Rarity is the best pony, in my opinion.

First of all, Tabitha St. Germain has an awesome voice. Martha from Martha Speaks is witty and funny, while Pepper Jack (Is that her name?) from Littlest Pet Shop is cool. And of course, Rarity and fancy and regal.
