Merry early Christmas

It's been awhile, hasn't it? It's just a sketch so far, I'll be changing a few things around. So, pick a pony. What's the scenario and how did it come to be? Any mistakes in the drawing? Please tell me that as well.

I want to check for mistakes that I can't see before I merge all the layers and work on the colouring. I've already been told that the front hooves are smaller than the hind and am working on it. Anything else you can identify?
