Huh. I've been writing this whole time, but it's been over five months since I've actually published anything.

Well, let's fix that. In the most recent writeoff, I wrote a fic which got 7th place. Not too shabby, for imaginary horsepoints. I have since taken all the feedback I received on it, polished it up a bit, and once it gets through the hands of my editor again, I'll be publishing it for you all to enjoy Monday afternoon, after I get out of work.

Hey y'all.

Haven't done much here recently, so figure I'd give a quick status update.

I'm about 65k words into Fractured Sunlight, and entering what is probably the final third of the story. It's ended up being a bit bigger than I expected, but hey, it happens. Still an absolute blast to write. I just need to finish it and get it all polished up before Equestria Girls 3 comes out at ruins everything.

My idea folder is bursting at the seams, and for a lot of them it's not a matter of 'if' but 'when' I write them. Should be pretty good.

The current fic I'm working on was an idea that grabbed the reins and stole the spotlight, and refuses to left go. Which is the absolute best mentality to write from, imo.

- We're at the end of the story, and I want to make sure everything concludes with the best effort I can give. As well as make sure the final closed rooms are logically consistent. To that end, there won't be any more updates until everything is finished, following which I will publish the entire climax over the course of a week, so you don't have to stew on cliffhangers for ages.
