I have been intrigued on this group I found called the Canterlotverse an alternate take on MLP FIM that has Twilight Sparkle and her five Canterlot friends (Moondancer, Minuette, Twinkleshine, Lemon Hearts and Lyra Heartstrings) become the bearers of the Elements of Harmony based on an episode from season five titled ‘Amending Fences’ that showed Twilight reconnecting her old friends from school.
