I didn't like Season 8. It was an awful combination of being out of ideas, not understanding what made me like a lot of the show in the first place, and simply not thinking any of the implications of their stories though. Honestly, the most fun I had this season was telling my friends who stopped watching the show about the absolute absurdity of what happens in this season.

Months later with nothing to show, I finally decided to come up with any name, so I just borrowed a lyric from an Alestorm song. The movie hit every note of a generic children's adventure film, but not really in a bad way. The side characters and locations were cool enough for this to be fine.

The animation was great. Very visually appealing movie, always something cool happening on screen. Shout out to the backgrounds, which were all phenomenal.

Celestial Advice: The story of this episode was somewhat weak, but I enjoyed the characterization of Celestia. I could see Discord getting a kick out of working up Twilight, although I don't remember his motives getting focus in the episode. Watchable

I am amused that after nearly two months from the badlands with love gets its first down vote, and in true internet fashion no comment was left to give back any critisims. I'm flattered that the story is continuously getting more views and up votes, especially with my last story stagnated.

In other news new compilation hopefully soon after I get back from break on Easter.

So, anyone know any good places for original short stories? I have one fic that's in an editing stage then I have an idea for a human story to write.

Don't read my entry, it was too rushed and I tried to do too much with the 750 word limit. However, I'm coming back full force with another changeling story soon. It should be kinda short, but who knows how much time I'll have to write with schoolwork starting.

So I'm have some actual stories up and coming, and not just ones that I have an idea for and will crappily put an ending on to rush it out. Unfortunaly, I can't really say too much about them without giving away a plot twist, so I'll just mention that the first one's about Lyra and Bon Bon, but after than there shall be a short Changeling fic and hopefully a deconstruction of the self insert oc genre that everyone is tired of reading parodies of.
