With Trixie not in top physical condition, I figured Applejack would allow use of a guest bedroom, her own bedroom, the couch, or something. Easier to keep an eye while on the mend and certainly more hospitable.

Its pretty possible when I finish the update that she'll be upgraded to an actual spare room, but there is still a little hostility and the water's not stilled between them

Yeah, things have gotten better and I've got more time on my hands now! and yeah, I'm rewriting it because a lot of it was old and I don't write like that anymore (I'd like to think I'm better at writing now)
So, this story is after 'Boast Busters' but before 'Magic Duel'. That's good to know. So, no Princess Twilight and Golden Oaks Library still stands.
Two of my favorite Trixie stories Kindness's Reward and Trixie's Gettin' Back on her Hooves, are set during this time period.

Now, Applejack has to explain why she felt she had to lie to Rainbow. Though seeing Trixie the way she is, Rainbow shouldn't put up too much of a fuss. Rainbow is a prideful pony as well.
