It's been almost a year and a half, but I finally finished my first fanfiction. Granted, I'd written two others in that time, but when I started this one, it was my first. It's not an award winner, but as my first attempt, I'm pretty proud of the result, even if it did become a daunting task to finish it. Now I can be on FiMFiction without feeling guilty about leaving it unfinished for so long. =P

I know I'd mentioned writing a story explaining why Pinkie Pie is dead in Reforging a Broken Blade. Well, the story - Lost Laughs - is finally finished. It's not long - only two chapters and like 3800 words - is up for all those curious and interested.

And it only took me four and a half freaking months. I've finally got Chapter 18 of Reforging a Broken Blade uploaded. It's the first new chapter since May. I'm terribly sorry for that, by the way. Anyway, I'm pretty happy with this particular chapter. I got to write more about the psychological aspects of the story than in previous chapters. I'm beginning to wrap the story up. Chapter 20 or 21 will probably be the end, but then I'll be working on my next planned story - "Lost Laughs."

I've finally finished rewriting and editing what I had already published. I'm FINALLY getting to write new material for Reforging and hopefully wrap the story up before too too long. =D

The revisions for Reforging are going well. I got Chapter 6 rewritten and uploaded today, and I hope to get to Chapter 7 tomorrow. A friend of mine in the North Carolina Bronies group on Facebook took a commission for some cover art for that story as well as I Dream of Discord, and he finished the Reforging art today, so that's been uploaded.
