Okay, I'm a little late, Thanksgiving is already over (for me anyway) but less than an hour is pretty good for me

It's been a long while since I've posted anything and for that I apologize. A combination of writers block and an overall lack of time has kept me from making any sort of progress on my latest story. That came to an end this week when I sat down and pretty much re-wrote the chapter I've been stuck on for so long.

One of the most challenging things for me has always been time management. It doesn't help that I'm am a huge procrastinator, if something can be put off till later, I'll do just that. I had taken a week off at the beginning of the month and my plans called for some heavy investment of time to work on my next story. Instead I barely got a thousand words down over the entire vacation.

So, I've been working on my next story, progress is fairly good, though it has been slow for the last week (blame steam sales (on that subject, for anyone who likes Quake style death match, Reflex is an amazing game and is only $5)) and I've got a bit of a decision to make.

Been a bit since I posted anything new, but this is actually good news. I've been spending a good chunk of my free time in the last month working on my next story. If all goes well I hope to have the first chapter up in the next few weeks.

So After the Nightmare is completed. This is a pretty big deal for me, as it was my first story that I worked on over a long period of time. Into the Black I pretty much wrote on a extended winter holiday, I think the entire thing was done in a 3 week span of time and then I posted the whole story all at once. Once again, I'm running behind on the next chapter update. I have made some good progress though, so much so that I'm likely to split the next chapter into two. If all goes well, expect the next update early next week.

First things first. I'm still working on the next chapter for After the Nightmare. It's likely going to be at least a week out, I want to put some extra time into it to get it right. I wasn't super happy with the last chapter, I think I rushed it a bit and I don't want to make the same mistake twice.

Sorry about the lack of update yesterday. Had a crazy busy weekend and didn't get a chance to do any work on the story. I hope to get some time in tonight or tomorrow night, but I'm pretty much caught up to what I had written so the updates will be coming in slower until I'm able to finish the story.
