Okay, yeah, it's been four months now that I've not released a single morsel of potentially entertaining stuff to be read by you folks, those that are following Eclipse. Anyway, the old blog was getting... well, old. The excuse reason for my inactivity now (it has changed multiple times) is perhaps the assignments that I am currently faced with in the subject I struggle most in: English. I have two essays due by the end of the month-ish (well, one of them is for Modern History class and is actually on a subject I am most intrigued by) and that has sort of been using what creative energy I possess.
Or, perhaps, the reason might simply be that I have no drive anymore. Where did it go? Have I simply burnt out? Bah, maybe so.
Anyway, on to the gushing. I've bought a new graphics card for my computer. It's a GTX 660, a 2GB version. It came with Metro: Last Light as a promotion, a game I've been excited about for months, having loved the previous game as well as the first book (the second, to my annoyance, has never been translated into English. Strange, considering that the third book, which is of yet unreleased, is advertised in the game heavily, like the first book was in the first game), and I was definitely impressed.
It wasn't particularly long, at about nine hours, but its strengths lie in its story, graphics, and gameplay. The gunplay is better, the graphics are just amazing, and the story is intriguing and twisting. It was solid, and top-of-the-line in visuals, so I'd very much recommend this game. On the subject of the card... It's an excellent card; very capable (I played LL with 2x SSAA, 16x AA, normal tessellation, and Advanced PhysX with stable FPS) and comparatively affordable, at two hundred bucks. It's also small, quiet, and not power-hungry. So I'd recommend that too. It's a great upgrade for a system that's a few years old.
That's that, then. Have a nice whatever it happens to be wherever you are.

Your incoherency pleases me! Enjoy this follow!
The challenge.
One thousand words.
No usage of the letter 'E'.

Well done on Fallout Equestria: Bronies Dawn. That thing made me throw up my hands in despair.
Comrade, I make suggestion for you, a fic where Staliongrad moves an army into the Midwestern deserts of Equestria only to be faced with pony Mujihadeen (basically the war in Afghanistan 1979-1988) do it. :3
