To reply specifically to someone's comment, look onto the top right corner of their comment box. See these >> arrows? If you click on them, it will automatically scroll down to the comment editing box (to prevent that, hold down shift while clicking on it - this is good when you have multiple people you want to mention in one comment). Why use this? Well, the guy you replied here didn't get a notification that you have replied to him, so don't expect him to react to your reply... unless he remembers you and manually searches you up again to check your page's comment section.

When you use this feature, you'll see something like this:

This is your code name that the website generated to you on this page. When checking this comment section later, it might automatically change itself into your username... but that might just be my imagination and scarred memory...
Anyway, if you would be so kind, please take a look at your comment to the user The Descendant. At the top left of the comment box, you can see when was your comment posted and if it has any upvotes/downvotes or if you have rated it yourself. Now, next to that, you now see MY username - this indicates that I have replied to that comment (to demonstrate it). If you see several other's username, that means that they too have left a reply to that comment. You can click on the names and it will immediately bring up and fixes the username's reply into the screen, otherwise, just hovering you mouse over it will make it visible as long as you have your mouse on it. This helps find replies faster instead of having you to search them up manually.

Now, you can edit your already posted comment as well. I suggest you first click on the reply button on The Descendant's comment, copy the code you find in the comment editing box and then paste it into your comment about which character you can voice according to your friends.
By that, he will receive the notification that you have replied and will see that you (though only after 20 weeks) indeed answered his question.
