So every Friday, my newspaper runs a story called "Shop Local." It's sort of a paid advertisement deal where we write up a story on a local business so they can get customers and stuff. So I was laying out the sports page at work today and decided to run an AP story about what's going on with baseball and suspending players and such. I typed "MLB prepares to suspend" as the headline because that's all that would fit and the best I could come up with after almost 50 hours of work this week.

Then I ran a spell check and realized I had typed "MLP" instead of "MLB."

It was kind of awesome.

Last Friday, I got married to my best friend and the love of my life in Washington.

Right now, I'm lying on a couch in Kansas with a sprained ankle.

So this is turning out to be a pretty eventful week. We had the Supreme Court rulings on DOMA and Prop. 8 yesterday, Nelson Mandela's having health issues, and I'm getting married tomorrow. Also, my bride and I appear to be way better at wedding receptions than my brother and his wife, seeing as we set everything up in 10 hours and they took about 30.
