Every rewrite feels better · 6:22am Oct 23rd, 2015
You know, in the past year since I tried my hand at writing, I've decided to stay it from publishing any of the works. I haven't written much, only about 10,000 words or so, but the few ideas I have written down have become clearer. Might get back to a story on a remarkably stupid pun, see what sort of humor I can come up with now after giving it a 2 year break. All in all, I feel like I'm starting to get a sense of style that I prefer, though I still plan on copying other styles to flesh out
Thanks for tracking my story!

Just finally getting around to sorting everything from before the addition of bookshelves.

Kind if the conclusion i've come to over the past year. Got caught up wanting to participate in the CGotG mashup before realizing I'd been writing for attention. Immediately stopped after that and started thinking about things that would be in line with what I want to do, rather than following suit to someone else's rules. Ironically I've come to the same conclusion about why I'm not happy with where I am in life right now, and it took a week to realize rather than a year.

word to the wise, before you start writing know why you're writing. I write my story because I love the idea of cultures meeting for the first time and all the learning and exploration that brings. By giving your story focus you can make it better, just a tip.
