Yesterday was a very bad day.

My abusive ex remarried with her new partner then proceeded to rub mine and my kids faces in it.

It's no excuse for my blog post last night, all I can say is I felt low and very crappy. I apologise for worrying or upsetting my friends on here. I love you all you know that.

Thsnkyou for your kind messages, they lifted me up.

Had a real crappy day. Lower than I have been for some time.

I don't feel much like anything anymore, let alone writing anything. Sorry for inflicting myself and my crappy stories on you all.
