Okay, I'm not sure if this will work on you guys because I only tested this on myself so... I don't really care. Oh and by the way, you can only do this when your about to go to sleep.

1.) Watch any episode of MLP. Make sure it will be at least 5-7 episodes so it will be going on your mind for a while.
2.) Go take a nice relaxing shower. It helps you relax your tense body.
3.) Arrange your bed and make sure everything around it is really comfy.
4.) Go to sleep.
