Apparently there's some butthurt rangers going round reporting fics that have song lyrics in them, which is against the rules or something. So yeah, I'm gonna be doing some editing on the earlier chapters to cut out lyrics and avoid getting my ass sued by people with more money than God.

And that last sentence should pretty much sum up my feelings on this whole matter.

Basically, there will be some changes, try not to get enraged over them. Thanks.

No update for Wild Card this week I'm afraid. Just not feeling it at the moment. I'll be back when I manage to get out of this funk I'm stuck in at the moment. Honestly, I just want to get this story over and done with, but can't find the inspiration to write anything that doesn't look like complete tripe.

No chapter this week I'm afraid. I'm away on a visit to the university that I'll (hopefully) be going to in a couple of months as part of an induction weekend. Seriously, I have been staring at a piece of paper for about two days now, desperately trying to think of what I want to happen in the next chapter and so far all I've got is: 'maybe a battle of some kind?'

After much deliberation I've decided to put Wild Card on hiatus until my end of year exams are over. I really hate to have to do this but if I want to get into university (which I do) then I need to really focus. Hopefully, once the exam period is over, I'll be able to get back into writing smoothly and with plenty of fresh ideas. I apologize profusely for those of you who might be eagerly looking forward to the finale to Wild Card and I'll promise here and now that I will finish this story.
