But seriously:
Hard Reset (without the alternate ending) by Eakin is very good. It also has two sequels.
The Moonstone Cup by Cyanide is also a lot of fun if you like super-badass Twilight stories.
Twilight Sparkle Gets A Free Salad by AestheticB is a good comedy.
Another good badass Twilight story (also by AestheticB) is The Immortal Game, but it gets very, very grimdark at times.
The First Light of Dawn by Cold in Gardez is good... and so is just about everything else he's written.
Skywriter has written a bunch of good stories: Observatory Hill, How to Remove a Unicorn Tooth, and Princess Celestia Hates Tea are the ones that spring to mind right away.
