A teenager keyblade master is called to equestria to defeat the evil that resides there
Samuel Trenski, a Keyblade master, charged with freeing the universe from darkness finds himself in equestria where something in lurking in the shadow, something that can inflict a fate worse than death. Sam along with the mane six must working together to rid equestria of this dark entity. This is a Kingdom hearts crossover I will be introducing other KH characters later in the story.
I turned to look back at the crowd of colorful ponies running and flying after me, " I'm sorry to disappoint you but I don't want to come back," I yelled as I continued to run away from the growing mob. Soon I was cornered, " Ah ha! We have you now!" exclaimed the purple unicorn in front of me. " that what you think my dear Twilight Sparkle," I remarked with a coy smile. "what! How.. My.." to this I stuck out my tongue and teleported away "Well that could of gone better," I laughed to my self.
Hello there! I'm Samuel trenski you can call me Sam or any other nickname you can think up I think I have a thousand. Well I suppose your wondering what in the world is going on. Well I guess I should explain how I came to be the joyful wanderer.
The first 17 years of my life were very uneventful, I spent most of my life doing pranks with my best friends sure it got us into trouble with the cops a couple times but we always had fun. But one day when I had nothing to do I decided I should try and make a booby trap for my neighbors evil dogs to stumble across. All of a sundown a exploding threw me off my feet and into the hole I just dug. "all that work for nothing," I frowned, " haha! At least it trapped someone!l" I had to laugh at my silliness. Well I thought time to see what happened.
After climbing out of my hole I saw a huge hole where the explosion happened. Being a dumbass I climbed down to check it out, as I drew near I saw it was some sort of craft. Instead of being normal and running away from the mess I reached out and touched it. Shut up! I was curious! As soon a I touched it a robotic female voice stated, "Welcome Samuel Trenski we are glad you have accepted the honor of making sure the universe can remember to live, laugh, and love you shall begin now." "What! No! Wait! AAHHH-" my screams were cut short as I was enveloped in a bright light then everything went black.
When I finally came to I felt different and I noticed I had some sort of handle hanging from my belt.i was extremely confused luckily for me the voice came back, " Welcome Samuel I shall explane what has happened to you of you wish to know." I answered yes and she began to explain.
" You have been fitted with the most advanced Molecular Manipulator and Neural Relay, the two allow you to do many things such as creXat objects change your shape, speed, strength, and size. The device also allows to to travel through time, space, and between dementions. Of course there is limitless other uses but you will have to find those yourself. That device hanging from your belt is called a Molecular Enhancer it can become anything to want it too it will also always make it back into your possession no matter what. Any questions?"
"yes!" I yelled, " why me!" " because Sam you can make people smile and chase away the darkness, so many worlds are covered in darkness and you can change that you have the personality, the determination, and now the ability. Samuel Trenski travel to where you feel the people need help, help them out of the darkness and save the univers from the darkness"
And with that I was teleported to this middle of a city I looked around when suddenly I saw something that made me smile, I pulled out my Molecular Enhamcer or ME and willed it to become a keyblade as I ran to help fight the heartless I smiled this was going to be a great existence.
750 years full of friendship, fun, love, sadness, and determination later I was till loving my job but back to the problem at hand I was hiding from a town full of ponies looking for me but still I couldn't help but chuckle at how it came to be like this. Now going to tell you how I came to equestria and how I make a good impression.
"Ugh! Just a couple more minutes!" I spoke into my pillow. But my UDT or universal distress tracker would have none of it.
" departing to the land of Equestria in half an hour."
"What! Wow thanks for telling me sooner UDT," I grumble. But soon I was ready to go, well I really didn't need much ever since I became the joyful wanderer, I know that name kind of sucks but it fits so I keep it. Any way most people just give me nicknames, they are mostly nice and it makes me feel like I have a better connection with the person. But enough of that I sadly waved goodbye to Ellesméra even after that terrible battle with the Shades I was still going to miss the place. But I had to leave sometime. With Mario on my mind a yelled, " Letsa go!" and followed the call for help to Equestria.
When I opened my eyes I realized that I was in the presents of royalty and I bowed and stated, "I am Samuel Trenski I fight for why is good and right, I have heard your call for help and I have come to assist." As much as I hated being serious I know how to behave.
"rise" the voice said." and for goodness sake relax!" said another As I got to my feet I got a good look at the ones who had summoned me.
"Greetings Samuel I am princess Celestia and this is my sister princess Luna." Stated the regal white alicorn. The other alicorn who was princess Luna, a back blue alicorn, asked, " are you not surprised at out appearance?"
"Princess," I replied, "you will not believe what I have seen I said with a laugh and I smile. " now to the matter at hand what is troubling your world?"
Princess Celestia frowned before explaining, "there is a darkness in the Everfree forest we know it is growing strong we need you to help the Elements of Harmony defeat this threat."
" could I see what this darkness looks like?" I asked. Princess Luna nodded and summoned a picture of the darkness. I swore under my breath and my frown deepened.
Luna asked, "you know these creatures?" " yes, " I replied "I have fought them I've seen them destroy worlds and I will stop them from taking this world!" I yelled.
Princess Celestia asked, " what are these creatures? They live in the shadows and almost seem to mold with them."
I looked both princesses in the face and I stated "these creatures are the heartless" suddenly a thought came to mind and I brought up a picture of another creature. "have you seen this creature anywhere? It is a nobody they are as bad as the heartless"
Celestia replied that they had not seen such a creature but would look out for it. We talking about the history of the Elements and what I should know about them. Feeling very well informed I thanked the princesses and started to head out towards the town of Ponyville. As I drew closer I thought about changing my form but then I decided what the fun in that I laughed to my self about what their reactions would be like. I entered the town and cloaked myself as I made my way towards twilights library home.
I noticed that twilight a purple unicorn and her assistant spike a purple and green dragon were not home but a pink and hyper pony called pinky pie was setting up a party " ahh" I thought, "what a fun way to meet them" but at that moment my prankster self decided it wanted to have some fun. And to be honest so did I.
" oh man what a tiering day, " sighed twilight sparkle. At least I'm home so I can relax, a smile began to appear on her face as she thought of the book she was in the middle of reading. She opened the door to the library and walked inside when suddenly.
"surprise!" yelled five ponies and one baby dragon.
" wow! Thanks girls and spike I had totally forgotten that it was my birthday!" smiled twilight.
"wellimgladyoulikeitanddidnotgoallsadandgrumpylikeididthatoneyear!" gushed pinky pie as she hopped up and down.
"yah! I even added my own touch to make this party 20%cooler!" bragged rainbow dash.
"um happy birthday twilight.. I have a gift for you.. If you don't want it that's okay.." mumbled fluttershy
"thank you so much fluttershy! I know I'm going to love it!" exclaimed twilight as she hugged the yellow Pegasus. Twilight was happy all her friends were happy, we'll except for applejack and rarity who were arguing over "proper manners", twilight mused this was a good day.
When the girls gathered around the cake twilight said, " this means so much to me I love having you girls as friends"
All of a sudden some strange creature popped out of the cake pinky pie style yelled surprise and hit twilight, rainbow dash, rarity, applejack and pinky pie in the face with pies. It suddenly got very quiet and the creature turned to fluttershy who mepped in fright and said with a brilliant smile, "you have very a beautiful mane" this caused fluttershy to blush and the creature laughed. Then rainbow yelled, "get him!!" the creature turned to find four angry mares and one happily licking the pie off her face, she turned to the creature and said, "that was fun! Let's do it again!" the creature flashed a smile and said to pinky, " sure! If I survive." at that he turned and ran out of the library with the ponies not far behind. As Samuel ran he laughed the whole time.
I was still laughing as I appeared in the middle of the Everfree forest, but my laughter was cut short when I heard a noise some where in the undergrowth. As I looked into the woods it suddenly became darker and a chill ran down my spine. Then from the darkness pure black creatures with unblinking yellow eyes came out and launched themselves at me. "Heartless." I say to myself as I grit my teeth and summon Light Bringer, the best weapon in this situation. Light Bringer is my Keyblade a black shaft with multiple white shafts wrapping around the back one and with three white points in the shape of a three point crown coming off the end. I use my Molecular Manipulator or MM to increase my speed, then I take my stance to have a look at what I'm up against.
20 Shadows and 15 Neo-Shadows, I sigh in relief I thought it was going to be much worst. Suddenly two Neo-Shadows attack. Taken by surprise I dodge roll and then leap and overhand smash one of the Neo-Shadows it exploded in a puff of blackness and a single red heart rose up and disappeared. I then proceed to go on the offensive attacking the Shadows all the tell yelling like a mad man. As I fought I thought to myself "man I'm glad these are only Purebloods and no Emblems."
I suppose this is a good time to explain the heartless. There are two forms, Purebloods and Emblems. The first is created when someone's heart is filled with darkness and the second are created and tend to take the shape of something that relates to the world that it is found on. Both are made of a lost heart and are completely without emotion. They also can and will attack people and take their hearts creating even more darkness. I will explain them more later right now I need to make sure I don't get my but kicked!

At this time over at sweet apple acres Big Mac a big red earth pony had just escaped his sister Applejack's insane rambling about some creature hitting her with a pie and then disappearing. " heh heh" Big Mac chuckled to himself, " that girl is crazier than that time she tried to buck all of sweet apple acres by herself. Yah know? I might go see if Zecora has any of that plant growth potion left some of the new trees aren't growin like they should." and with that Big Mac set off into the Everfree forest. As he got closer to Zecora's but he heard some crazy yelling intrigued by the yells Big Mac went to check it out. As he got closer it got quiet then all of a sudden "Are you kidding me! What in the world is that thing!" followed by the unmistakeable roar of a manticore.

As I fought through wave and wave of heartless I couldn't help but smile it was fun and it reminded me of when I first became the joyful wanderer so many years ago. POOF! With that the last heartless was gone I gave a laugh but then turned around suddenly when I heard another noise behind me. "come at me bro!" I yelled " I am Sam the bringer of all things good and you shall go quietly into the night!" I continued a little too cocky for my own good. As I faced my enemy my jaw dropped behind me was a huge creature that looked like a combination of a lion and a scorpion. "Are you kidding me! What in the world is that thing!" I yelled. "Whatever it is it's under control of the heartless but it doesn't look like any Emblem heartless I've ever seen." I whispered to my self. Then the beast charged driving me back blow after blow, I tripped on a root and it's stinger drove into me injecting me with venom. I grimaced in pain as I felt the poison in my veins, it felt like fire. My vision was blurry and I thought as the beast was preparing to strike, "at least the world is a happy one so when I die my regeneration will be quick." oh yeah if I die I have to use the happiness of the world I died on to come back. I could of swore the creature was smiling at me as it prepared to kill me but then all of a sudden it flew to the side a crashed into a tree! I look over and saw a big red pony sanding next to where it had been. I had been saved by a pony... I don't know if I should be reviewed or embarrassed.

Big Mac ran into the clearing and saw a creature he had never seen before being knocked around by the biggest manticore he had ever seen. Something seem off about the beast it had yellow eyes and was darker than normal. Suddenly the smaller pinkish creature fell and was stabbed by the manticore's stinger. Big Mac saw the look of pain and surprise on the creature's face and he knew he had to help so be ran over a bucked the manticore as hard as he could propelling it into a tree. The manticore recovered fast and attacked Big Mac giving the farm horse may deep cuts and bruises. But with one final buck the manticore fell stunned. Then all of a sudden the pinkish creature leaped past Big Mac and struck the creature turning it into a black cloud.

As I lay against the tree I saw the large stallion fighting with this mysterious heartless. He was getting more injured by the second but then he stunned the beast with a kick so I used my strength to leap up and destroy the heartless before it could recover. After that I fell back goths ground the red pony came up to me and even though he was bleeding too asked if I was okay. I shook my head no, at that point I lifted my keyblade I shouted "Cureaga!" healing both out wounds. This surprised the pony but he realized what I had done. I may of been healed but the poison was still killing me. I asked him with a raspy voice, " do you have any antidote?" he said " no I don't but I could take you to someone who does. My name is Big Mac by the way." " thanks Big Mac I'm Sam but how about we get that antidote before all your work goes to waste." I weakly smile back at him. Big Mac said, " okay lean on me I'll take you to Zecora." " thank you so mu-" was all I could manage to say. Big Mac chuckled at this and began to wake towards Zecora's house but the whole time his head was full of questions.

" none of you girls could find it!" exclaimed Twilight
"no it is just gone! Just wait till I get my hooves on it!" threatened Rainbow Dash
"I can't wait till we find him! I'm going to throw him a huge party!" said Pinkie Pie as she hopped around the library.
" that beast ruined my mane it took forever to wash it,it doesn't deserve a party pinkie, and how do you know it was a he anyway?" grumbled Rarity.
" well duh! He sounded like a he silly!" giggled Pinkie Pie
" um girls maybe we could go see if Zecora knows anything about what he is.. That is.. If you want too.." muttered fluttershy
"that's a great idea fluttershy! Let's head over right now I've been meaning to visit Zecora so I could get some more tea." said Twilight, " Rainbow Dash you fly over to sweet apple acres and grab Appejack I'm sure she wants to came as well."
"you got it Twilight I'll back back in ten seconds flat!"
"okay Rainbow, the rest if you girls let's get ready to go into the Everfree first." exclaimed Twilight

I felt my life being drained away as we approached what I assumed was Zecora's home, well more like a hut. "how can anyone live out here!" I managed to gasp, "it's crawling with heartless and whatever that thing that almost killed me."
" well Zecora seems to be able to handle herself," drawled Big Mac, "she never seems to have problems with the wildlife, but my sis and here friends well that's a different story." Big Mac chuckled at this. "heartless? Was that what you were fighting? What are they? And more importantly what are you?"
"I'll answer all your questions if I live Big Mac," I gasp
"Well okay let's meet Zecora." said Big Mac
We walked into the hut and I was surprised to see a zebra and not a pony. Zecora looked like a normal zebra except she had some rings around her neck. What surprised me ever more was how she talked.
" we'll hello Big Mac how do you do? What is this strange creature you have brought with you?" Zecora rhymed.
"I don't know Zecora but he is intelligent and he needs help I have to rescue him from the largest manticore I have ever seen! He has been poisoned " explained Big Mac
Zecora nodded and began to look around her hut and soon came back with a bottle with a bluish fluid inside it.
"here drink this brew. It will heal you before you can count to two." said Zecora
I weakly nodded and drank the whole bottle and my chest felt like it was on fire! It felt worst than the time I tried to be a fire eater! But good to her word I soon felt as good as new! Well as good as a 750 year old anyway.
" many thanks Zecora I feel great! Now I suppose both of you have some questions. Well ask away!" I said happily just glad to be alive.
Just as Zecora was about to speak I heard an enraged female voice yell "You!" and before I could react I felt something collide with my head and I blacked out.
" I should of wrote the Princess about this new creature!" Twilight thought out loud, " I bet she would be really interested!"
"Twi you really all and egghead, I want to kick that things flank! No one hits Rainbow Dash with a pie and gets away with it!" threaten Rainbow Dash.
" yah know sugarcube I agree with Dash on this one I want some payback." stated Applejack
"you all are just a bunch of silly fillies," giggle Pinkie Pie, "he seems like somepony that can really party! I'll have to try that bursting from the cake some time!"
Twilight rolled eyes as Rainbow Dash and Applejack got into an argument over where if this new creature was cool or not. Since Fluttershy and Rarity were having their own conversation twilight had plenty of time to think of what to do if they ever caught the creature. She decided to attach it to the machine she had in her basement first! Twilight began to smile as she thought about all of the things she could learn.
Applejack and Rainbow Dash stopped arguing and open the door to go inside and when they did their anger was renewed. There was the creature! And he was sitting with Big Mac and Zecora! With an angry "You!" Applejack ran in and bucked the creature in the side of the head before he could ever react. Big Mac jumped up and yelled, "why did you do that sis? You can't just go around bucking everypony you see!"
" You don't understand Big Mac! This is the creature that hit me and my friends with pies!" responded Applejack
" and is that really a reason for you of all ponies to go and buck somepony in the head?" quietly responded Big Mac
"I.. You.. I guess your right Big Mac. I'm awfully sorry about that." apologized Applejack
" I'm not the pony you need to apologized to." stated Big Mac pointing to the creature who was just beginning to come around.

Wow did a train hit me? Probably not I think the orange one hit me. What was her name again? Oh yeah! Applejack I think I should avoid her. I thought to myself. As I opened my eye who should I see but Applejack looking right at me. A look of panic crossed my face and I crawled backwards and yelled out, " Reflega!" summoning a protective barrier of light that protects me from all attacks. "please don't hurt me" I beg to her. Then I notice the rest of the mane six are there as well. "I'm sorry!" I cry out, " I didn't know hit someone with a pie would result in death!"
They looked at each other before Twilight spoke, " we will let you live if you answer some questions." a look of pure glee crossed her face. " oh no." I thought to myself, " this might not end well."
" okay I will answer any questions that you have." I concede
"oohhh do you like to party? I'm Pinkie Pie! I love parties! I'm totally going to throw you a party as soon as we get back to ponyville!" happily exclaimed Pinkie Pie as she appeared inside my protective bubble scaring me to death and breaking the spell. But something about Pinkie Pie reminded me of myself and I smiled and answered her" yes Pinkie Pie I love to party and prank people but I guess you might of guessed that," I grinned, " my name is Samuel but you can call me sam or anything really I love nicknames!" I happily exclaim. To this Pinkie Pie began to bounce up and down saying something about how we were going to be the greatest friends. I felt so much more relaxed after talking to Pinkie and now I was ready to explain myself. But before I could I heard a cough in front of me it was Applejack, I turned and looked at her.
" I'm mighty sorry for bucking you like that it was wrong of me to do so can yah please forgive me? She asked turning red from embarrassment.
I put on my most serious face and look her in the eyes and very close to her. She began to look scared. All of a sudden I poked her in the snout and said, " honk! Your forgiven AJ," I began to grin like an idiot, "I've got a harder head then you think." I said hitting my head a couple time. She an the rest of the mane six gave me a confused look, well except for Pinkie Lie who was still happily making party plans. Twilight took this silent moment to speak up.
" a couple things," she began, " one, how do you know our names? Two who and what are you? And three what are you doing here?"
"well my dear Twilight as to the what and who I am I shall tell you my story." I proclaim
I began to tell the girls about my awesome origin story but you have already read it so I'll give you a free pass. After I finish before me I see six mares, one stallion, and one zebra all with skeptical looks one their faces.
" What" I joke, " Y'all don't believe me? Do I have to prove it to you like everyone else?" I saw eight nods I sighed " fine what do you want me to do?"
Before anyone could respond pinkie jumped up and exclaimed, "give me wings!"
"you got it!" I reply. I focus on the task and with a flash of light there stood Pinkie now with Pegasus wings to her delight and her friends horror.
"ooo look! Now I can fly just like you Dashie!" said Pinkie with excitement in her voice.
Rainbow flew over to me grabbed me and practically yelled, " change her back! I believe you just changed her back!"
" okay if you say so are you sure you want me to?" I grin evilly
"yes! Yes!" rainbow Dash cried
I focused again and with another flash Pinkie was once again wingless.
"Aww I was enjoying that." Pinkie said with a sad look on her face
"sorry Pinkie but I don't think your friends were ready for you to be able to fly, maybe some other time" I said with a wink.
" okay okay let's get back on topic now," demanded Twilight
I mock saluted and barked, " yes ma'am! What every you say supreme overlord!" this brought some giggles from her friends and a chuckle from Big Mac, but Twilight just gave me a death glare.
"sorry now to answer questions one and three. I was summoned here by your princesses to help fight the darkness that is in your world. They so kindly filled me in on the adventures of the Elements of Harmony. And I must say I'm very impressed with you girls, A+ for all of you in the save the world class." I stated. This caused the girls to blush and say things like, " it was nothing really" "yeah we are pretty awesome!" and " when are we going to party?"
" so does that answer everyone's or I guess here its everponies' questions?" I happily ask as seeing the ice had now been broken.
" I've got a question" stated Big Mac, " what the hay were those things that you were fighting?"
My happy face melted away, " those were heartless creatures born from the darkness in a person or ponies heart. They attack people/ponies and try to steal their hearts creating more and more heartless. The heartless main goal is to locate the keyhole to a world crawl inside and steal the worlds heart blinking it out of existence. Your Princesses summoned me to aid you if finding the keyhole to this world and locking it so that the heartless can't steal it." I explain. I was greeted with looks of confusion, fear, and disbelief.
Twilight spoke up, "okay so how are we going to go about finding the keyhole to our world?"
" your taking this a lot better than most people," I happily state, " we it take times I will have to begin to live your lives with you and in time the keyhole will be revealed."
" I guess we don't have a choice.. If your going to live our lives with us I guess you'll live with me in the library so we can can get better aquatinted." happily stated Twilight her thoughts going back to the experiments she was going to run.
" sounds good to me!" I exclaimed " well what are we waiting for? Let's get started!" I yell happily. After I thanked Zecora and Big Mac I began the walk home with the girls. As I thought over what had happened today I thought to myself, "I totally love my job! Hey I guess this means now I'm part if the mane seven!" I chuckled to myself over this fact and began to make conversation with the girls.

"I'm going to have to find a spell that will either turn you into or look like a pony" said Twilight
"What's wrong with how I look now?" I asked with a fake sad look on my face, already knowing the answer.
"Well as far as I know nothing in Equestria looks anything like you. Two everypony you have come across has been utterly terrified of you, and three I want to learn a new spell" Twilight replied
"Aww but if I'm a pony how am I going wave my fingers in front of ponies and go OOO marvel at my ability to grip and pick up objects without magic!" I jokingly return
"So those things are called fingers? Interesting ill have to make a no.. I mean No! Don't ever do that or thing will be worst them when Zecora first arrive" exclaimed Twilight
"Fine go find the spell" I pout. You know? I think to myself time to have a little bit of fun with Twi. After Twilight leaves to look for the spell I begin to giggle like crazy and put my plan into action. I begin to make my molecules shift and warp until I look like a certain purple pony unicorn. This is going to be great I think to my self! As I set out to look around the room I immediately fall flat on my face. I try to walk again but this time I stumble into a book case and a book fall and bonks my perfectly on my head. "curse you bookcase! You day shall come!" I yell angrily at the bookcase. I look at the cover of the book, " the history of Equestria" I open the book and look that the first picture and an even better idea comes to mind and a huge grin creeps across my face.

Twilight's POV
I just don't know what to think of him Twilight thought to herself, he is as crazy and random as Pinkie Pie and can use magic. But how much magic I wonder? The magic he did preform was very powerful. Pinkie Pie with magic, Twilight shuddered at this thought and she thought Pinkie with wings was bad. I think I should write the Princess are find out what is going on. "ah ha!" Twilight exclaimed "this spell should do the trick" grabbing the book he raced back to the main room excited to try it out. But when she returns her jaw and the book both hit the floor. Standing before her was a alicorn, and the alicorn was her! The alicorn looked her and exclaimed in the Royal Canterlot Voice, "Celestia never told you about your father" "uhh.. What.. Who..." Twilight barley managed to say. " I am your father!" the Twilight alicorn boomed. What is going on! Thought Twilight how is this possible? It isn't possible! Isn't it? Is that really me? "pssst!" the alicorn whisper shouted, " your line in NOOOOOO! That's impossible!" Twilight just stared at the alicorn. " like this!" with that the alicorn yelled NOOO that's impossible and pretended to fall to the ground. At this Twilight did fall to the ground out like a light.

Sam's POV
After I dragged Twilight back up to her room and put her in bed I decided to go out and visit some of the mane six. " we'll Twi is out cold so she is out of the question," I laugh to myself, " hmmm I think I'll visit Fluttershy. If she is true to her name she might be hard to make friends with."
After wandering for what felt like hours I finally came across a house that I assumed was Fluttershy's. Well it was over run by all sorts of animals so I think it is a safe assumption. "Wait! I can't go meet Fluttershy looking like Princess Twilight. She would have a heart attack!" so again I begin to shift my molecules until I take the form of a brown Pegasus with a spiky gray mane and tail. "man! I am looking good! Even those special clothes sora gave to me are here. Well except for the pants." I got these clothes on my first adventure. I met a keyblade warrior named Sora and his friends Donald and Goofy together we stopped the heartless from taking over many worlds. Along the way Sora got these cool magic clothes that let him use the power of his friends to become super powerful. He even got my a set and I've worn it ever since. But a pony in pants? I guess this time I'll be going pantsless. I walked up and knocked on Fluttershy's door. The door opened slightly and I heard a soft voice call out, "umm hello.. Can I help you"
"Hi Fluttershy! It's me! You new bestest friend!" I happily exclaimed. The door opened a little bit more and I herd the voice again. " um I'm sorry I don't think I know you"
"Aww come on Fluttershy don't you remember? I'm the be scary monster that no one has ever seen before!" the door finally opened and I found myself face to face with the one and only Fluttershy. I kept my huge "let's be friends" grin on my face as she looked me over. " umm I'm sorry but you don't look like a monster" Fluttershy said.
" Oh that's right I look different now would you like to see what I used to look like?" Fluttershy nodded meekly I say "okay just promise me you won't scream and run into your house and shut the door" she nodded again so I say " okay here we go!" and snap my fingers. After the flash and only one flex of my regained fingers I heard a scream and a door slam shut. "ugh this is going to take a while" I mutter as I shirt back to pony form and try to coax Fluttershy out again.
*Fluttershy’s house Sam’s POV* After changing back into my pony form I began to try a coax Fluttershy back outside. “I’m sorry Fluttershy I asked if you were going to be okay. Please come out now.” I softly called at the door. This obviously was not working so I decided to get crafty. Using my magic and the MM I summoned a Cactuar, a cute little Cactus animal that I discovered on my adventures with Tidus. The Cactuar looked at me with its small black eyes and open mouth, “You will be perfect.” I happily whispered. Then I called out to Fluttershy this time saying, “Hey Fluttershy there is some strange animal out here, I’m sure it would love to meet you” This did the trick and Fluttershy burst through the door and began to examine the Cactuar all over. As if the thing could sense her excitement and began to bounce up and down causing Fluttershy to smile even more. This was my chance I gave a low whistle and the Cactuar jumped over and landed on my back. “Oh do you two know each other?” Fluttershy asked. “Yes indeed we do this is Cacti. He has been my friend for a while now. I know that you like animals so I thought you might like to meet him.” I replied. “He seems really nice do you any other pets?” Fluttershy asked. “Yes but I don’t have them with me right now but I could tell you about some on the animals I have seen over the course of my travels!” I replied. “Oh really! Please come in and bring Cacti we have a lot to talk about.”
*two hours later*
“Uh Fluttershy I think I’m going to leave now as much as I love talking with you I’m trying to meet the rest of the girls and ...” I begin to explain. “Oh no it’s okay here I’ll show you out.” “Thanks Fluttershy if you want we can talk more later!” I state. “Sure how about tonight at the eep!” and with that Fluttershy slammed the door in my face. “Well that was different. Okay now back to business I think I should meet Applejack next since we did start out on the wrong foot” I think to myself. I began to run over to Sweet Apple Acers but then decided than running was not for me and with a snap and a laugh I teleported straight over. After I arrived at SAA (typing that out is annoying) I saw Applejack bucking trees in order to get the apples out. “Well that explains why her kick hurt so much” I laugh to myself. “Hey! What’s up AJ!” I yelled over to Applejack. “Who in tarnation are you and how do yah know my name?” Applejack asked suspiciously. “It’s me Sam! Remember that creature that you bucked.” I replied. She winced at this “Did yah really have to bring that up? I guess Twilight found a spell to make you look like a pony” Applejack said. “More or less” I laughed, “well I don’t want to keep you from working would you like some help?” “HA! You? No offence but you looks like you could barely knock one apple out of a tree” Applejack laughed. I did take offence to this and decided to have some sweet revenge and have fun at the same time. “Well how about you show me how it is done then I’ll try.” I innocently reply. “Deal I’m the Element of Honesty you know and honestly? You haven’t a chance.” Applejack laughed. As Applejack approached a tree I discreetly used my magic to make the apples stay in the tree no matter what type of force hit it. Applejack bucked the tree as hard as she could with a smug look on her face, which was quickly replaced by embarrassment and disbelief as she bucked the tree two more times to no avail. Struggling to keep a straight face I ask, “is it my turn now?” Applejack was too confused to respond so I softly pushed her out of the way and approached the tree. This time I used my magic to make the apple fall out of the tree with the lightest touch. Instead of facing away from the tree in order to buck it like Applejack I directly faced the tree picked up my front hoof and gave the tree a solid knock and all of the apples fell out into the baskets around the tree. “How in tarnation did yah do that?” I hear one confused pony ask behind me. This was too much I fell to the ground laughing. “What are you laughing at?” now angry Applejack asked. Finally catching my breath I replied “you were right Applejack I could never do this job I used magic to make this possible. I’m sorry but you were making fun of me and I had to do it.” I explain still laughing. I saw several looks flash across Applejack’s face finally they stopped on a smile and she said, “I guess I did kind of deserve it I’m sorry. Friends?” I looked at her for a little bit then smiled and said, “Friends.” I stuck out my hoof and she gave it a hard shake with her own to seal the deal. “You looked to befuzzled!” I exclaimed having another laughing fit. This time she joined in and soon both of us were on the ground laughing like crazy. “Whew!” I exclaimed, “It has been fun AJ but it’s getting late and I still need to meet three more ponies” “I understand I still have some apple bucking to finish up see you at the…bye Sam!” she yelled back at me as she ran off. “Hmm I wonder what’s going on… Oh well! Time to meet some more ponies! Letsa go!” I yell as I begin to run down the road before I stop a wonder out loud, “where in the world am I going now?”

As I made my way back to town I suddenly heard a loud scream! "some pony is in danger!" I thought to myself. I summoned my keyblade as I prepared to come to the recuse. Clang! As soon I summoned it my keyblade fell to the ground. I looked at my hooves in horror no fingers! Having no other choice I picked up the weapon with my mouth and kicked it the door to the house where the scream came from. "domt wowey I'll pertct wou!" wow that sounded great. Note to self don't yell with keyblade in mouth. Snapping back to attention I scanned the room for danger but all I could see we a white unicorn laying on a fancy couch. Spitting the keyblade out I asked, "who screamed? In someone- er pony in danger?" "oh yes darling it's you! Your mane and clothes don't go together at all!" I recognized the pony as rarity I heard the stories about the worst things ever, I breath a sigh of relief and dismissed my keyblade. "what do you mean they don't go together? My mane is cool! And so are my clothes!" I exclaimed "no,no,no,no,no darling your mane is in need of a trim but I'm interested in your garments? Where ever did you get them? Ive never seen any thing like it! What's it made of?!" Rarity squealed. "fine I guess your right about my mane." I said sadly, then I looked up and said, "do you know who I am? "why of course darling your Sam! That strange creature we all met." My jaw hit the floor. "how did you know?" "it was simple Sam, Twilight came over and told me to be on the look out for a new pony, and well that's definitely you." Rarity explained "Umm did Twilight say anything else?" I timidly asked. "no, but she did look a little angry and flustered, why do you ask?" Rarity look at me accusingly "nothing!" I quickly exclaimed, " want to see why my clothes are special?" I quickly changed the subject. "would I ever!" Rarity shouted, then she composed herself, "I mean if you please." I grinned at her and she seem to relax a little bit, "well here you go!" "my clothe are very special they have numerous magical abilities and other surprises such as," I summoned a ball of fire to try and burn the clothes but the didn't work I pulled and pulled but they didn't rip. "also they give me the ability to change into different forms that give me special powers!" "wow and they are very fashionable where did you get it?" Rarity asked "well I got it from my good friend Sora and he got them from the three good fairies. Err long story I'd rather not get into it" "it's fine darling, since your here could I make some clothes for you? Since you can do magic you can assist me." asked Rarity "sure thing Miss Rarity," I said with a bow.

Two hours later I finally left Rarity's store. Another not to self never agree to make clothes with Rarity it could take forever to make one thing. As I looked around for my next friend to meet I saw a rainbow tail dangling from a cloud. "Rainbow Dash, and from what the Princesses told me she is a prankster. Well I'm going take the first strike!" I flew up to the cloud and saw she was sleeping, perfect. Remembering another story that the princesses had told me I used my MM to change the cloud Rainbow was sleeping on to Cotten candy and made the cloud above her rain chocolate milk. This got her attention she jumped up with a start and tooled around in terror as she took in the scene. The look soon turned to anger as she heard me laughing my head off. "Hey! What the hay man! You scare me half to death!" " you..you.. You should of seen your face!" I gasped trying to breath. "who are you anyway I've never seen you!" "well Rainbow my dear I'll tell you if you can catch me" I smirked as I zoomed off. Rainbow soon gave chase yelling at me. She was starting to catch up so I gave 50% of my power to speed and soon I was flying backwards smiling at her. She had a look of rage, and awe. After deciding enough was enough I came to a stop. And smiled at Rainbow as she approaches me. "how did you you do that? I'm the fastest flyer in equestria! Who are you! Don't tell anyone I couldn't catch you it would ruin my street cred." "don't worry Rainbow," I laughed, "your still the fastest flyer in equestria I'm not from here. I'm Sam remember me? We met at Twilight's then Zecora's." "oh thats right now it makes sense since when are you a pony?" "since I can change into anything I want. Oh and I gave Twilight a heart attack today it was hilarious!" "hey that's my friend!... What did you do?" Rainbow finally asked. "I transformed into an alicorn version of her and told her that I was her father." Rainbow burst into laughter and I joined. "she is totally going to hate you tonight!" "why tonight?" I asked "uhh well your staying at the library! That's why!" Rainbow quickly said "ooohkaaay" I slowly said, " hey want to do some tricks?" I asked "you know it!" we brohoofed and then started to do some fancy flying. And hour later it was starting to get dark so we decided it was time to head for home. "you know what Sam? You're a cool guy and a prankster. You and I are going to be good friends." Rainbow smiled, "maybe you, me, and Pinkie Pie and do some pranking." "Pinkie Pie!" I exclaimed, " I totally forgot to visit her today! I hope she isn't mad" As Rainbow flew off she said over her shoulder, "you know Sam? I've got the strangest feeling that she won't mind at all." I sighed in relief and started to fly back to Twilight's house.
"Aaaand done! Sam is going to be so surprised!" Pinkie happily stated. As more and more ponies began to arrive in order to surprise Sam Pinkie started to think to herself. "I hope he likes it, he seems like such a fun guy! I'm going to take this night to get to know him better, this is going to be amazing!" Before Pinkie knew it it was almost time for the party. Crash! Rainbow had flown full speed through the door, " get ready I just left him but he is crazy fast he will be here soon!" Rainbow panted with panic in her voice. Pinkie then chirped up, "I see him! Get ready everypony!" With everypony quiet they could hear Sam talking as he reached the door. "Uh oh the lights are off his is bad." the door creaked open and Sam walked "Umm Twilight? I'm sorry about earlier please don't-" "Surprise!" yelled everypony in the room. Sam jumped ten feet in the air then crashed to the ground. Pinkie giggled then went over to help him up. "Hi Sam! I threw this party for you!" "Umm thanks pinkie it looks great" Sam replied Pinkie looked Sam in the face and could see signs of happiness but mostly pain, regret, and he looked uncomfortable. Pinkie mane began to deflate and she walked over to a table sat down and began to think about what wrong. "everypony loves my parties, was the decoration wrong? Not enough friends? Or maybe it was to many ponies." As Pinkie continued to think her mane deflated completely. She looked over at Sam who had also separated himself himself from the party and was looking out a window. Twilight who had seen what happened walked over to Pinkie to talk to her. "It's okay Pinkie maybe he is just tired and doesn't want to party right now I'm sure he loved the surprise." "Thanks Twilight but I don't think so, look at him he is having a horrible time" Pinkie almost cried. Twilight looked over at Sam and she couldn't help but agree his normal smiling happy face ha been replaced by one of depression to rival Pinkie. Sam then quickly looked around and snuck out the door. At this Pinkie nearly burst into tears. "He..he.. He hates it!" "you know Pinkie I think I can handle the party why don't you go out and talk to Sam, maybe we are missing something." Twilight said. " Thanks Twilight I'll do that" Pinkie then walked out the door and began to follow Sam. At one point she lost track of him but then heard a faint noise and began to follow it as she got closer she saw it was Sam and he was singing, "we swore that we would stick together travel around and make lives better but now our ties have been all broken and we have gone our separated ways. May the circle be unbroken, by and by lord by and by. There's a better home awaiting in the sky lord in the sky. Now it's been ages since I've seen you, and even longer since I called you friend, we both made our plans together, swore the party would never end." Pinkie didn't know what to do all she could do was blink in shock. "Pinkie.." Sam slowly said, "Have you ever had nightmares about lowering a friend?" at this Sam turned around and looked a Pinkie. Pinkie had no idea what to say suddenly a thought came to mind. " I used to right after we defeated discord, I had lost all my friends that day and I had nightmares about it happening again." Pinkie quietly said. Sam trotted over to Pinkie, sat down and began to talk. "I had a friend probably the best friend I ever had. We traveled together and together we fought the darkness and saved worlds. Then one day while fighting on a world we found a gate to the darkness. Heartless poured out of it. Then only way to close the door was to have a person on each side, he said he would brave the darkness side. We were able to seal the door I was called a hero but I had lost what was most important to me, my friend. But while the people of the world were celebrating I was attacked by one more heartless. It was a tough battle but I soon gained the upper hand. But before I could finish it off the darkness pulled away and reviewed my friend. He had given into the darkness, there was nothing I could do." Pinkie couldn't believe what she was hearing, how could Sam deal with this? Just hearing about it almost made her cry. Sam continued, "the last time he and I hung out was at a party we laughed and danced and had a good time, he turned to me and said, this party is like our friendship fun filled and happy, let's keep it like that. To which I relied may the party never end! Little did I know what was coming. The party ended soon than expected." "I'm so so so sorry Sam I didn't mean to remind you. I should of never thrown that party." "It's not your fault Pinkie, I mean how could you have known? I'm sorry for ruining your night and making you sad" "it's fine maybe some other time we could do something together" Pinkie smiled at Sam. "Pinkie I want you to promise me something. Although our party may end lets make it the biggest and the bestest." Sam said "cross my heart hope to fly stick a cupcake in my eye." Pinkie quickly replied. Sam then leaned over and gave Pinkie a huge hug. This surprised Pinkie at first but then blushing slightly she fully returned the hug, her mane poofing bad to normal. "This means so much to me Pinkie thank you for following me and letting me talk." "Anytime Sammy Bammy!" Pinkie happily said " we'll I'm going to make it up to you Miss Pie, how about we kick this party up a couple notches" Sam winked mischievously. Pinkie giggled in delight and the two of them walked back to Twilight's home I order to have the time of their lives.
Sam and Pinkie were back inside and Sam was having a much better time. Pinkie smiled as Sam tried to dance but only succeeded in falling over laughing the whole time. Pinkie couldn't help but thinking about her talk with Sam especially her promise to him, "I can't believe Sammy went though all that. What ver made his friend do that is a meanie." try as she might Pinkie couldn't help but to think back to her and sam's hug, she was just comforting a friend right? It wasn't because I like him Pinkie told herself. "Are you kidding! You totally like him." her conscious replied. "But he is the princesses special friends and he isn't from here, or even a pony!" Pinkie thought back this time making her conscious stay quiet. "So where did you take the guest of honor Pinkie ? Sneaking off with him already?" laughed Rainbow as she walked up to Pinkie. "What! No.. Um I mean-" Pinkie stammered. "Don't sweat it Pinkie we all knew you liked him." Rainbow replied with a smile. "... You got me how did you know?" Pinkie asked. " Well when we first met him all of us wanted to kill him except for you, and ever since you two got back from ourside you can't stop looking at him and and smiling." Rainbow said with a smirk. "Fine just dont tell him okay! You got to Pinkie Promise." Rainbow rolled her eyes and recited, "cross my heart hope to fly stick a cupcake in my eye." "Thanks Dashie now let do some party pranks!" "You read my mind Pinkie" Pinkie and Rainbow decided to target Sam first. "Pinkie how about you put some hot sauce in his drink then I'll challenge him to a drinking contest!" "Okay! Let's do it!" As Rainbow flew over to Sam and challenged him yelling loudly so every pony knew, Pinkie poured half a bottle of hot sauce into his punch, then she pooped up between Sam and Rainbow their competitive egos had them nose to nose staring each other down."Are both of you ready?" they both nodded and Pinkie noticed a small smirk quickly cross Sam's face when he looked at his cup of punch. He closed his eyes for a couple seconds then reopened them ready to drink. "3...2...1... Drink!" Pinkie yelled. Almost as she said it both contestants were finished, Pinkie looked early at Sam to see how he would react but to he surprise Sam face was calm and a smile slowly creeping across his face. Pinkie then looked at Rainbow as panic crossed her face followed by a stream of fire shot out of her mouth like she had turned into a dragon. At this Sam fell over laughing soon all of the other ponies joined in. Pinkie and Rainbow then decided to avoid pranking Sam for the rest of the night.
*Sam's perspective* Soon the party was over and every pony left for the night Pinkie had somehow cleaned up the library instantly and it looked like there had never been a party. Soon it was just Sam and Twilight spike had already gone to bed, Sam was really dreading this moment. "Sam can we talk?" Twilight asked. "I'm really sorry s it was mean I-" I stammered. She held up a hoof to silence me. "Sam I forgive you" she laughed, "want I really want to know is how you did that and some of the other magic that I've seen you do." "Okay Twi let's get started!" I replied
Two hours later I had finished explaining most of my spells and abilities. Twilight had probably wrote two books of notes. "Twilight I didn't tell you this in front of all the other ponies but the Princesses have asked me to train you in magic and unlock your full potential. Tough times are coming and you need to be as strong as you can be." I told Twilight. "What! No offense but the Princesses are the most powerful ponies ever! Why are they having you train me?" Twilight replied shocked. "none taken Twilight, but the reason is I can do things that they can only dream of." I replied. "Like what?" Twilight asked. " I'll start your training by showing you." I stated. Then I summoned my keyblade and before Twilight could react I taped the tip of her horn with it. After a bright flash of light we found ourselves standing in a black room with eight doors only one of them was open. "Where.. Where are we?" Twilight asked in awe. "Your mind" I replied simply, " to be more exact the magical plain of your mind, each of these doors represent a different level of magical power. Right now you are at a normal level, one or base level is where most unicorns reside. Any higher level requires years and years of training. The Princesses are about at level 5. Except for when they defeated Discord for the first time, they had me unlock the sixth door in order to gain more power. Now I'm going to unlock your second door this will almost double your power." " Wait!" Twilight yelled, "will anything else happen to me?" " your horn will grow but nothing else should happen." I replied, " now let's begin." I then took my stance spun my keyblade around pointed it at the second door. A beam shot out hit the door and a loud unlocking sound was heard. After I was sure the door was open I backed out of Twilight's mind and looked at her as she recovered. After she tried different spells she turned back to me and said, "wow it worked I feel so much more powerful." " Great" I replied, "now I don't know about you but I am super tired lets get some sleep." I then went up stairs and fell asleep. But Twilight state up all night learning new spells and experimenting with the old ones.

*somewhere deep in the everfree forest* Leaves rustle and twigs crack under the foot of the entity making his was through the Everfree forest. Animals and other fierce predictors sense his presence but most stay way, some even run from him. The reason? A feeling, not of pain, hate, or bitterness but of nothing, the feeling of no emotion. While they feel nothing he feels the opposite, he can feel all of their emotions, especially their fear. He feeds off of fear and all other emotions just trying to fill the void of his own emotionless state. His sociopathic nature is displayed on his face, a face that has held no emotion for many years, flickers of past lives play in his mind. Just long enough to encrease his yearning and curiosity but not long enough to register on any emotional level. The entity soon reaches his destination. This is the spot, he thinks to himself, this is where is where I have been called to. He finally takes time to take in his surroundings, mossy stones dark and cracking from years upon years of abandonment and dampness. Windows depicting various scenes of ponies where all around the room, although most were broken and faded making it impossible to discern what they showed. "hmm the dominate race on this world are ponies." he spoke out loud. His voice was cold and he spoke with a sharp manner that demanded attention, like a frozen spike being driven into your chest spreading frost across your body. He decided it would be easier to move around the land if he looked like its natives and soon he had taken the form of a dark blue unicorn with sliver and black hair. No sooner had he finished then he suddenly heard the voice in his head although much louder now. "Excellent I seen you have heeded my words and travelled to this world." the voice whispered. "Who are you? Why have you called me to this place?" The pony asked bluntly. "you shall learn this all in good time," the voice said, soon a cloud of darkness came into the room and took the form of a pure black pony. "I will tell you this, there is a way to recover your memories and give you back the emotions that you crave, but you must work with me in order to get them back." the black pony finished. "I will assist you." the dark blue pony replied bluntly. "You may call me the Nightmare, what are you called?" nightmare asked. The dark blue pony looked up and said, " My name is-"
"Apathy!" I yelled as I awoke with a start. Shaking the nightmare away I focused on the scream that woke me up. I rushed down stairs and found Twilight being attacked by numerous heartless. She noticed me and yelled, "Sam! Help me I've been holding them off but they still keep coming!" I was about to summon my Keyblade and charge in when a thought occurred. The heartless were only going for her not me, that must mean. "Twilight! Focus all of you emotions into a single mass!" I yelled. "Why!" she yelled back. "Just do it!" I yelled back and I began to fight off some of the heartless. I saw Twilight focus and soon in a bright flash a purple keyblade appeared. It was slightly bent at the hilt with three stars acting as the teeth of the blade and with Twilight's cutie mark as the key chain. Twilight's jaw hit the floor and she soon recovered and used her magic to grab the blade and help me vanquish the rest of the heartless. Soon both of us were laying on the floor wrapping our heads around the situation. Twilight recoved faster than me and attacked me with questions, "what was that? How did I do that? Why did those things come after me?" I held up a hoof to silence her. I composed myself and replied, " that was a kayblade, you are a keyblade wielded so am I. Well technically I am a keyblade master. You were chosen by the blade to be its owner it is because you are a pure heart an very powerful. Those things are called the heartless, as their name suggests they have no hearts and try to take others hearts for their own. The stinger a heart the more attracted they are, since you now wield a keyblade they will always be after you since you have a strong heart. The only way to truly defeat a heartless is too defeat it with a keyblade." Twilight thought this through then asked, "do the heartless do anything else?" Remembering one of the reports that Ansem wrote I recited, "The Heartless feed on others’ hearts, and they yearn for that energy core. That thing beyond the door must be a heart, too–the heart of this world. There is no proof, but, having felt that immense energy, I am certain. That was the heart of the world. The Heartless are trying to take hearts not only from all living creatures, but from the planet itself. But what do they mean to do with the heart of the world?" Twilight looked at me confused I then tested to make things clearer by explaining a little bit more. "every world has a heart the it is the heartless goal to find the heart of a world and consume it that is why they are on your world. Thy are looking for its heart. In order to stop them we have to find the keyhole to the world and lock it so the heartless and consume the world." "okay.." Twilight said slowly, " so by we you mean you and me?" "not just is the keyblade is always in threes.... Twilight! Quick we have to find your friends! One of them is in danger!" I shouted. "What why?" Twilight replied in disbelief. "there are always at least three keyblade wielders, and I only see two here and who else is as strong in the heart as your friends." I replied in a panic. "you're right!" she replied, " quick let's get going!"
*meanwhile in across town*
A pony opened a door and peered down the steps into the basement. It was pitch black down there an the pony hesitated for a second but the she began to walk down the stairs saying to herself with a smile, "I just have to giggle at the ghostly!"
