I had a weekend away from the fam and actually had the time and inclination to write some pony. I did some edits to Ghosts and changed up the ending some more, leaving things a bit more open with Luna and Celestia. Perhaps one day I'll actually get to sit and write out the rest of Apoptosis.

So, it seems I'm susceptible to peer pressure. After getting a couple of "are you still alive comments, messages, etc., I actually sat down and pounded out the final short story for this collection. I've sent a message to my old pre-readers who I haven't talked to in months, so maybe they're still here and interested in looking it over. If not, I'll probably post it in a day or two and ask for volunteers to post-edit.

I slightly altered a few of Twilight's lines during the scene with Luna so as make this story jive a bit better with where things have gone in Apoptosis. Unless you've been taking notes, I doubt its noticeable. I increased her level of concern over leaving Celestia solely in charge of the kingdom.

So, as folks following this blog know, my wonderful wife gave birth to our first child about three weeks ago. Everyone's doing great and the little girl is growing like a weed crossed with a piranha. No surprise, my free-time has pretty much evaporated. I have the next scene in Apoptosis pretty much ready to send out to the pre-readers but its only one scene and about half the usual length of the chapters in this story. And giving the current rate of production, it might be a few more weeks
