For those of you wondering where the updates are, there are a few reasons that kinda coalesced into a giant wait.
First of all: Christmas is crazy in general. The holidays, as a rule in my household, are spent off of the net and with family (my idea, actually, so don't think families suck, or something like that).
As you all know, I do all of my own editing for my stories, but I was thinking that it would help to have a second -- or third -- pair of eyes to point out to me if/when I'm missing things, or if things don't seem to make sense. Because of this, I would like to extend an offer to readers/writers who will give an honest critique, and will be able to point out issues with spelling or grammar. I would like to be clear: I do not need an editor.
I see a lot of potential for this universe I've accidentally created during my writing, and I wish to invite any and all writers to add to it as they wish to. More info in the group, so check it out if you're interested.
A lot of you have been asking why it's taking so long to update, and the short answer is simply this:
Finals and a six-day workweek.
The word "love" can mean many things.
It can refer to the strong bonds between family members, friends, and of course lovers.
Another year has passed us by, and with it, we will remember the things it has brought us.
Along with the tears of loss and that which could have been, we are reminded of what is: Love.
Got surgery earlier today, but still trying to write.
Apologies if things take awhile, but I can only do so much on my own. Luna's a great masseuse and all, but her hooves are useless for typing...
And I'm not going to buy another keyboard when her magic crumples it.
