Oh, so many problems with this episode.

Twilight Sparkle may be sheltered, but she should at least know that she got two tickets so that she could take along a date. This could be handled by having her think she's not interested in a date, and would rather go with a friend, allowing the episode's conflict to happen.

Among human in Equestria stories, I've seen several where the human's house comes with them.

But how does that house get hooked up to the water and sewer? No one ever covers that!

(Though that sounds like something Admiral Biscuit would write.)

A lot of my stories are set during a particular season, but written long afterwards, so any foreshadowing is 100% accurate. No points for having a story talk about reforming Discord when you know that's going to happen.
