The School for New Writers is the premiere destination for new riders asking questions about how to write for Ponies. In addition, I suggest going to groups that are based on the characters you want to write for and looking over the highest-rated stories in the story folders. They will give you the best way to visualize how the characters are written most effectually. Best of luck!
