Thanks for the welcome! Your story "Jak and Daxter: The Equestrian Front" is the first fan fic I have read. I really like and I actually drew Jak in pony form though I didn't get the gest of how you discribed him but hey it still looks cool if you want to check it out here is the link to the drawing on deviant art.
