The inkwell hissed as it was dipped into and smoke began to rise from its pool of deep black. The pen was removed to hover over a dirty, blank piece of paper which shrank away in terror. Its master forced it into place with the other hand and slowly the vile writing utensil was pressed down and a single drop of its liquid fell onto the page. It instantly shriveled, the ends of it curling and writhing as it squirmed into a ball and started to disintegrate. A wolf howled out in the dark of night, followed by his fellows, as the clouds rolled back, revealing a full moon. White rays shown through the murky window pane onto the table of the Dark Author, its light unable to pierce the veil of Nothing that enshrouded the figure. The Author cackled, a laugh that swept into a crescendo of booming, villainous delight.

Yeah, that's a pretty accurate picture of what it's like when I write. I even use old-fashioned pen and paper... Totally...

As for actual information on me, the non-bad joke, legitimate kind? There's not much to say. I've been "writing" for years now, though hardly as much as I should have, given that I now have dreams to become a Professional Writer (cue laughter). MLP really inspired me to put my more metaphorical pen to my more metaphorical paper. It's been my first real effort into fan fiction and a great experience.

Anyway, yes, browse my page, dear viewer, and see for yourself why you might have been better off not getting on the internet today.

And... there you go.

I have now published a story that hopefully you readers of Hostile Takeover will actually find interesting, as opposed to my oddball crossover fic (which I still plan on finishing. What? I can juggle... I think). It's Hostile's sequel! It's gone through a bazillion different versions, especially considering that I started planning it long before Trixie's return aired, but inspiration struck with that episode and this version was what wooed my muses (though to be fair, they flirt with everything, so they're not hard to attract).

Do be sure to drop what you think of the first chapter in the story's comments, especially whether you think the story's headed in a poor direction after Hostile. That would be fantastic information to know.

In other news, I'm still working on a fair amount of other things. I think previously at some point I mentioned actually updating my author page to keep you folks abreast on the progress of my work, which I totally didn't do. However, I very much want to and I'm going to endeavor to spruce that page up a bit soon.

Look at All My Crazy Ideas

Fight the Power

It was supposed to be Trixie's vacation, a soul searching trip to Ponyville. Instead she found herself in a town full of crazy, enthralled ponies, the result of Twilight becoming corrupted by a mysterious amulet.

Managing to escape conversion, she set out to form a resistance movement. It's off to a great start. She already has Fluttershy.

(Sequel to Hostile Takeover)

Asphalt and Trouble

As the last motorcycle manufacturer in the country, Sparkle Motors is the last bastion of existence for the bikers of the Sinks. Unfortunately for them, the company's vice president, Trixie, is fond of neither bikers nor their mode of transport and moves to takeover the company and turn it to the production of hovercars by killing its owner and smearing the reputation of the gangs.

She has two loose ends, however: Applejack, the leader of the Russet biker gang, and Twilight Sparkle, the rightful inheritor of Sparkle Motors. Between the two of them, they must stop corporate betrayal and prevent the outlawing of those who choose to ride on wheels.

(A crossover with Lucasart's Full Throttle)

Hostile Takeover

The Mane-Event, a popular stage show in Manehattan, has acquired a rare creature they intend to use as part of a new act. Their typical animal handlers prove inadequate for the new job so they invite Equestria's best to be the caretaker-- Fluttershy. Moving to a new city requires the inconvenience of finding a new place to stay, however. What fortune that Trixie, one of the primary acts of the Mane-Event, just so happens to have free space at her apartment.

And then the Element of Kindness lived with the Element of Egotism.

Author pages actually aren't written on much, or at least not to my knowledge. Well, that just gives you the VIP spot more, so everyone else's loss. And the next update for Fight the Power is indeed out now. After eons. And eons.

Ah, that's a fantastic picture! Leave it to DocWario to come up with something like that. Thanks for sharing!

Well, I you are done with writting pony fics, or worse, with the show, at the end of the day I will always be thankful for you, not only for giving us the amazing work that was hostile takeover, but also for finishing it (oh howmany fics I once loved are now rotting away unfinished...) .

So thank you Coconutswallow, from the bottom of my hearth

Life! And then I finished and posted the last chapter of my fic! Then more life! Then replying to comments on my story! Then replying to the comments on my user page!

That's an exclamatory run-down.

No comment too old to reply to, I say.
