Heh, you startled me a little, I assumed I'd be effectively invisible until I started some kind of activity and then suddenly... I have a comment! (That isn't an automated message, sent by the system. I'm used to those.) You know the feeling when you assume no-one can see you and then suddenly someone looks right at you?
By the way, I'm not new, just spent over a year (I think?) lurking around until I read Stardust and Mente Materia and the overwhelming urge to put in my two cents got me to register (still composing the comment, like it's some opus magnum )
...aaand maybe a little because I hoped there would be perhaps an option avaliable to registered users to download comments. You wouldn't happen to know the easiest way to do so, would you? I want to read all previous comments on those two fics I mentioned but I do all my reading offline.

Edit: aw, damn, I made a mistake and posted a comment rather than properly reply (directly) and when I thought I fixed it, instead I made it look like I've got something to hide with the "deleted comment" thingie
