her inside. I turned to everyone who had a LOT of love in their eyes. “I am sorry everyone but I must be off. I hope you enjoy the rest of your night!” I turned and entered the house. Austin was sitting on the couch watching TV. Lulu was in bed sleeping like a rock. “Thanks of taking her back up here.” He nodded at me distracted by the TV. I walked over to the bed a lied down next to Lulu. “Good-night Lulu.” I kissed her head. “I love you.” That was getting repetitive but I didn’t care, I meant every word of it.
A year later I had been preparing for something very important, it had been almost one year after I found Lulu and I was going to make it awesome! Austin had been coming over every day and I get surprise visits from family every now and then. Good thing I was 15 I had gotten a minor job and some income. I was able to buy stuff for the party slowly over some time. I had a bunch of balloons with different colors and a huge cake! I had Austin buy her a watch so she could tell time and when to go to bed if I forget to tell her. She was with my mom right now at her house. I was surprised how fast Lulu answered my mom about going, she looked so excited! So she went on the trip with my mother to her house while I spent most of the day planning. “So that’s a no for a pony ride?” Austin got a death glare from me as I went back to explaining things about the party.
‘Boy I wish Pinkie was here, she could have this place done right!’ I thought to myself as I walked out of the house. The sun was high in the sky and the air surprisingly clean. I heard the rush of wind and knew all too well what was going to happen.
“Daddy!” I was tackled by Lulu at almost top speed. It didn’t hurt too badly because she was still a little filly but it did its damage.
“Hey baby girl! How was Nana’s?” I smiled at her as she giggled and told me all about how she and mom had cooked cookies and she taught her how to right cursive. “That’s wonderful! You’re going to have to show me later! Go up and play with Uncle Austin for a minute I’ll be right up.” She nodded and flew up into the house. My mother soon came out of the forest with a large smile.
“Hey sweetie. I guess she already told you everything?” I nodded laughing. “She loves to learn things; I think we should get her a little library. She would just love it!” She smiled and gave me a hug.
“That’s a good idea.” I mumbled and turned to the house. “Come on let’s go.” I walked over and into the house with my mom to see Austin holding Lulu up above him running around the house. She was laughing like crazy and flapping her little wings almost picking Austin up! “Hey there Lulu, calm your wings you might just start taking Uncle Austin for a ride.” She looked at me and tried to fly over dragging Austin with her.
“Strong little munchkin aren’t you?” He laughed and let her go; she zoomed over and into my arms. She started rambling about some toys she wanted and how she wanted her own bed.
“I want it to have stars and it has to be the same color as the sky!” We all laughed as she kept going. I set her down on the couch and stretched. “Tired daddy?” I nodded as my heart exploded again. I loved being called daddy by her. I sat down next to her and patted her head. She curled up next to me and put her head in my lap as we watched cartoons the rest of the day.
About a month later the party was held not too far from mine. All of the family had shown up, Uncle Bobby dressed up like a clown witch made me shudder. I didn’t like clowns but when Lulu saw her first clown she laughed the rest of the day. Lulu was out with my mother again as we got the rest of everything set up. The party was being held behind the house so when she came up to the house she wouldn’t see it. I stood in front of the house waiting until 5:00 when Lulu came out of the forest with my mom, she charged me with a laugh and a flood of words describing her day. “Hey Lulu I left something out back can you get it for daddy?” She nodded and walked out back to get surprised by everyone.
“SUPRISE!” Everyone yelled as they jumped out of their hiding places (Still don’t know how they did it.) and with endless life in their eyes yelled again. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY LUNA!” She looked at everyone with shock and surprise. I walked over to her and picked her up.
“Happy birthday baby girl!” I kissed her cheek and set her down. “It’s your party! Go have fun!” She began to laugh lightly then burst out into the most adorable laugh she had, she hadn’t laughed like this since her first bath.
The party lasted a half a hour when we started having cake. The cake was huge with pink frosting with a mix of flavors including chocolate. We also had ice cream and dark colored sliver-ware to look like the night and the same with the plates with stars on them. I could tell she was having the time of her life! She was riding on Uncle Bobby’s shoulder trying to honk his giant red nose. After another half hour I clapped my hands together.
“Alright everyone time for presents!” Everyone cheered and crowded around the table all the presents where on. I picked Lulu up and put her on my shoulder as I made my way up front. I sat down in a chair and put her on my lap. “Alright let’s see, what one do you want to open first Lulu?” She looked around the colorful boxes then picked on with my name on it. “Alright.” I picked it up and put it on the ground in front of us. Everyone had pulled out a camera of some kind and took quick snap shots of her tearing through the colorful red paper. She went wide eyed at the huge blanket with the night sky on it. “Look at this!” I pulled it up and spread it open so everyone could see. It had the big dipper and all the other star patterns on it, on the back and front had different patterns. I folded it up into a neat square and put it on the table.
That whole night we opened presents, she got a watch with a night time theme, a teddy bear (I love that thing it’s so funny) some books about things I sadly can’t remember. She got some toys she wanted and her own bed right next to mine, now I’ll tell you right now that thing was NOT easy to get up and into the house. I tucked her in and kissed her good-night then got in my bed. I turned sideways so I could watch her go to sleep. I find it hard to believe I could go from being a hyper active 14 year old into a father. My life was perfect for the longest time after I found her.
About 4 years later I had a steady job and I had the house made bigger and not in a tree. I get home every day at 4:00 to see Austin playing or talking with Lulu, she has gotten so big over the years. She was almost the same size as the Luna from the show and she had absolute control of her magic and was able to fly like a champ. She was 8 from what I can recall but still she grew so fast! I set down my pay and sit on the sofa with Lulu and Austin; they both smiled at me and continued their talk about video games and books. It was funny watching then argue half way through, Lulu said books where better and Austin had said that games where better. I couldn’t help but laugh witch made them stop.
“What’s so funny daddy?” Lulu tilted her head at me as Austin began to crack up. I explained to her that some games where based off books and how some games could become movies is they were good enough. “So science can be a movie!?” I nodded then laughed at the face she made. I grabbed the remote and turned on bill-nie the science guy who was explaining things about volcanoes then doing a demonstration with a fake one, Lulu watched in amazement as the small volcano ‘erupted’ with a red liquid. “Is that lava!?” I lost it, and so did Austin. We both where rolling on the ground laughing till our ribs hurt. “What? He could get burned!” There we go again for another 10 minutes. “So I’m guessing it’s all fake?” I clapped and nodded not being able to talk. “Ah. Can we do it?” She gave me those eyes she gives when she wants to do something.
“Y-ya sure. I-i’ll get the stuff tomorrow.” She cheered happily hovering a bit.
The next day I bought a volcano module and the other stuff to make it ‘erupt’. I walked into the house with all the stuff and set them down on the counter. “Alright let’s see...” I poured some stuff in then looked over at Lulu who was hovering behind me the whole time with an excited look on her face. “Alright, ready?” She nodded and I held out the vinegar to her, she took it with her magic and poured it in a bit fast. Well she got an ‘eruption’ alright, and I spent the rest of the afternoon cleaning the kitchen. It was funny I have to say, couldn’t help being a little mad but still funny. She was hiding in her room when I went to look for her. “Lulu? Sweetheart come on out I’m not mad.” The door remained closed but her soft little voice called out.
“Y-you’re not?” I shook my head still laughing a bit
“Well a little but I’m more to blame then you, I should have told you not to poor it so fast or add to much. I’m sorry.” The door opened slowly and she looked at me with those large teal eyes, it looked like she had been crying. “Come here.” I got down on one knee and held open my arms. She rushed over and into them and I gave her a big hug. “Come on, it’s time for bed.” I picked her up (Still not a problem ha) and brought her into her room. The top was painted to look like the night sky and the walls had random paintings of the forest in different places like the tundra, desert, rain forest, and normal forest. When I was having this put in I told her ‘There are different places with different people that are all different, but one thing we all share and love is our night sky.’ She looked so happy when I said that. Not she had the same blanket I bought her 4 years ago, she loved that thing. Her pillow looked at same. The thing about the stars up on the ceiling was that they glowed when the lights went out. She loved that too, so every time she went to bed she could look at the stars.
“Good-night Lulu, I love you.” I kissed her on the cheek and she did the same.
“Good-night daddy, I love you too.”
6 years later what I feared all those years ago was coming true. The sun was half way down over the horizon but just stopped there. “What the?” I looked out the window at the still sun. I flicked on the news to see everyone was in a panic.
“Eye witness reports say that the sun had just stopped there in the sky. Our scientists are baffled, they say the earth has stopped moving, but a lot of people are saying it’s the sun that stopped, we now go to Rick out on the-” I turned off the TV and sat down. I knew how to fix this.......I didn’t want to though.
“Lulu. Come here please.” Lulu had walked into the living room where I was sitting. She was 14 now and the size of her show form. “Honey I want you to come outside with me for a moment.” She nodded as I stood and walked outside. We both sat there for a minute until I pointed at the sun. “I want you to push the sun down with your magic and raise the moon with it too. We can’t just leave the world without the night.” She looked at me as I smiled warmly.
“Ok dad.” She looked at the sun and closed her eyes pointing her horn at it. Her horn glowed with that night slow and the sun started slowly sinking until it disappeared below the horizon. I clapped as she turned around with her horn glowing again. “I-I can’t! The moon won’t come up!” I placed my hand on her shoulder and smiled.
“You can do it Lulu.” She stared at me a while then nodded. She walked out into the field and flapped her wings. She flew up slightly as if she was carrying something heavy; she flew higher and higher as the moon rose with her. She finally stopped and fell; I ran over and caught her. She still wasn’t that heavy form me, I set her down on the grass and looked up. “No stars?” I looked at her as she kept panting.
“I-I can’t do it.” I shook my head and grabbed her horn.
“Now try.” She looked at me then at the sky, her horn glowed and set a shock threw my hand and into my arm. The stars slowly started appearing but she stopped half way through. I stood up and looked at her. She was so tired I think she fell asleep, I looked up at the stars that where already there and then at my hand. Like I hoped it was still glowing which meant I could try something, I lifted my hand up and pushed with all my might. The electricity was flowing out of my arm and into the sky; the rest of the stars had appeared but left me out of breath. I turned to Lulu and picked her up. “Come on, time for bed.” I whispered as I brought her into the house. I walked down the hall and into her room. It was still that same as I left it 6 years, the stars where all glowing and the landscapes where the same as was the blanket and pillow. I set her down in her bed and kissed her good-night. I walked back out into the living room and sat down, waiting. I sat there and waited for gods knows how long, the sun was slowly rising over the horizon when my eyes started feeling heavy. I called into work and told them I wasn’t coming in today. I waited even longer then when someone knocked on the door. I walked over and opened it to see my mom with a worried look. Now remember it has been a few years and she wasn’t as young as she once was (Get it?).
“Connor, I know what happened. You had Lulu fix everything right?” I nodded.
“I finished the stars. It hurt...” I clutched my left arm and she gave me a hug.
“You did the right thing Connor.” I hugged her back and let her inside. Lulu was still asleep as we talked.
*KNOCK KNOCK*
.....That was the worse knock I had ever heard but I’d known what it’d meant. I walked over to the door and put my ear to it. “Who is it?” I called.
“Excuse me sir but may we come in? It is a matter of great importance.” The female voice I knew all too well called back.
“Hold on Tia.” I heard a few shocked gasps behind the door. I smiled a bit then lost it when I opened it to see the sun goddess in all her glory. “Let’s me guess, you followed a power source here?” She still had that shocked look on her face but nodded. “Alright come on in, Lulu is sleeping so be quiet.” I almost growled at them. I stepped out of the way as she walked in, she was followed by Twilight, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and finally Fluttershy who hurried in. They all took a seat or lied down somewhere. My mom looked at all of them, not in shock but in confusion.
“Um Connor, who are all of these pony’s?” She looked at me as I entered.
“These are the cast from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.” She gasped; A while ago I had told her, Lulu, and Austin about it. “I have a pretty good idea of why they are here.” I looked around the room and saw Dash looked mad.
“Hey don’t talk about us like we’re not here!” She hovered over and into my face.
“Rainbow Dash please calm down.” Celestia calmed Dash down. “Now um...” She looked at me.
“Connor Cauchy.” I raised an eyebrow at her.
“Connor, yes. Now I’m curious on how you found my sister.” I sighed happily at the memory.
“Best day of my life I’ll tell ya.” She looked at me surprised. “It was one of those boring days at school I was recovering from walking home the long way where I kicked a rock into a nearby bush and heard this little yelp, It was adorable and scared me almost out of my wits,” That got a giggle out of them. “So I try and check to see what it was that made that sound but it was too dark, so I ran for home and grabbed the flashlight.” I looked over at my mom who smiled. “I went back to see it was my little Lulu all scared and hiding.” Tia looked at me weird. “So I slowly gained her trust and took her to.....well here.” I looked around. “It was different back then though. Anyway I set her down on the couch and turned on some cartoons.” They gave me confused looks and I giggled. “After a bit I put her to bed. It was cute when she woke up and climbed onto my chest.” Tia gave me a look. “She was a baby when I found her.” Another round of *gasp*. “The next day I gave her a bath and fed her. She really likes chocolate, by the way. Anyway I called up my friend Austin to babysit her while I was at school and stuff. He didn’t mind much. Now I went and got some things that were a bit healthier for her,” I explained everything, absolutely everything, every little detail I could remember (so ya EVERYTHING!). The nightmare part made me tear up a bit but I recovered before I lost it. Then there was the part where I introduced her to the whole family and how they accepted her, I cried a bit there. The memory’s where the things I hate and love. Being able to remember all of that is what I loved and knowing it will never happen again.
After a long time I finished. “Mom go see if Lulu is awake.” She nodded and got up to check when Lulu walked into the living room. It took her a moment to notice all the other ponies.
“D-daddy? What’s going on?” When she used the word ‘daddy’ I got another round of gasps, the loudest coming from Tia.
“Luna? Dear sister what did you say?” She looked at her with almost as much love as me.
“I I asked dad what was going on. I thought all of you where a TV show.” Another couple of gasps. Man I’m surprised they haven’t passed out form lack of oxygen.
“Lulu come over here please and have a seat.” I sat down and she rushed over and sat close to me. I started explaining to them she must have no memory of her world and has all new ones of this world. “That’s about it. Now I know what you going to say but first.” I was tearing up bad. I looked over and Lulu and took a deep breath. “Lulu, I’m going to ask you something, now whatever you say during this question will depend on how this ends. Do you want to go with them?” I gave her a look of love. She was thinking so intently I thought I saw her horn spark.
“I-I don’t want to. But I-I have to.” I nodded now crying with the vengeance. I grabbed her in a hug, I never wanted to let go but I did and I stood. I walked over to Tia.
“You know what?” She looked at me confused. “If Lulu is my daughter then......You are too.” I got her in a surprise hug. Oh boy another round of gasps. “I love you both with a fiery passion and I don’t want to see neither of you leave. I don’t know who your real parents are but have one now. I will always be here for you if you ever need me so if something is wrong you don’t ever think twice about coming here to talk to me. I will always love you both for the rest of my days and will continue to love you through the afterlife.” I felt tears on my shoulder. “Just please for me take good care of yourselves, and watch over each other and or family’s” Lulu at some point joined the hug. “I will love and miss you and I hope you never forget me.” I looked up to see both of them crying; even the others were crying, and the same thing with my mom. She walked over and joined the hug. I kissed both Lulu and Tia on the cheeks. “Be good girls for daddy, and don’t wreck anything.” I giggled a bit still crying. I finally let go, Tia looked like she just saw the saddest movie in the world as she hugged her sister.
“W-we.......Will never forget you.” Her horn glowed and in a flash of light, they were gone. I fell back in the chair and cried out loud, I never wanted this to happen but I knew it would. I don’t regret it one bit, Picking Lulu up off the street and taking care of her. Raising her to who she was, then letting her go. I felt I had lived the parents dream. I smiled a bit in my god like crying. I felt happy that she would be where she belonged. I just hope I get to see them both again, some day...
I put down the pen and wiped my eyes. “There.....Now I will always be able to remember...” I was still crying when I got up. It had been 20 years ago this had all happened, and it still made me cry.
Live in the now, not the past or future, for you will miss what’s happening right now. I know we will all one day have to let go of what we love most, but live while you have it and not when you have to let go, because it will always be in your heart and never leave.
