I've kept myself pretty busy today. I edited a chapter in my fic for about an hour, studied for a while on a test coming up on Tuesday, and even began planning the third chapter in my fic. But you know what? Even after working on all that crap, only about two pages got edited, I can't even remember what I went over, and I got about two sentences into the third chapter before I hit a mental wall. So I went out to my institute today, just to get a better feel of the campus before the classes start. Turns out that I didn't pay much attention to the tour they gave us at orientation... Thought I would type up a blog post to help pass the time on this long early morning hour. I've spent most of the night plucking away at my word processor with deluded hopes. So saddly, the dreaded first chapter still drags on. I'm over 5000 words and I'm still not at a satisfied place to end the chapter.
(On a side note, I'm laying on a couch listening to my grandfather putter around. Sounds hella weird.)
