Where to begin, because I know where I had left off. Early October I started a new job for the government, one could call it a career, but after a few weeks they felt that I was better suited for a higher position. This led me to becoming a 'Lead' within a department, which meant reading a large "SOP" (Standard Operating Procedure) and doing a lot of overtime to get ready for the position.
