what if celestia and Luna did the sisterhoof social?

i was watching the sonic rainboom and saw that rainbow dash feared celestia would banish her, i then thought about that episode with Celestias pet phoenix and how twilight said fluttershy would be banished.

i guess people just put two and two (and two and two etc.) together and see why they may have made all the obey posters. or im just over thinking it (only a brony....)
