Being quite a fan of both writing and mlp, I might actually consider writing some fanfiction some time. I have a fair bit of writing under my belt and will probably just have to wait for a good idea to strike me. Most of what I have written so far is unfocussed and unfinished, so maybe this could be (a hundreth) chance to properly finish a story. I suppose the trick is to start small and plan well in advance.
