Prometheus is a series I was planning, which would include at least four parts. The concept for the series is good, I think. The problem is that it's my first story, and I had no clue what I was doing when I started it. You guys deserve better than a mediocre action fic made by a total amateur.

Shortly after posting the most recent chapter of P:A, it received another dislike, which...I'm not gonna lie...was kind of a downer. Then, today, I notice that the thumbs-down was replaced by two thumbs-up. I guess I'm doing something right.

I don't know. It's almost five in the morning and I'm eating funyuns instead of sleeping, like an idiot. Or like someone who places far too much value on silence.

I have Ch. 33..."Silence"...about two-thirds done. I'm trying as hard as I can to get these words out to you while at the same time making sure that what I give you is at least partially worth the time you've waited for it.
It doesn't help that work and family are both doing their utmost to take up my time, or that the time I take for myself is spent falling asleep in front of my laptop because I'm so goddamn tired all the time.

The next chapter might not be for a while, as I'm still working on that polish I mentioned in the previous post. It's still coming, though, don't worry.

Just a little update to let you guys know I'm still alive, and that I am in fact working on Awakening. Managment at work has gone so downhill it'll need a shovel soon, and this guy I was friends with on the site might have commited suicide. I haven't seen anything from him lately, anyway. Still kind of...processing that.

So...a recent Microsoft update screwed up the network drivers for my laptop (as mentioned in my last lovingly titled blog post). I have since replaced that laptop with a newer one with better processing power. I thought that once I got the PC, I'd be back to writing the next chapter. However, said chapter has remained half-finished for about a week now.
