1943628 The fimfiction story removal process doesn't actually "remove" stories, merely breaks any links created automatically from your user page and from site based searches, (google searches still work.) The page remains up and in archives, and is reachable from the same URL as before, and due to the URL naming process here on fimfiction (which puts the name of the story in the url), you can actually find any story that you know the name of.

For example (copy into a google search):

www.fimfiction.net/*mythbuckers

You can replace the "mythbuckers" with any name and it will search for URLs with that within them on the site (replace spaces in the name with "-"'s). I was lucky enough to find a proper list of her stories (just through digging around) and was able to find them this way.

If you know the author but not the story name, a messier way of doing things would just be to so a "site:fimfiction.net AuroraDawn" search and look through the pages. their work should be in the first few pages.

Or, if you only remember key words within a story a google with those words and "site:fimfiction.net" is your friend, though expect to do a lot of digging and trial and error.

Joining and asking within groups (that allow it) is also a hit-or-miss way to find stories, but it sometimes yields results.
