I could never do it justice but someone needs to write an Equestrian Girls, Jem and the Holograms, and Josie and the Pussycats crossover.

Some sort of battle of the bands with a mystery mixed in. Maybe some Scooby Doo and Archies cameos. Toss in a few other animated series references while the three bands team up to stop/solve the crime/mystery.
