Finally picked up Strange New World again since my stress has mostly disappeared. The first part of this (since it takes place in Awehul before Equestria) is pure background plot setup and its terribly dry. Its the driest thing I have every written and I cringe every time I read it and I can't seem to find a way to make it better. But, when it does go up, just hang in there until August is in Equestria because then its supposed to pick up. Just bear with me until then.
