Well! That trailer for Equestria Girls, right? How 'bout that trailer for Equestria Girls?
Equestria Grills.
I'm... weirdly enough, sort of okay with how this is shaping up. The trailer implies that a lot of the MOST egregious aspects of the character designs have been either cut or toned down--even though they've still got that creepy blythe doll look to them--and the animation looks like it's being done pretty well. I'm not a big fan of the overall plotline of Twilight fighting, uh, Sunset Shimmer for Prom Queen or whathaveyou, but I'm willing to wait to see where that one goes. It has potential. Let's see if it delivers.
The only problem, I'll bet, is going to be finding a ticket. It's going to be like the friggin' Grand Galloping Gala when the Brony Hordes descend upon the theaters, 'CAUSE NOBODY KNOWS HOW TO SHARE.
It'll be rife with good times and also disappointment as I struggle through masses of sweaty flesh and tangled neckbeard forests ('cause that's what bronies look like, right) to get to the ticket booth, only to find that Equestria Girls has been sold out 'til Christmas.
But then maybe that'll mean nobody's busy stealing the primo middle seat for the Iron Man 3 showing.
Anyway, nobody cares about me. What about my words?
Well, yes. Words are on the way. Lots of words, as soon as my finals are finished. I know I've kept promising lately without delivering, so I'm planning to make May-June my big breakout time. I WILL MAKE THIS HAPPEN.
So, on the agenda: I'm planning on hitting up the World Building Alliance Prompt for this month, so that'll be a story. Also, I am planning on digging an old story concept of mine out of the closet to see use. It's about a quarter-ways done now, technically speaking, but pending revisions for my improvement since I first took a crack at it, we'll say it's coming out Soon.
Not, like, Blizzard Soon(tm). Just Soon. I'm expecting to sit down and just blitz it after I've done up with my last final. The final final.
I hope you guys will find it amusing.
On a final note, check how this one background character bears a surprising resemblance to a Picasso portrait:

I'm trying to think of a better name for her than Pick Asso, but nothing's coming.
ANYWAY, CALCULUS FINAL LOOMING. CIAO FOR NOW, CHUMPS.

Hello sir or madame,
I am Obsidian Raindrop the creator of a group known as The Great and Not Obsessive Trixie I am here to ask if you would like your story to be added to my group.
The only requirements are:
1. You have a story about Trixie and she is not completely obsessing over her lose at the hands of Twilight. (She can hate that she lost to twilight and even try and beat again but she just can't be be so obsessive like she is in most stories. )
2. She may be a supporting character or a main character it does not matter.
3. i can`t think of a third thing
It's me Osidian again asking you guys to do stuff you don't want to.
1. tell me the name of your story and the one folder you want it in
2. join the group it is really cool and we'll soon get a banner up
3. fallow because it will boost my confidence
Sorry to all those who either received this email twice or who don`t have trixie as a main or supporting character. Also just PM me if you want your story added.
Yours truly, Obsidian Raindrop
Gosh. Where to start with a person like you.
Great person. Let's just start with that. One of the funniest and inspiring (and most awesome) writers here on this site.
And then we get to your stories, and people say, "Damn, those FEELS!" I'm immune to feels, though, but I can tell when they are there. So well written. Masterpiece.
I am the Approver, and I approve of you and this message.

Daw, thanks. :3 Glad to know the stuff I've written's made a bit of a difference.
And can do on keeping it up!
This is probably gonna sound cheesy as shit but I don't care.
I just wanted to thank you for writing the things you do. You have delivered both laughter and tears with your writing, and each piece that I have read so far (I havn't read all as of yet) have been a true joy to read.
I especially want to thank you for writing "Best Friend Screw Loose" and "In Memory Of".
Sooo.. yeah, keep doing what you are because you're doing it very well
I am looking for good ideas for what to put into a fic. It will be human in Equestria, but other than that nothing is really decided. I am here because I respect your opinions and thoughts. Any input is appreciated, and you can give feed back by PM, the comments section on my page, or responding here.
This might be a generic message that I'm leaving all over the place... or maybe, just maybe it's intended only for a select few. You might, or not, be one of those few. But, here it is.
Merry winter celebration of your choice!
And yes, you're awesome. Along with everyone else that got this.
(Why u so awesome, Obs? Is it the pictures?)
Darn you, good sir. Darn you. You have made me cry for the first time in more than seven years. Your fic, In Memory Of, is possible truly the saddest thing ever written. Thank you for such a moving, although heartbreaking, tale.

It really is astounding how you have a measly 500 watchers when there's people writing below-mediocre fanfics poorly who have 1k+
