So I gave a free piano recital at a retirement home. This is the fourth time I've performed at this place, and uh... I guess my influence there reached critical mass or something. They always come up to me after the performance and tell me how nice it was, thanks so much for coming, please come and perform again, etc... but this time, one old lady told me I reminded her of her son, another was crying openly... wowza. I've never gotten a reaction this strong before O_o;

Still working on an audiobook... I'm decently happy with the lines I've recorded for it, and I'm waiting on lines from one person... the biggest problem is just my laziness though... =/

The cicadas weren't chirping this morning, so I decided to take advantage of it by doing some recording, which I usually do at night - there aren't any crickets or frogs in this area. Half way through the recording, they started up again. EFFFFFF

I used to read fantasy novels before I found my hooves and switched over to fanfiction, and I sometimes visited blogs of authors I liked, including GRRM, Brandon Sanderson, and this guy, Scott Lynch. He posted this gem on his blog one day, and I loved it to death.

I'm ecstatic with how my Glummwriggle came out. Like, I listen to it and can't believe those words came from my vocal chords O_o;

Tallywaddle and Tinseltoes though... eh, i guess they're okay...

I made an audiobook! Woo! First time doing anything like it. I did all the voices myself, except for Mission Control, who was voiced by the incomparable Scribbler. I intend to get through the whole fic. There are so many wonderful characters to voice, and many of them are male, which is unusual for MLP fanfiction. I'm not very good at voicing female characters... go figure.
