Well, here I am again.

I should be outside enjoying the summer with my friends—running with them, playing with them, one-upping them in sports or something—but instead I'm just sitting here again. Alone.

I think we all knew that a moment like this would come eventually. It's only a matter of time before we all head our separate ways, off to pursue our careers or education or whatever else. It doesn't matter. Point is, we're all leaving. Most of us, anyway. Call it destiny.

Yeah, I realize I've been a little quiet lately. But that's because I've had a loooooot on my plate lately. I recently graduated from high school, and, as valedictorian of my graduating class, I had to give a speech in front of hundreds of people.

Many of you probably don't know this, but besides being an avid swimmer and water polo player, I absolutely love the game of golf. It's my third sport during the school year, and most of the time, it's a great way for me to wind down after a rough day at school.

... Is when people add a new "chapter" to their story informing those that are following it that the story has a new sequel or side story. I just don't think something like that has a place in the actual story. Why not put that in your blog, or at least in the story description instead?

... And don't even get me started on when people put an actual blog as a chapter. Oh, I've seen it.

I dunno, it's just a little pet peeve, I guess. I can't be the only one, right?

According to my calendar, tomorrow begins the yearly tradition where everyone in my class decides to go get drunk out of their minds for a week straight while I play cornhole on Fort Myers Beach with the select few that possess an organ inside their cranium. I'll be spending the week with a dozen of my closest friends while we're all ignorant to the fact that we'll all be going our separate ways in a few months.

Actually, it doesn't. Pretty aesthetically pleasing in my opinion. I guess the only thing I'd change would be an option to view the web version of the site on mobile devices, since I still prefer this version to the admittedly improved mobile version.
