I saw Oculus a few hours ago.

Basically Oculus is a movie about two siblings that survived an attack
by a mind manipulating mirror. Instead of trying to live normal lives, they decide to mess with the mirror again.

I won't spoil the movie.

What I liked was seeing a master mind manipulator at work.
Empress Razorhoof from the Gleaner Chronicles is an Enchanter, a magic user that can control minds.
It's more subtle than commanding someone to eat a light bulb.

Let's begin with project statuses.

Gleaner Chronicles:
Yes, there is a sequel in the works. It's up to chapter twelve.

I heard that it's better to write out the whole story first and fix it up before posting.
I just worry that the story might be too self indulgent without someone to rein it in.
And there's the stuff about sequels not being as popular as originals. Whatever.

Gleaners is probably going to be four novels worth of story. Look out James Patterson!

After toying with the decision, I've decided to take the plunge! Nope, I won't get a tattoo.

I have been toying with writing a Division+MLP+ Warhammer: Vermintide story. It sounds like it could be a mess but bear with me. In the Division story, a disease made by terrorists decimates a city. The Rule of Law is overthrown. Gangs and factions roam the streets. Also secret special Division agents are activated to clean stuff up.

Gleaner Chronicles is mostly done. I just have to tweak some chapters and that's it.

I don't know why someone doesn't like chapter 12. To me, it's a necessary chapter because it's important to show the results of battle. Several changelings died and it doesn't seem fair to not show reactions to their deaths.

The up and down vote system has issues. Why should I have to care that someone doesn't like something? Especially when they don't say what they don't like.

Again, I followed Rainbow Dash into Applebaum's. I wanted to go to Applebee's but Rainbow can be so pushy or I could be so soft. Don't get me wrong, Applebaum's got some pretty good food, those matzo poppers are pretty tasty. I wanted a change though. I think Ira is giving Rainbow jalapeños for free. Rainbow just loves them.

I wrote a story called Shyrim, its about Fluttershy's adventures in Skyrim. The start of the story is a bit dodgy. I basically had Fluttershy turn into a badass Sister of Xena.
