Howdy, ever'pony. My name is Desert Rose, named after my OC pony of the same name. She's also my main character on Legends of Equestria. Both her and I are painfully western (though, I don't know where the ironic, folksy persona begins, and where the unironic folksy me ends). I first joined the fandom around 2011/2012, and left the fandom for multiple reasons in 2015. I re-joined after the Nostalgia bug bit me, and I re-watched most of Equestria Girls. Because of that, I'm a garbage Sci-Set and Rarijack shipper.

Returning to the fandom, I hope to do some more writing, as well as potentially pre-reading. IDK what the RP scene is like here, but it's something I hope to investigate.

My previous FIMFiction account was Longshot, where I was mostly a pre-reader.

Just some other interests, I'm a pretty big fan of other series, such as, Fallout, SAO, Touhou, and The Librarians. I hope to be a future librarian and/or archivist. My pronouns are they/their or she/her, whichever one works for you.

I don't do or read 18+ when it relates to MLP. I personally find it gross.
