Got this bit of headcanon which separates Alicorns into two varieties - lesser and greater. Greater Alicorns, like Celestia and Luna, are the immortal deities we know and love. They are a combination of the three types of pony.

Greater Alicorns can breed with normal ponies. The resulting pony, and all ponies of their line, are lesser Alicorns.

Ugh. Every time I post a chapter, I get the blues. I have tremendous fun planning and writing the chapter, but once it's published, I get all depressed and stuff. I also get writers block which knocks me out for the rest of the day, but frustratingly it only applies to fics I have already written. I came up with two three (stop it brain!) new ideas for fics today, and I am like "No. Bad brain. I already have 5 stories on the go, I don't need to be writing anymore!"
