When I was writing chapter 6 for Innocence Once Lost, I suddenly had an idea and pretty much rewrote the whole chapter. Then I stopped and realized how much my original vision had changed.

Let's start from the begin. The idea behind the Warverse, as I shall call it for now. Idea was to have humans and ponies go into war, but keep humans as sympathetic, yet ruthless people. They didn't do bad things because they enjoyed them, they did bad things because they were desperate.

Chapter 4 is under beta reading and chapter 5 is nearly done.

But damn that was a hard chapter to write. There is both so much and so little to write about. On the other hand, I want to move to the meat of the story. However, I am not keen on idea of randomly jumping forward in time, without establishing the setting and few minor plot points.

Well, now that I got that out of the way, time to make a draft of chapter 6 and start filling that one out.

I guess I could use this to post heads ups for those who want and perhaps use it as a Q&A section, if someone wants to ask something.

Anyway, working on my next fic, Innocence Once Lost and currently starting t owrite 3rd chapter. 1st and 2nd have been compelted. First chapter will (hopefully) be posted soon. I want to have a chapter between "Last posted" and "WIP", so that I can keep up whatever arbitrary update regime I decide to use.
