I am working on the next few chapters, but some important family issues came up shortly before Thanksgiving that will take most of my time for about the next 6 months. Will work on it as much as I can, but as of right now I can give no timeline on when the next tchapter will be done. But rest assured that this story is not going away, I just have to deal with this RL stuff first.

Now I know you all have been waiting for an update for a while but wanted to let you know that CH 26 has been sent to the editor, Ch 27 is done and needs one or two revisions before then it's going to the editor, and the first chapter of the next arc (CH 28) is about 50% done.

Alrighty now, finally wrapping up the first arc after what feels like forever working on it and looking forward to writing the future adventures of Eric and his herdmates. But before we close this chapter and move on I had some things I have been mulling over in my mind and would like some outside opinions from the people who have supported this story so much and been so patient.

Hey everyone, as the title says the end to part one is coming to a close. Just two more short chapters to wrap things up and set the stage for the next arc.

Hope to have this arc done before I'm done with this short trip I'm on, and I'm already working on the beginning of the next arc and it's already showing the promise of being full of challenges for our dear crew chief.

On a personal note I finally made rank so Technical Sergeant here I come.

Finishing up the last couple of hundred words for the next chapter and then it's off to the editor after a couple of reviews. By far this is going to be longest chapter topping out at around 15,000 words. Also might be a fairly controversial chapter so I'll be sure to have the defenses secure for the angry mobs

Hey everyone, just a quick update Ch. 25 might be a couple of days delayed because I got about 3/4 of the way through it and didn't like the structure and characterization I was making for Harmonia. So going through it and redoing a lot of stuff, but still looking forward to having it done by Friday hopefully.
