Hey everypony!

Great news! After 8, almost 9 months, chapter 6 of Pure Hearts is FINALLY out! Chapter 7 will be a little while in its wake. I've got a busy few months ahead of me and I will work on it when I can, but bear with me as it may be August before I can really delve into the meat of that chapter. We'll see though. I am going to try and finish up chapter 4 of Flying in a Blue Dream finally though during the interim since that is both shorter and easier to write at times.

So, chapter 6 is still being edited. As I've been too busy getting ready for my artist alley table at BABSCon (I'll be in booth B5, if you wanna come say hi!), I've extended my editor's deadline until after that convention. When I get back, I'll start going through his edits and then pass it off to my final pre-reader for the last quality check. With any luck, it'll get posted by the end of the month or next... I promise though that it WILL get posted.

So, getting chapter 6 of Pure Hearts out by the end of January didn't happen. My editor started classes again and so the process has been slow-going. This is the longest chapter yet, so that probably should have been expected. We are aiming to have it out by the end of this month, and with any luck we'll actually meet that deadline.

Welcome to the new year!

I have good news for you all today. Chapter 6 has FINALLY passed from the writing stage into the pre-reading stage! It should be released by the end of the month with any luck.

That also means I will be able to switch gears for a bit and finish up chapter 4 of Flying in a Blue Dream.

I also have two other small projects I'm working on when I need a break but those won't be released for a while.

Hey everypony,

Just wanted to bring you all up to speed since the Thanksgiving update.

Pure Hearts chapter 6 is over 60% to its minimum length, but there is still a long way to go before its completion. I'm hoping to have it released, or at the very least off to the pre-readers, by the end of the year though.

FiaBD's next chapter is still lagging behind due to the amount of content I'm trying to chug through for Pure Hearts, but its getting there.

It's been a bit slower than expected since I have been busy with holiday projects, namely Christmas presents for friends. However, things are still moving forward. Pure Hearts chapter 6 is nearly 40% to my minimum writing goal, and FiaBD is getting close to being 1/3 done with writing.

I'm not dead yet! I have just been majorly busy preparing for Running of the Leaves Con this past month, since I had an Artist Alley table there. However, the convention has now past, and I shall continue working on Pure Hearts and Flying in a Blue Dream.
