I don't know, the story idea simply didn't flow in my head anymore, and I got frustated that the first chapter didn't gone as I wanted, so I cancelled it.

Made it myself. Took a photo of a tape layer, finagled a few settings to make it look more like a sketch. Took a picture of TV static that was sufficiently colorful. Added text, and presto.
