I've got mixed feelings about Discord. On the one hand (hoof?) he's essentially the MLP version of Q from Star Trek TNG. I grew up watching that show and it is one of my all time favorite TV series, so that was pretty cool. But on the other hoof (hand?) I feel like Discord has become nothing more than an excuse to make pop culture references in a show that was more or less devoid of that.
