New Chapter. I write too much, perhaps.
Will try to get the next one out quickly. No promises; I'm having issues with one of the scenes...
Dialogue; my Achilles heel. Now I just need to find some armoured sandles.
Ok! Yes! So!
I am still alive, and next chapter is, basically, good to go, but I am unable to post it right now because I am in Korea. See, when I attempt to sign in to the google to make upload to docs (and from there transfer to FiM:Fic), it tells me that I'm not signing in from where I usually do and therefore cannot let me access my account. This means that it's all good to go, but technology is getting in my way. I can't even upload Chapter 13 for my reviewers right now!
So, as some of you may have noticed, I haven't done much. My excuse is that work has been coming down pretty hard. My days have been running about 0600 'til 1800, and that's a good day. I'm trying to keep up, I really am, but I'm realistically not managing much more than a line or two per sit-down session.
So.
Update impending. Sure took me long enough, yeah?
Things are slowing down a bit for the holidays, so if I can manage to get my schoolwork done I'll have time to write more. I hate saying that, because it sounds like I'm jinxing myself, but on the other hand, how much worse can it get? The show is in it's fourth season and I've heard nothing about it getting a fifth yet. Will me trying to write this outlast the series? I don't like that thought.
I don't like naming chapters.
Anyway, new chapter. Short chapter. Hate to say it, but I think I'll have to put the story on hiatus for now. This is due to work. It has decided to be exspecially busy, and that is going to last for a bit. I will still be working on the story, mind; I'll just be very busy, so combine that with my already-slow writing, and we have a recipé for disaster.
So, yeah. Sorry about that.
I got me a commission art.
"Here is money," I said. "Draw what you like." There was more, obviously, but a lot of that was simply prelude and disclaimers. Anyway, the important thing is that the artist accepted my unusual request and drew something. Want to see it? No? Then ignore this next part.
