I haven't had as much time to write recently and what time I did have I squandered. Rampant's coming late, sorry, but it's still coming!

First completely new chapters in years, goddamn. I'm looking forward to this arc. Might seem like it's veering off the story a bit right now, but don't you worry, all of it comes back around by the end. That said, it took me a little while choosing the right name for this chapter. These are the alternate names I considered:

- Butt, Butt—
- We're Not There Yet, Shut Up
- What's Up, Dog?

Chapter seven will be up one week from now, and that'll be the true ending of the Ponyville arc. It and chapter six have actually been finished for a couple weeks now, thank you very much, but I've been racking my brain in making sure that the finale is just right. A few more touch-ups on seven, then, and Ponyville is all over again. Thanks for keeping up—hope you enjoy.

New chapter five is live, significantly off schedule because I was unsatisfied with it for a while. The next chapter I said would be the last of Ponyville might turn out to be two chapters instead, as it turns out all those characters that sprang up in this new version need a little screen time to wrap up for now. I consider myself still on track, though, while getting used to how to add a lot of editing to a normal writing schedule. Thanks for reading.

Four new chapters of Rampant are now up, except they're not quite new. I did a rewrite, goddammit. Despite how much it seems I worked to make the story not move forward, it has definitely moved forward, for real. I didn't just pretty up the grammar and scene detail, I restructured everything that's happened in Ponyville. Every scene has changed for the greater good.

Just a little update, if it counts as such. First, I put Transponyism on hiatus. I was trying to alternate between writing that and Rampant, but I learned something that may be obvious to other people, though at the time I thought it was different and clever--switching focus between two (arguably) complex stories is kind of tough, actually. While I am disheartened, at least, at the thought of simply not writing more Rampant when I've kept people waiting on it so long, I am working on yet another new story before getting to the next chapter of Rampant. This isn't really an attempt to hype anyone; just letting my audience know that I'm still writing, just not quite what they want yet.

I'm about halfway through another story right now while I vaguely work on Rampant. It's a sad little story with a horror-romance thing going on, only three chapter long. Did you like Abyss? You'll love this; it's way better. This is my attempt at hyping you. Get hyped.
