Then it must still be violating one of the other requirements. Check again, and if you really feel that the image fits all of the other requirements than you should probably contact a moderator. They know the technical aspect of this all better than I do. You can find a moderator by scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the page and clicking the "Staff" link. They are all helpful folks, so they should be able to get you an answer soon. Sorry that I wasn't a bigger help.
