Bronycon 2019 was the best four consecutive days of my life. Highlights include:
Some of them want to use you, some of them want to be used by you/Some of them want to abuse you, some of them want to be abused.
Bronycon 2019 was the best four consecutive days of my life. Highlights include:
RBDash47, the founder of the wonderful MLP fanfiction print project known as Ponyfeather Publishing, is looking to put together the first PFP anthology featuring multiple authors and needs your suggestions for which stories to put into it.
Things got a bit out of hand, and I ended up posting 2200 words of RariTwi on Christmas Day.
I even remembered to tag it properly this time!
Well, this was an interesting experience. I have no idea where the sheer volume of downvotes came from, but I am now part of the auspicious group of authors who have had stories with more dislikes than likes at some point, which tickles me pink. Thanks to everyone who saw through the ratings and decided to join me on this ride anyways, I hope you enjoyed it.
As a child, I used to love watching Bill Nye the Science Guy in science class. It's not hard to understand why; it was funny, had lots of cool visuals, and every minute watching the show was a minute that we didn't have to spend listening to the teacher lecture on the subject or working on exercises from the textbook.
So, I've recently joined yet another secret society, as is my wont, dedicated to the Purple Girlfriends (aka the good ship RariTwi). An initiative was started to produce regular RariTwi content, bringing together lovers of the ship into one collaborative effort.
The plan is to have weekly RariTwi prompts that people can write for (details can be found here) and then to compile all the entries into one place for convenient reading.
For those of you tracking it and waiting for it to finish, the epilogue of I Don't Need Magic has just been published, marking the end of the story. It's been a wild ride for me, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
A bit late, but there's a Tumblr event that's just wrapping up called RariLight Bomb, in which creators are challenged to produce one RariLight thing a day for five days. The last day was yesterday (Friday), but submissions are open until the 21st of May. I'd encourage anyone who's a fan of RariLight to go take a look at some of the amazing works created over the past week, and I'd like to thank
In October of 2016, I had the idea to write a SciTwi x Sunset story set in the future of the EqG world that explored how life might have continued for them after high school.
One-and-a-half years and over 100k words later, I'm incredibly excited to present to you I Don't Need Magic, a story of science, magic, reconciliation, and love.
So I was in Monochromatic's Enchanted Library Discord server last night, when our Patron Saint of RariTwi gave us a simple request:
People proceeded to post short, paragraph-length drabbles featuring everyone's favorite Purple Girlfriends and it was wonderful. I decided to give it a shot as well for fun.
Things got a bit out of hand.
