So, after a long day of social explosions, car trouble, and not being the best person I could be, a simple comment on a story was enough to turn my night around. An hour of work later, and I'm 1,300 words into the third chapter of Hooves Holding Hearts. Going back to Lyra and Bon Bon feels like old friends stopping by to help out.

I go back to Equestria because the ponies make things feel better. Does anyone else find themselves using ponies as therapy?

So, I require some help. I got a notice back from EQD on Hooves Holding Hearts. They like it, they really do. It just needs to be polished up some. Is anyone willing to help me go through it? Wanted to give a shout out to the Ponies for Pathfinder Kickstarter. It's an rpg book to use ponies as races in fantasy role-playing, and it's awesome. Goren, my "Seth Rogen as a Unicorn" wizard, is level four and I'm loving the rules. Take a gander!

So, all you Doo-Smith family fans might find more than one scene to enjoy in the second chapter of Hooves Holding Hearts. There MIGHT be some featured characters you'll recognize...

No, I'm not talking about the doll/tea cozy.

Ugh. Hearts Holding Hooves is coming along, but I lost some time falling down the rabbit hole. The story is at 5.4K words, so it'll more than double the story. Unfortunately, I went 770 words into a scene that I realized had no real need or payoff. When the next chapter goes up, I might blog it as a deleted scene. Hope to have the next chapter delivered soon.

After giving the first four chapters a much needed revision (I spelled Apple Bloom wrong 22 times?!), I've now gotten chapter 5 of Chaos & Darkness up to 2K words. This should by all accounts be a short chapter, setting up for the gigantic conclusion in chapter six. Expect at least one chapter out within the week, and try to stay awake.

...is that I get to write during those interminable times where I am reminded "You Must Stay on This Page for 18 Minutes."

A little bit of School Daze fixing today, a little but of Nightmare in Ponyville, and a little bit of trying to figure out who I complain to if a speed limit sign is entirely blacked out from graffiti.
