I've just been really busy and until recently have lacked the motivation to work on any of my fics...but not longer! I am pretty close to finishing a chapter for one fic and just need to go proof-read another chapter before uploading it! Hopefully (no promises) I'll be more active in writing because honestly I miss just being able to open up Word and just....write. For those who still pay attention to me then thank you!

I'm terribly sorry for not working on any of my three fics these past few months. Things have been...rather hectic lately. Went to Unicon two weekends ago and that was a blast, so now I'm going to try and use what leftover excitement I had from that to fuel my motivation for fic writing. Speaking of, two of my fics still need cover art. Anyone wanna be my best friend and help me out? ^^

Got some family coming in later this evening from Dallas and they're gonna be here for the weekend, and last night the keyboard on my laptop decided it was going to kick the bucket and acted up in all kinds of odd ways, including several keys simply not working. It also interfered with my laptop's booting process, so until I can get a replacement keyboard (which my dad found one on eBay for $5) and until after my relatives have left on Sunday all progress on my fics will be halted.

So I decided I wanted to write something new for a change and within a time span of about 18 hours I busted this out. If I hadn't been distracted so much I'd probably have another chapter or two to join it, but as it is right now I can be happy with roughly 11k words written in as short a time frame as I did.

So, it's almost December. What the hell happened to this year?

As far as my fic goes, I should have the next chapter up fairly soon (read: within the next week) but considering that I told someone I wanted to have it uploaded before Tuesday....maybe I should just stop trying to predict when it'll be posted. I've also kicked around the idea of writing a few one-shots in the meantime to give you guys more material to read...haven't made up my mind yet, but we'll see.

Progress might be a little bit slow, sorry guys. Had some stuff come up IRL that distracted me for a few days, plus I started thinking about another fic I'd like to work on but haven't gotten around to it yet. Plus (SPOILERS), I'm at a point with Another World where things are going to shift gears a bit and I'm stuck in the transition.
